      Son unos estafadores lo que hacen es que envan a sus vendedores a convencernos sobre adquirir un servicio que resulta ser totalmente diferente al que se firma en el contrato, puesto que el vendedor al momento de vendernos el servicio nos dijo que no haba clusula de permanencia y que podamos prescindir del servicio en cualquier momento adems nos dijo que las cmaras no tenan costo que solo se pagara por el servicio de monitoreo, servicio el cual podamos cancelar en cualquier momento, por qu engaan a las personas? Cmo es posible que un contrato tenga que durar 5 aos? Es ilgico que obliguen a permanecer durante tanto tiempo, son unos estafadores, y veo que es una empresa que lleva haciendo esto con muchas personas como es posible que siga en funcionamiento?

      Can't seem to cancel. We called last year, August 2023 because we needed to cut back on expenses, and we are looking to move. We were told our contract renewal is 7/23/24. The associate kept trying to drop the monthly price. We told them, we couldn't keep paying and need to cancel. The associate, said we give you $10 off monthly, and see if you want to stay later. I told him, we don't want a discount, we want to cancel. I called today, got a supervisor, to review our phone recording, they didn't find proof "that I said on the phone I "agreed for an extension", therefore he has to use the data he has. They said the associate last year sent an extension to us for 36 months. The associate just sent a file, I didn't pay attention to. Now, they want $900 for an extension date 2026. They, aren't willing to work with the customer.I set a reminder 1 month before the renewal date. I called today,

      Dont contract with Vivint - they suck!!Dont contract with Vivint. The sales rep completely lied! If you move and cant take the system with you, youre stuck with continuing to pay for the equipment AND the service! There is no buy back program. Regardless of how long or short youve had the equipment. I was told nothing about a 5 year contract. I knew at the time I would not be in the home for 5 years. I would NOT have agreed to that. I would have faired better to have had no security system, actually had a break in and let insurance cover the loss!

      Piece of s*** company! I paid off my equipment in the first month, which was a lot of money. Now, they are double-changing banks monthly, making me prove that I paid. I would not use this company now, as I have to spend money on a lawyer.

      Vivint ?? Warning: Avoid Vivint Home Security! ??I cannot stress enough how HORRIBLE my experience with Vivint has been. From subpar product quality to the absolute WORST customer service, this company is a nightmare. If you care about your family and your homes safety, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This company poses a significant risk to your home and familys safety.We recently moved into a new home, and Vivints incompetence became immediately evident. They botched the equipment transfer, including the ** panel. **************** informed us that we would have to wait several days and pay a $100 fee. Then, due to a scheduling glitch, no one showed up, leaving us in an even more precarious situation.Vivint - before you respond with your standard risk mitigation scriptAt Vivint, we deeply care about our customers I urge you to review the case file I submitted. Gather all the relevant facts through a thorough investigation and then contact me to address the appalling customer service Ive experienced. This level of service is unacceptable, and I want to ensure no other homeowner has to go through what we did. Its unfair, its wrong, and its certainly not what Im paying for.Do not trust your home security to Vivint. Their negligence could endanger your familys safety. Take my adviceavoid them at all costs. #VivintFail #HomeSecurityDisaster #CustomerServiceFail

      Vivint deserves no stars!! Please DO NOT sign any contracts with Vivint! They do nothing but tell lies and make promises just to keep you past the trial period so you will have to pay for the equipment. Vivint is a misleading and deceptive company. Their sales reps will tell you anything to get you to sign up, and will not follow through with their promises. I tried to cancel several times during my trial period and each time, they promised they would compensate me for the inconveniences and get my equipment taken care of. After three weeks of going back and forth and being on the phone with customer service everyday, I finally had enough and tried to cancel. At this point, they now tell me I am past the trial period and have to pay for equipment that I either do not have in my home or has not been installed after three weeks. This company needs a class-action lawsuit filed against them for Consumer Protection Rights!!!! Not only did they not compensate for the several inconveniences caused by them, their techs damaged my ADT equipment during installment that they were not supposed to touch and damaged many of my walls during their installment because their techs are not certified trained to install this type of equipment.

      Disrespectful and Rude door to door sales. Very obnoxious rude sales rep knocked door and after being told to leave he started insulting and cursing trying to provoke an altercation.

      Horrible company. They are crooks. I've been trying to cancel my service during the free trial and I am getting the run around. Company needs to be shut down. I also have all my documents and the keep saying they don't have them. I sent 4 cancelation emails and still dealing with.

      Horrible company to deal with. Have been paying on equipment for 4or more years now and have contacted them several times, never getting anything resolved. They are pathetic customer care teams, load noise in the background when you call, making it impossible to speak to anyone to actually get a response of why they have been charging us and refuse to get anyone to help. We have spent hours on the phone with no answers. Its a total ripoff and incompetence running rampant.They have no shame. If you see anyone from this company lock your door you dont dare let them sell you anything. Just double withdrawals from my checking account today and they say we still owe ****** after years of payments for 2 cameras.Its insane.Horrible business and customer service !!!!
