1 starGreystar the worst management. They will not handle your deposit return on time and charge you every little thing they can. They are only looking to affect tenants and thats all. I lived in a ************ community in ********* ********** for 7 years and each year it got worse and worse with maintenance not being done I finally moved 2 months before my lease was up and they charged me 6k and deducted paint charges from my deposit return it is over 3 weeks and nothing. They have zero courtesy for tenants and the corporate office well they simply dont take calls and dont give out emails. They are terrible to tenants.Review fromNathan K

1 starThey're sending us bills for Move-Out fees and processing fees for Eagle Pointe Apartments in Tulsa. However, we've never lived there. We're trying to contact them, but nobody picks up the phone. Voice-mails go unreturned. Currently, we're looking into the legality of their fraudulent charges.Review fromChristina L

1 starHorrible company, ever since they took over the ******* ** **** **** it’s gone to ****. Nothing is maintained anymore, the pools and hot tubs are not cleaned and the hot tubs haven’t worked in 4-6 months. Hallways stopped being mopped when the new company took over. Most doors and gates are broken. They don’t fix anything. They ignore emails, phone calls and maintenance request. “Luxury living” to be met with an attitude when you ask for your maintenance requests to be acknowledged. It’s impossible to get in contact with any higher ups above the property manager and they will ignore you. Avoid this company like the plague.Greystar

1 starHorrible company. Ignores maintenance requests, staff is rude when you bring up issues that need to be resolved. Office staff will be nasty to you over the phone when you ask for dog excrement to be cleaned from the hallways for weeks. Gates always broken, hot tubs broken, pool not clean or filtered, broken doors, homeless people going through dumpsters at all hours and breaking into cars. Impossible to contact higher *** when issues go unresolved for weeks.Review fromMary F

1 starThis is for the Park on Memorial in Houston Texas. Grey star took over the apartment complex I was living at during my lease and made a lot of unpopular decisions including destroying a lot of the property and not repairing the damages (I have a hole in my porch ceiling that has a cardboard square screwed in to cover it up), requiring everyone to pay for trash pick up despite not needing it, and even trying to tow my car that was registered in their system because it had been parked for too long in one spot. But the the ultimate reason I'm on here to file a formal complaint is I needed to extend my lease by one month for a single bedroom apartment. Now they had already increased my rent from 1300 to 1600 over 2 years but for a single month they wanted over $4000. I'm warning all my neighbors and hopefully they can avoid this by just ending their leases and moving elsewhere.Review fromJames D

1 starIve had the extreme displeasure of living at 3 separate properties in different states, managed by Greystar. The quality of amenities always goes down once your first lease agreement expires. Then, the renewal comes out with rent jacked to the *** extent possible if the area has rent control, or what they can collude on with other properties in the area. Maintenance requests become very simplistic and you cannot set the priority level, you cannot reserve amenities if they are even open, and the overall vibe comes out: Greystar is there to cash your checks, nothing more. During the ******19 pandemic, all amenities were closed down for safety. That was all well and good until vaccinations were rolled out, and restrictions were lifted. Amenities were still closed! And when you went to the front desk to ask why, you are supplied with the same reply: Oh our lawyers/legal team hasnt deemed these are safe to use yet. When a private entity ignores the government regulations on health and safety, and other places are opened up, the money grab is apparent. Nobody should be paying high rent for a living space that is not being maintained or even made available to use. I dont appreciate corporate landlords who take hard-earned money to fleece the pockets of their executives and spend on frivolous things. Amenities are broken/unuseable, and RENT REMAINS THE SAME! Additionally, there have been multiple occasions where utilities due with the monthly rent arent provided, but management states Just overpay with last months amount, and well work out the difference. This is unacceptable behavior from any landlord. Greystar is a slumlord, with a culture of benign indifference to tenant needs and desires, bordering on criminal negligence. I sincerely hope to see Greystar towed before a congressional hearing someday, for s******* over hard-working ********* out of their money and contributing to the housing crisis in *******. I would rate negative 5 stars in a heartbeat!Review fromAleksandar S

1 starFrom Elan Harvest Green, 3424 Harvest Bounty Drive: My AC unit was not functioning properly for a single day since I moved in, in March (I'm typing this in the late June)
I moved in March, and I was the very first Tennant in the brand new building.
Beginning of May, I needed AC for the first time and to my surprise, only 1 air duct was functional (1 out of 8)
It took a month to have someone climbing to the attic and fixing the ducts.
However the job was poorly done and today I still have 1 fully functioning air duct while the rest is barely producing any airflow.
The worst part is that they are making a fool out of me. The repair crew was sent into the apartment and they kept providing ridiculous excuses.
I lived in many countries, traveled a lot, meet people from all the creeds, with very different moral values, but I have never seen anything like this.
The building is brand new - and the ducts were disconnected?! How this building passed the inspection?
It took unreasonably long to get the ducts partially fixed. No apology, no vouchers, nothing in return for the inconvenience of not having a functional AC in Houston (100 degrees F)
After more than 5 tickets, 2 guys were sent to fix the problem. Instead of going into the attic, where the problem was (is), they came to the apartment and were either puzzled for no reason, or they were making a fool out of me. They were constantly failing to observe the obvious: that there is insufficient airflow. Instead, they were closing the windows (I have no idea why), trying to change the angle of the fixed ducts with a screwdriver (really?), measuring the temperature (airflow = windspeed, not temperature, wrong instrument).
Average rating of 1.04 stars is speaking volumes.
Also, the entire building is made poorly and my floor is "bouncy", because the beams are flexing.
I hope it will not spontaneously collapse.Review fromDebra P.

1 starEither this business needs to train their employees better, or they are running a scam. They collect quite a bit of sensitive information and an application fee without telling prospective clients of the income requirements until after the application is denied. Then they collect another application fee + sensitive information from a prospective guarantor, again not revealing the income requirements until the application is denied. When you try to go to their website, it doesn't exist.Definitely find a different place to live.Review fromChris G

1 starMy son moved into this building in August 2021 and had problems from the beginning to the end. On the first night, the smoke alarm malfunctioned, rendering the apartment unhabitable. He had to spend his first night in a hotel, never to be reimbursed for this dangerous situation. Two months later, my son came home to window that had fallen in to the shower. This is on the 10th floor! Maintenance guys came in and repaired it with the ***** TAPE (as seen on TV) we had on hand. Two years later, that Alien tape is still holding the window in place as we checked out. That's 10th floor facing the street. The oven never worked. He bought an air fryer. The fridge leaked so much he put two bowls in the fridge. The bowls were better than the multiple towels he had put on the floor. As many others commented, the ** worked for a short time and then conked out. A veteran maintenance man delivered a portable ** unit. Problem: that ** covered the main room only, so he pulled his mattress into the living room, leaving the bedroom as storage.Over time, the sink in the bathroom clogged; Drano did not solve the problem. My son put in a ticket--two months ago--but never a response. Spectrum Cable stopped working months ago, so my son called them and when they learned where he was calling from, they sighed and just sent him a box.On the day we left, the front door to the building featured a large plank of wood because the glass had shattered--again, weeks ago. That door is unlocked, and the next door in the vestibule is also unlocked. Also, I noted the garage door (to the underground garage) was in a permanent stuck position, leaving it open one foot from the ground. In closing, I make two points: my daughter had lived in this building for four years just prior to the pandemic; problems were few as maintenance was top notch. New management is non- existent and in daily constant breach of contract. Coronado is a case study in "You get what you pay for."Review fromErik B

1 starHorrible customer service. Guests of the building are now charged for parking just to visit which is a change in the contract of 90% of the tenants which should be illegal. I highly recommend staying away from this complex and if you need to get out of your current lease you should be able to leverage the fact that they changed the contract agreement which should make it easier to get out of yours without penalty. This business won't last with this type of management.
