      This company is a joke. The absolute worst ran company I have ever dealt with in my lifetime. Last one to ADT turn out the lights.

      AVOID VIVINT - PREDATORY PRACTICES! Just finished "canceling my account" that I never set up as well as the FOURTH installation appointment that I DID NOT REQUEST. I called them two and a half months ago for an estimate and design walk through. Text messages clearly said "install" so called to clarify. They "corrected the issue" but kept scheduling installations that I then had to call to cancel. Willful disregard for both the consent and intent of the customer, which should bar them from doing business entirely.

      Wished I would have read the reviews before signing contract with them. Their security services is a POS on top of that the salesman lied when he came and got us signed. I had the ring before and this little things works 1000 times better and I only paid about $100 per year. With Vivint I'm paying double and monthly. Is there someone that can help us!!!! So disappointed.

      The system worked well at our previous home, but upon moving to our new location, weve had continuous issues and the company does not provide the necessary services to keep the system running. Their solution is to make us pay more money to have technicians come out and fix the system that should be working. I have spoken with multiple representatives in the organization to try to resolve this and theyre only solution is for us to spend more than we have been paying for monthly services

      Sneakily put me into a five-year contract without my knowledge after being told I can cancel any time. Paid $2000 for equipment and when I moved, they wanted to charge me another $200 to set up the equipment. Coincidentally it didnt work at my new house. I canceled my subscription and still got charged $60 per month. When I called they said I had 27 months left on my contract but I can get out of it by paying $800. Dishonest and manipulative business tactics. They use door-to-door sales people to get you sign shady deals so they can avoid responsibility when the customer gets upset.

      The system itself worked well although a bit expensive. We had the continuous monitoring and that gave us peace of mind and also was very efficient and was used twice. The biggest issue we had was trying to cancel service. We sold our home and could not bring the equipment with us. To cancel, they kept hanging up on me or refusing to let me cancel saying that I still owed money when I have automatic bank withdrawal. And now three months later, Im still paying for a system that someone else is using. Every time I call, they say that the cancelation is in process and that I need to keep paying them until they can review my request. Having the system was fine, but cancelling was such a headache and Im still paying money for a service I am not receiving. Theyre not an honest company and I wouldnt recommend to anyone.

      Deceptive advertising, Predatory sales practices and fraud. Also, since my experience I have been lead to believe that a complaint has been filed and in progress but each time I call to follow up none of the reps can see anything being worked on a I get promised again, the tactic they use. I have been used, lied to and taken advantage of. My rep used my disability and took advantage. From the 30 day trial; no contract; no hard credit inquires; to answering questions on the computer for me causing me to be responsible for service and engaging with creditor that I had strongly advise in the beginning that if I had to use my credit I was not interested. This is when the manipulation started. I currently have a complaint on file with them and I will continue to follow up on. I have never experienced this in my life and I will beware going forward. They never call me to follow up but I see if someone reaches out after this.

      Everything has fine till my system stop working they talk me in to a service plan for 9.99 a mouth then told me if had to replace panel I would have to pay ****** it was not covered to top it off it was going to be over a month to fix plus I still have to pay my monthly payment to keep my account active

      DO NOT USE VIVINT. Their contracts are ridiculous and the customer service agents are terrible! It took us multiple attempts and 3 hours of our time to finally cancel our service.
