      Vivint has been harrassing me for over a month after I've asked several times to be removed from the call list. I've let them know I've already secured services with Allied Security who are way more professional and offer high-quality equipment and great service. Vivint would not take "NO" for an answer. They call my phone and my fianc's phone incessantly trying to gain our business. I'd block their number after telling them to stop calling me and they'd just call from another number. I have blocked so many numbers and begged them to leave me alone to the point where they started to text me instead of calling, knowing I would block them. Finally, I responded to a text from one of their reps letting them know that I will report them to the FTC and sue if they don't quit harrassing me. The rep didn't respond. I'm hoping this is the last I hear from them. Also, they've been sued before and settled. I doubt they want those problems again.

      Beware of Deceptive Practices and Poor Customer Service.I am extremely disappointed with this company. Despite their assurance that they had cancelled my service after they stopped servicing the equipment, they continued to withdraw funds from my account without my authorization. Making matters worse, when I attempted to resolve the issue and cancel the service, the process was unnecessarily complicated. I was kept on hold for about an hour, forced to repeat my story multiple times to different representatives, and still, my issue remains unresolved.They confirmed the cancellation of my account but failed to follow through, leading me to change my credit card to prevent further unauthorized withdrawals. This company's practices are not only frustrating but deceptive, meaning they promise services or actions they do not intend to deliver, misleading customers for their financial gain. I strongly advise against using their services; the hassle and unethical behavior are not worth your peace of mind.

      This Company is Terrible, Customers beware once you sign up with them, they will try and keep you in that contract even if you CANCELL within the allotted time.. ********************** is TERRIBLE..The Sales people will Lie and say you have a week to When actually they only give you 3 days to CANCEL..SO BUYER BEWARE!!!!

      Do not use this company. The salesperson will promise you that they will buy-out your current contract even after you tell them that it is more than the $1500 they say is their max they can give you. The contract is on an iPad so you cannot read all of the small print. When you call their support all they will tell you is you signed the contact. They have the worst customer service I have ever seen. Stay as far away from this company as you can. I will be moving off of them as soon as I can.

      The service par so that earned a star and customer service is exceptional that earns 1 star. The equipment is not that great. Camera pixels are very low so don't expect to zoom in on anything and be able to get a clear picture. As long as there is no activity videos is fine, as soon as it detects movement the recording gets all fuzzy and distorted. Even skips frames. When you get a phone notification that someone's at your door and you want to see who it is, it takes 30 seconds before you can view it. They would have busted in your door or grabbed items off of the porch and be long gone by then.

      Aweful people, try to cancel subscriptions and get the run around for an hour. Finally get resolved and they say they canceled and then 4 months later I have a charge every month on my credit card. Ridiculous unethical people

      Vivint are crooked I got my vehicles broken into in my driveway with both my door bell camera and the camera pointing directly at my vehicles. I got a police report. Contacted vivint and said I don't want a refund, but I also don't want to invest 1000 of dollars into service that was not held up on there end. I called and called vivint all they say is to bad it was my Internet fault why it was not working. And said pay the rest of your bill and I will not. And now my credit is screwed and vivint customer service response is basically to bad pack sand and pay us for a security system that don't work. They as a whole should be put out of business. CROOKS

      Terrible customer service. Their alarm system is not good. Then if there are problems with it, there is no technician…you have to be coached to fix your own system over the phone. There were installation problems which we discovered once we changed alarm system providers….who knows whether we actually had a functioning system all along. They make canceling the service impossible…you have to wait on the phone forever and they try to convince you not to quit. On top of that, they billed me for 4 months after I quit. In order to resolve the post-cancellation billing issue I had to be on the phone for an hour. This company is designed for minimal customer service and then making it impossible to quit. Do not use them. There are plenty of honest security system providers who actually want to help you. Vivint is not one of them.

      I had ADT home security system. A young man from vivint came to my home. He did not tell me that they take a credit card in your name from another company to pay for the equipment. I aaked solely to the gentleman. I was misled and Deceived.
