      Aptive does not provide the quality of work as advertised. Aptive came to my home twice. The problem was not fixed in the slightest. I asked to nullify the contract as this service has zero benefits. The service provider did NOT initially spray the yard, and the second attempt did nothing to the issue. The reviews via ****** are all within the same 2 months using "******" as the same service provider. The contract was not emailed to me and you do not have access to your account. I am warning customers to NOT sign ********************'s contracts as this is a scam with unclear contracts and a service that is absolutely ineffective.

      A young man came to my door and offered pest service for $100. Then they came back later and said that I had signed a contract to have it done monthly. I looked and saw the actually charged me $199 for the first one. I told them I dont want them to come back because I did not sign a contract and they said I have to call to cancel. I did and they said I would have to pay $899 to cancel after one service. I called my bank and did a stop payment. I told them they are not allowed to do any more treatments because I wont be paying for them. I emailed them several times and asked them to remove autopay. The bank said they got my info when I gave them the check for the one payment. This is a scam and they should not be able to operate like this. Who can afford $250 each month for big treatment?!!! I just want to be cancelled out of the fraudulent contract.

      Sales guy came to my door and offered me service on 5/13/24 for $49 with a bunch of addons and a guarantee that everything will work and we'll be happy, he mentioned I can cancel at any time if I'm not happy and he doesn't get paid unless I keep it for 6 months so he wouldn't be lying. Had to have the company come and reservice on 5/28/24 due to the spray having no effect on the pests and even making it worse because they knocked down wasp nests on my front porch and left them on the ground. After my reservice, which is supposed to be free, they charged me $150 which I luckily caught in my bank account and had them refund. I then told them I'd like to cancel as the sales rep told me I could, they refused to cancel unless I pay them $200 cancellation fee and said the only thing that matters is the contract and not a verbal agreement from their sales rep. *** sales guy had me sign on an ipad and zoomed in on the signing portion, I assume so I couldn't see what I was committing to. ************* their products don't work, and they lie to make a sale. I refuse to be charged a fee for cancelling a service that didn't work as intended.

      I live on a private road with 9 families. I was informed by 3 families this week that an Aptive representative was going door to door trying to solicit their pest control service by using my name stating that their neighbor, *****************, uses their company. I told the company in March that I was going to cancel their service and we agreed to put it on hold until July. At no time did I give them permission to use my private name and state that I use their service to the public. This has been disturbing to myself and my neighbors since we have multiple private drive/no trespassing signs up on our road as well as this is primarily a senior community. I want the company to stop using my private name as part of solicitation for their services. I do not know how many other adjacent neighborhoods they have used my name in to promote their business.

      We signed up for service after the salesman that came to our home gave us a sob story about needing folks to sign up so that he's able to provide for his family. He came to our door about 4 times in a day, finally my husband agreed and signed the contract. The first service that we received was great, tech came to the door before starting the service and after completing the service. It was the second service that was a nightmare, we received a message from the tech that they were coming out to do a service. He never knocked upon arrival, never went around back to complete the backyard he literally sent 5 minutes in front of the house and sprayed a few bushes and left. We text the number back once we were alerted that we had been charged for the full service but the tech never responded. We called him several times and he never answered. Finally he sent us a text back saying he completed the service sent us photos of the front of our house and claims he could not access the backyard. Mind you, we were home all day. This is a complete scam, not only was I charged for the full service which I didn't get I also had to pay the $199 cancellation fee. When I requested a refund for half of the service since that's all I received they said they were unable to. They pretty much took all of this money from me and I have nothing to show for it. TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!

      An Aptive salesperson showed up at my door at 6:30 PM while I was having dinner with my 20-month-old child. I told him no and that I needed to be with my child during dinner. Despite this, the salesperson wouldn't leave and misled me by claiming I could cancel at any time without any problem. Feeling pressured and rushed, I signed up for the service.After one service, I noticed no improvement; the spider nests and bugs were still present. More importantly, the technician who performed the service hit my brand new car while trying to park in front of my house. He claimed to have reported the incident to corporate and their insurance company, but no one has contacted me about fixing my car.Uncomfortable with Aptive Environmentals untrustworthy business practices, I attempted to cancel my service before the next scheduled visit. However, I was informed that there would be an early cancellation fee of $199, which I find very unreasonable. These experiences clearly indicate how untrustworthy Aptive Environmental is.

      A sales person came to my house today and ignored my no solicitation sign. I immediately told her I was not interested but she still jumped into her pitch. It is against the rules of soliciting permits to attempt to solicit at a home that has a no soliciting sign.

      The product does not work. Had 3 treatments with increase of bugs once my house was sprayed. No resolution in ants, in gnats, in mosquitos as promised. The spray they sprayed interiorally damaged white paint and required touch **** (Not even asking for this in refund.)

      Person off the street talked to my partner....my partner signed a contract unfortunately...the representative failed to properly establish an appt...instead just saying he was on the way!? We weren't home! Showing up at odd hours ..wanted to just cancel the contract, but the company then refused to help and charged us $170... unacceptable...we received no service

      The salesman promised us a price that we did not get. The email to our contract was sent to an incorrect address entered by the salesman. They sent their service guy out the next day before I received a copy of my contract to look over. We were also told that the mosquito service would not harm bees and butterflies. This was an outright lie. They are trying to force me to pay a $199 cancellation fee and I believe I should not have to pay due to these shady sales practices.
