      Worst customer service ever. I've been a customer for over 10 years. I just spent 45 minutes on the phone with "customer retention" - worse experience ever. My bill has slowly climbed of the last several years. Today I called and asked for lower price and cited several companies offering significantly lower price. Came back with slightly lower price and the requirement to upgrade to newer equipment which I would be charged $1000 and required a 60 month contract. Get a clue Vivint there are many many lower cost options. You lost a 10 year customer. Stupid.

      I was sold a security package,and told I owed ADT security a pay out of $863.87 to terminate my account. This was not true at all,my pay out was $1863.87 because I terminated my account early 13 months to early. The sells person did not tell me the truth. Can I please get some help with termination of this account.Sincerely *****************

      When you move its understandable that you have to create a new profile . It just doesnt make sense that anything that is supposed to be sent to my new address repeatedly gets sent to my old address, especially when you have to repeat your address at least 2-3 times on an hour long call. It bothers me because I moved from my old neighborhood for a reason. and to have things sent to that residence is a data security breech because now that resident not only has my belongings but any information associated with it. All they do is apologize but still cant get it right . Most recent my doorbell camera was sent to a completely different address and now I am without a doorbell camera . I am home alone a lot and I rely on being able to see who is around my home . My previous home was damaged due to gun violence so my nerves are a little bad now that I dont have my camera to see whos around my home .

      I was scammed into getting Vivint at 2 locations. I canceled one and the equipment was removed. I thought at this time that I was canceling both. I have tried to cancel the second location for a week. I have been transferred and hung up on on 3 occasions. I guess when they don't want to answer your questions they hang up on you. I sent a written cancelation as instructed by ***** ***** and when checking today this second account is still not canceled and the customer service hung up on me again. This whole process was a scam. I was told I would not have a payment until December 15 and they are trying to take money out of my account and say that I have a payment past due. I have documented this whole fiasco. Vivint is a lie and a fraud. I want them gone for good!!!

      VIVINT IS A SCAM & CHARGED MY CARD 3 SEPERATE TIMES IN 1 DAY WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION. ALSO, THERE ARE SO.MANY DIFFERENT AVENUES OF PAYMENT; YOU'RE NOT PAYING WHO OR WHAT YOU THINK & THEY DO NOT TELL YOU THEIR SNEAKY INS AND OUTS... TRYING TO GET RID OF THEM ASAP

      Their agents descended on our neighborhood going door to door, not obeying do not disturb and no solicitation notices. When asked if they understood the postings, they said no habla, laughed and left. Most rude people ever. Not surprised their rating is so low!

      I've had Vivint for about 8 years. I called them to cut it off because I no longer needed their services. They still build me for 4 months and took it out of my checking account. I called they verified I canceled in June 2024. And they are still billing me. I called my bank my bank could not replace my funds because that's the account I use to get **********************. I called and complain they had me sign and release. And they are still billing me and texting me. I can no longer view their app on my phone or my wife. And they are still billing me. I'm so upset that they have not stop bugging me and billing me. Here it is September *********************************** Horrible services.

      The company, representatives, and the technicians have no Accountability for what they say and do. I have made appointments on three different occasions for problems with my cameras and doorbell camera. I made the appointments way in advance, and I'm waiting for someone to show during my four hour window. Only for no one to show up, I had to call three times trying g to find out why the technician didn't show or call. The next appointment time came and the technician didn't show or call again. I get an email and text message after my time slot saying they are trying to reschedule me. This is horrible customer service and they don't value my time at all. I will not recommend Vivint to anyone because they have no Accountability at all.

      Worst company i have ever deal with.i started making business with vivint 11 years ago. Five years ago a young men from vivint came to our house ,he said he was send from the compan to instull a new box and we told him that we did'nt order a box but he said that they were changing all boxes and so he did change it. He told us to sign so *** company would know that it was done ,we went ahead and signed and in a month they send us a bill for ******** we explain to them what had happen but they did'nt carethat amount of money was divided in 60 ********* my husband said to go ahead and pay it and that after we paid that money just to go ahead and cancell there ********** i called to see if the contract was over and they said it was .so i told them i wanted to cancell their service they told me that i still owed ****** for the box i really dont understand why i still owe for the box since they were withdrawing the payments *********** i paid the ****** in 2 payments they told me that they were going to continuewithdraw the monthly payments but that they would return that money when i finish paying the ****** so 2 months later i called and they told me i owed 3 months more And i had to pay that money before they close the acct. Itold them that they were the ones they owed me they said that if i did'nt pay that money they would send it to credit beurow.I really dont know what else to do .i really need yor help.the last month they withdrawl was july 2014 they withdrawl ****** i think they like taking advantich of seniors. They still hav'nt close my acct. They continue on telling me to go back.i have been trying to close this acct. Since march **********************************************************************

      Cancelled system and went step by step on getting it done correctly. Apparently you have to email a whole lot of BS to get this done. Guess what. They never processed and I was still getting billed. Seems like they are scamming people trying to nickel and dime.
