      I have never had a worst service than with the sales rep I dealt with. He came to my house on Friday night and came to a price we both agreed on. I ran my credit and signed the contract. Wednesday is the install day and the installer is going over the price with me before I finalize the deal. It has doubled now. Reached out to the sales person and he texts me back saying he forfeits in the contract and reach out to customer loyalty to see if they will give you the same price. Been on the phone for over 3 hours with loyalty and every other department and no one can help me. I need the service asap. Loyalty team said the manager will reach out and still nothing. My wife gave the rep food and drink because it was late and we felt bad he was out all day. We need help and no one can help us with the situation. I have all the documentation and dont know what else to do.

      Vivint is horrible with communicating and the sales rep never answers. Lied about the trial period and the amount to be paid and wont cancel the account after I been calling and getting different information the rep lied and no one can get a hold of him not even the people he work with. Im upset and drilling holes in my house for a trial period and dont want to come back nor does the system works its been out . No one said this would be on my credit report. Want me to pay two different bills smh never Do not contract! Misleading and deceptive

      Vivint DID NOT PAY ME I would NEVER do business with VIVINT because I was a DOOR to DOOR salesman for them and they did not pay me for a solar account that I sold for them. The don't HAVE a human resources department or a corporate phone number to handle issues like these. They have what is called ONE STOP a place to call and get your blood pressure up. VIVINT is a scam company that HIRES people but doesn't PAY them LIKE ME. Do not do business with VIVINT companies like Vivint do not deserve to survive. I wish I could put ZERO or negative stars

      I bought this service because the person who came to my door seemed knowledgeable and convenient with how the equipment is installed and payments etc we needed security anyway. Fast forward day of installation a gay in a beat up car no offense all hot mess came installed my stuff - thats generous he half did my install complete mess called vivint had the same person come to fix his mess ok- fast forward had another issue he stapled the wires and shorted my stuff had someone else come they were in a company truck look professional job well done. Okay now the good part - I was moving needed to cancel my service still owe on my equipment that is financed with a bank not associated with vivint oh you need to pay off your equipment first what? I was told I can cancel anytime regardless if I owe on equipment thats my business anyway they gave me a headache with there nonsense I said fine now I pay for service and equipment when Im using none of it. Thanks vivint and its employees who go to your door and scam you thousandssss THEY OVER PRICE THE EQUIPMENT BUY IT YOURSELF ONLINE!!! never again will I get security system all a scam nor will I EVER recommend vivint to ANYONE STAY AWAY BUY A RING CAMERA FROM ******** Save yourself the headache and pocket ache trust me there people are scammers. I did call and tell them and ever reached out to the sales man he gave me his personal cell he blocked me go figure and vivint is like nope nope nope after everything they never said sorry for any inconvenience not that I need it but trusty tells what company theyre running.

      AVOID VIVINT - PREDATORY PRACTICES! Just finished "canceling my account" that I never set up as well as the FOURTH installation appointment that I DID NOT REQUEST. I called them two and a half months ago for an estimate and design walk through. Text messages clearly said "install" so called to clarify. They "corrected the issue" but kept scheduling installations that I then had to call to cancel. Willful disregard for both the consent and intent of the customer, which should bar them from doing business entirely.

      Wished I would have read the reviews before signing contract with them. Their security services is a POS on top of that the salesman lied when he came and got us signed. I had the ring before and this little things works 1000 times better and I only paid about $100 per year. With Vivint I'm paying double and monthly. Is there someone that can help us!!!! So disappointed.

      The system worked well at our previous home, but upon moving to our new location, weve had continuous issues and the company does not provide the necessary services to keep the system running. Their solution is to make us pay more money to have technicians come out and fix the system that should be working. I have spoken with multiple representatives in the organization to try to resolve this and theyre only solution is for us to spend more than we have been paying for monthly services

      Sneakily put me into a five-year contract without my knowledge after being told I can cancel any time. Paid $2000 for equipment and when I moved, they wanted to charge me another $200 to set up the equipment. Coincidentally it didnt work at my new house. I canceled my subscription and still got charged $60 per month. When I called they said I had 27 months left on my contract but I can get out of it by paying $800. Dishonest and manipulative business tactics. They use door-to-door sales people to get you sign shady deals so they can avoid responsibility when the customer gets upset.
