      ON MAY 22 2024 VIVINT TECHNICIAN INSTALLING CAMERAS CAUSING 4 HOLD IN FIBERGLASS ROOF .ON JUNE 10 2024 WALLPANEL OFF LINE ON JULY 10 2024 CAMERAS OFF LINE 8/7/24 DOOR**** CAMERA OFF LINE THE **** CAMERA BURNT OUT THE WIRES I CALLED SO MANY TIMES ITS 9/8/24 I HAVE 4 HOLDS IN ROOF BURNT OUT WIRES, NO DOOR ****, NO DOOR **** CAMERA, AND MENTAL AND PHYSICAL STRESS I NEED HELP

      Please train your door-to-door sales representatives to be more respectful. A representative recently visited my neighborhood and displayed a lack of respect toward me and my neighbors. He visited my neighbors' home multiple times, despite a "no trespassing" sign being prominently displayed on the property. When I asked him to leave my property, he refused, stating that he did not have to. After I told him I would call the police, he still did not leave. He also stated that the Police would not do anything to him. This individual should not be a sales representative.

      Scammers at their absolute finest. The child of a sales man didn't have a clue what the technology he was selling me actually did, then 2 months later "oh the Smart Drive you were asking about is back instock! And By the way its not compatible with anything you already bought!" That sent me to the moon, I paid 5grand for a system that is already antiquated? Then my thermostat started bugging out, spent 2 hours on the phone with customer service only for customer service to completely disconnect my thermostat and knock out my air condition on a 110 degree day in ********!! Then, I moved and I explained my move and gave them my new address for new service, OHH your account is on on a level 3 restriction and it cant be moved. OOPS, SORRY! Where is any communication at what is going on? Where are any notices? Why is your technical support so obtuse and problematic? Where is the adequate training? Where is the professionalism? The answer is, there is none. These are scammers like at the call centers in *****, they do not care about you the customer or your safety. Its a poor attempt at a money grab trying to get you to sign to part of their "Daily active users" and inflate their fake valuation.

      Before I got Vivint I paid off my equipment as I was told I wouldnt be held under contract if I did pay for my equipment in full. After a year I called trying to cancel my service and they refused and I was offered a 3 months credit. To basically think about it . After the 3 months I call back because I still wanted to cancel and they still gave me a hard time and wanted to offer me a 3 year contract. Being lied to that you can cancel at anytime is not right. Then my account was sent to collections because I refused to pay the new billed amount because I just wanted to leave and the collection company has the nerve to tell me Vivint was offering me a deal if I paid the balance off they would get me a contract monthly plan. I forgot the amount offered but the representative seemed upset after I told her well I'm not paying because I don't want anything to do with Vivint if that's the case.. I shouldn't have to feel if I pay off a debt then I'd be back stuck with a company I know longer want .

      Biggest mistake ever. They are deceptive in sales, lie to you and completely unreliable. I have had them over 6 months and just got the buy back thing somewhat fixed. The equipment constantly requires reboot and the cameras are junk. I have the fastest internet available and the cameras can't keep up for more than a few seconds. They finance over 3k for equipment through someone else and bill you monthly over 90 bucks. When you call, the left hand couldn't tell you what the right is doing. Zero integrity with this company. As soon as my contract is done I will set my own system up. The only thing these guys have over ADT is better PICTURE quality on the camera. That doesn't help when they still can't catch a burglar. Don't trust your family's safety to these crooks.

      I purchased a home and agreed to use Vivint for my home security as it was recommended by a friend. At the time of signing the contracts I was informed of the contract end date or was advised it could be canceled once the equipment was fully paid for, that was June of 2020. In late 2022 I started having issues with the notifications and being alerted when events happened. I called in to advise and was offered some additional equipment at a price. I was under the impression I purchased equipment for and was paying to have my home monitored. My last straw was when I had a person sitting on my back porch and there was no notification until he got up to walk away, I called in to advise them. The apologized and advised me that they could not see the footage and really there was nothing they could do about it. At this point I felt vulnerable since I am single ******************* and thinking that my security system would aide in keeping me safe to a degree. I called in to see about canceling and each time I got a different response and a different amount to pay to cancel with Vivint. In March of 2023 I replaced the equipment with CPI and started paying for their services. Recently the account fell behind and now Vivint has deducted funds from my account on 8/26 in the amount of $52.14 (the regular payment amount agreed upon), an additional payment of $62.14, not authorized and then balancing my account on 9/4, there was a payment of $146.15 - again not authorized. I am putting in a complaint about the overall experience since this has caused me much grief. I paid an additional $208 to them today to get this canceled to prevent them from going into my account whenever they saw fit.

      Door to door salesman knocked at my door and I answered and informed I was not interested. I shut the door and walked away to have him stay on my front porch and knock again. I came back and asked him if he saw my No Soliciting sign next to the door and he said, Oh h*** yeah I did. I said alright then you need to leave which he then tried to tell me their cameras were better than the ones I have. I told him to get off my property and he said *******, have a nice day f**ker. Ridiculous and unprofessional.

      Installers showed up to install and ***lace my current **** system and only then was I notified it was an "extra charge" to have camera's include a spotlight which my **** system already had. I immediately stopped the installation and would not allow the installer to continue until I spoke with my sales ***. ** apologized that this was not disclosed up front and offered me a $250 account credit in writing via email. I have spent a total of 80+ mins on the phone with customer loyalty over two days, I even provided Customer Loyalty with proof of the email from the sales *** guaranteeing the $250 credit. The company REFUSES to honor this credit and my attempts to speak to a US based supervisor are denied. I was also OVERCHARGED for an extra window sensor that was not installed, this item remains on my Fortiva account that I am financing.

      A door-to-door sales person came to my door multiple times on 9/4/2024. I ignored him twice, but he caught me a third time while I was outside doing yard work. I have a prominently displayed "NO SOLICITING" sign on my door. It's big enough to see from the street. He still ignored it and bothered me, trying to ask intrusive questions about my current security system. I told him it wasn't his business who I've got, and he finally left me alone. Please train your sales people not to bother people with no soliciting signs on their door and no trespassing signs in their yard. If he comes back I'm calling the cops and having him removed as a trespasser.

      Full of lies from the **************************** agent,technician and even legal ****. Sales person said they will shoulder all expenses from my previous provider and all cameras and sensors will be included on the amount the we paid.after 3 hrs of installations a problem incurred the sensor not working the garage not working,punch key at the door not workin they said its equipment and sensor not compatible so we need to pay to replace it.they used my old equipment which shd not be. every single day i tried to call them same oromises they will replace everything with no cost and they will send the gc for the termination expenses. i coordinated with their legal **** same thing will replace all the sensor and fix with no additional cost. here comes the technician nothing on hand said no notes that he needs to replace the sensor. i cancelled my ** appointment just to be home for their appointment they did it to me twice.i told them i will just cancelled the service but they said i need to pay $4098 for the signed contract .i didnt even used the service. as i have said after three house of installation problem occured .that was july and until now nothing fixed and they already deducting money from my bank. I told them put back all my equipment bec on friday ADT will totally cut of my service.
