This complex is biased against white people. 80 to 90 percent Hispanic and they treated us like the enemy. Complain about the loud music at 3am, your racist. Complain about the illegal car lot in front of your unit and your racist. We were harassed by the people selling cars illegally. We were told we were the problem because we complained. We paid our rent on time ,we followed the rules but were denied a renewal on our lease without explanation. It was obvious. They count on people who won't complain because they can't for one reason or another. They don't do things according to city code and won't explain how they come up with their water bill charges. Very shady management company.

Greystar gave me anxiety, frustration, and charged me for it. They fixed nothing and the property is disgustingly trashy bc people are allowed to throw their trash everywhere.
We had traffickers in the parking lot for months and when we complained, they did nothing. I was robbed, apartment flooded twice, and no AC for a month until I moved out finally. I paid the move out fees to leave and cleaned and they wanted more. They charged me for my support dog for two years… no refund.
They threatened me that I could move out but if I did move out it’d be worse and they’d charge me . I had maintenance coming in my apartment for no reason and no notice many times. I got several security cameras and police reports and they never did anything to make me feel like they cared. Instead they threatened me that I could move out but they’d charge me a lot.
I waited my lease out and got another place and moved but I still was afraid she I paid an extra month. Intimidation worked bc I’m older and alone and didn’t want bad credit. Still they tried to charge more. I had move out pictures and videos. DO NOT LIVE AT ANY GREYSTAR PROPERTY.

Read the review carefully before moving in! I have been living here for a year and a half. I have a very serious problem with the neighbors upstairs who run, knock and stomp all day long, which does not allow me to sleep well. At 6:40 in the morning they start running, jumping, knocking (they step on their heels so hard that the ceiling shakes) and this has been going on every day for 6 months (sometimes there is knocking at night or a door slamming or something being thrown and I wake up abruptly). Leasing Office does not solve this problem. We have contacted them 15-20 times with complaints about the wild noise that does not allow us to live normally. I already have problems with my body due to lack of sleep (sometimes I go to bed at 3 am and at 7 am they are already knocking so much that it is impossible to sleep). The house as a whole is like cardboard, you can hear everything very well, every step of the neighbors. The leasing office offered to provide us with another apartment with compensation for at least one month of housing payments due to the move, but they refused and generally gave up on solving the problem. They don't care about my health, my head is exploding, it's impossible to live. In addition, parcels are stolen in the complex and this also cannot be solved. The jacuzzi does not work twice a year for a month, at the most necessary time. I advise you to consider other complexes for settlement, for example **** or *******, they are very good

Greystar is the worst rental management company I have ever had to deal with. They raise the rent every time the lease is up. Me and my wife, have lived at our current apartment for 20 months now. Our rent has went up 300 dollars every time we have looked to renew the lease. They just sent the new lease agreement and the cost for the same space with absolutely no updates is +$600 more than when we fist moved in. We are moving out and will never consider living at another location that is managed by Greystar.

Prospective Renters please beware! This property presents very well , it’s in a good neighborhood the leasing agent Alana i think is her name is very kind . However this is a Greystar property and as you can tell from ONE google search that Greystar is absolutely terrible as a rental management company . I wanted a specific unit but it was magically “rented” after they hounded me to apply. I then said i wasn’t interested and they called me back offering a false promotion ……..They tried to tell me i was denied due to credit after they got my deposit , yet when I called the verification company and gave permission to rerun my credit was just fine .
They give you the run around , no direct contacts to get in contact with just email addresses. Ashley the leasing manager is a manipulative liar, they forgot to give me my id after taking a tour and she lied saying they called to tell me i left it (they did not) and i could not tour other properties the entire weekend .
They are now saying it will take up to 30 days to return a deposit for a unit I’m not even renting . If you look them up they are known for this and there are several complaints about this very same issue . This company is predatory . Please save yourself and headache and listen to the Greystar rumors they are the absolute worst property management company in Houston .
I’ve rented from another apartment and my credit score was 100 pts higher than they said it was ! This place needs to be investigated for discrimination and fraud.

I would give a 5 star for the interior but management is absolute trash. I have the loudest upstairs neighbors ever and its been 7 months... I've filed multiple complaints and rarely get a response back. But the neighbor above them (3rd floor) gets responses right away. Hmmm. Odd. Really hope the people above me are booted. You know it's bad if the people ABOVE you are also complaining.

We signed a lease and paid the deposit for Laguna at Arrowhead Ranch. The move in date was scheduled for Thursday, March 13th.
We hired movers to move 1/2 of our things to a storage unit and 1/2 to the apartment. We planned on selling our house. I went to the storage unit that day around noon. My wife went ahead to apartment.
My wife was told that the apartment was rented out 3 weeks before. They said someone called and told them that we decided not to move. However, we never made any such call. Moreover, my wife pressed them and they admitted they broke the lease and would refund our deposit. In addition they offered us a 3 story apartment (we wanted a 3 bedroom) on the 2nd floor. This was unacceptable because of our dog and my wife's knees.
All we got was a sorry and we'll refund your deposit. However, the movers had to return much of our possessions back to our home (which now we are on hold with selling).
We are asking for the apartment complex to pay us in addition to the deposit fee - the cost of the movers, cost of putting dog in kennel, a day's lost wages, and incidentals like cost of cancelling service on utilities.

I live at one of their communities. I have never been so shocked how a management company can refuse to manage what they are paid to. Total lack of responses, neglect to the communities, unsupportive to the staff, complete incompetence with legal documents (leases have other community names, information, duplication, inaccurate community details, and more), negligence with current resident health, safety and welfare. I’ve never seen a management dump a property from an A property to a low-grade B property so quickly. Weed, noise, aggressive dogs, feces everywhere, condoms in the pool, dirty amenities, amenities unkept and unmaintained. Are owners researching management companies properly?! What a joke and disappointment.

The management company Greystar is horrible. After the HFCC takeover at Koda in Fremont and moving to Greystar management, they have gone downhill. I had a move out inspection and drove over forty minutes to come to a closed leasing office because the employee was sick. I would think a courtesy call would be given.
After getting our final bill I see we were charged for some cleaning and paint fees. I asked for an invoice from the vendor and pictures of the job being done as on the move out form it states if we want to waive receiving images or not. I definitely did not waive that right. Instead I got emails from Amber showing the condition of the unit. We left the place clean besides normal wear and tear and I had pictures of it. The pictures I saw from Amber had missing knobs and residue while the pictures I took right before the inspection, all knobs were present with no residue. I was even told there was no shower head in the bathroom so I sent them a picture I took of the bathroom right before inspection with the shower head on display. I also sent them a flyer provided by them of a company they use for paint and cleaning and how much the charges are. In return they shockingly say they paint in house. If you paint in house why would you send a tenant a flyer of another company listing out charges that you will inflate later? Not sure what fishiness is happening behind the scenes here but it looks like someone in management is going to empty apartments and making it look like things are missing or messed up. Definitely steer clear of this place. I have noticed many people move out after the old owners left and I can tell why. Noise levels are extreme in the hallways, kids running around all day long as well as no sound proofing. You can hear every step your neighbors are taking. Can’t fault people who are living but just horrible construction done by the owners.
