I live at ALLUVION in ***************. I would highly recommend avoiding this mess of an apartment complex. Charging $15 an hour to charge our electric cars on property lol.

The Franklin Apartment Homes in Cary NC. The apartment is full of German Roaches. I reported a roach infestation in my home and was put on a waitlist for 2 weeks. When the pest control was able to come the infestation was out of control and caused me to throw out hundred of dollars worth of food and other appliances. The German Roaches took over the apartment and caused the apartment to be inhabitable and management did not care. Currently I have not been living in my home for over a month due to the unlivable conditions in the home. Pest control has not handled the issue and it has been over a month now. The apartment management does not care and is slow to fix the issue. The roaches were coming out of the wall outlet and all they did was replace the outlet, instead of looking in the wall to see if they were living in the wall. The roaches are throughout the whole building, in talking with other residents. I have seen roaches walking outside and in the hallway. Never live here!! It is distributing here, honestly the place should be condemned with the amount of German roaches that are here. I want out of my lease and I want money for all of my loses and for the time I can't be at my unlivable apartment.

They are thieves. Good communication with them until we put down a deposit to hold a unit while they processed our information. After the deposit was received they became incredibly difficult to get in contact with to the point that our requested move in date had passed two weeks after our initial deposit was accepted. Since our requested move in date had passed, they would not honor the agreed upon rent for that move in date (they increased it) and so we declined to move forward with signing a lease. They then refused to return our holding deposit on the basis that the 72 hours for a refund had passed even though it was on their end that they took over two weeks to process our information and missing the expected move in date (note that in the deposit agreement they stipulate they must process info within 72 hours for deposit to be nonrefundable). Had to get lawyers involved to get the deposit returned but do not even THINK about giving them a holding deposit let alone renting from them. Glad we dodged a bullet and got our money back since I can't even imagine what renting from these scammers must be like.

This is my 1st and last time living in a Greystar community; Silverbrook Apartments I have had a leaking roof since the day I moved in and nothing has been done about it, now I have mold and water marks/streaks down my walls and management has done nothing to help me!The previous property manager put the utilities in the apartment complex name when I moved in and now a year and a half later con-service found out I had been living there all along and now charged me a year and a some worth of utility bills. I reached out to ****** the property manager and she said she could not help me and then I got her Regional Manager ************************* and explained all the maintenance concerns I have had and requested a payment plan JUST on UTILITIES as I don't have an extra $1700.00. I got " Unfortunately no you will need to pay your balance in full" and then immediately stop answering my emails! How can you do that to someone when that is managements fault and then expect us to pay $1700.00 in utilities by itself up front or move out? MOLD! LEAKING ROOFs how do you expect someone to live like this! DONT ever move into a Greystar apartment, or you will regret it. Hopefully someone can help you as they were not willing to help me!

The worst apartment experience of my life. Bad service. Uncaring, lazy employees bound by an awful corporate culture. I cancelled my rental at the ********** after placing a deposit down. I did that within their guidelines and was told I would receive my $300 deposit in 30 days. It is now 120 days and still no deposit. Only one person out of the many I called there was of help. He tried to assuage my anger by offering a $300 virtual gift card for my inconvenience. Even the gift card turned into a hassle because the card is tied to residents at the ********** so it was deactivated because I am no longer, nor ever was, a resident of the **********! I wouldn't give any stars if I could. Greystar, the owner of the ********** and a multibillion dollar business, has a history of treating "customers" this way. Look at their ****** reviews. Here's their corporate number, by the way. *****************, the jackwagon CEO, sets the tone for this company. He'll be glad to hear from you. Eight43-******-Nine400.

I am writing this review in great shock because my favorite bike was stolen from the bike room. Except the front wheel everything else was stolen as attached. This is not the first time, when we first moved in computer desk was near the entrance and was stolen while we were shifting. We are now seriously concerned about our security living in this apartment. If someone can enter the secured room and can patiently dismantle the bike and steal them, what will stop from entering our apartment? We usually keep the bike in our patio, but since the management suggested to keep the bike in the bike room, we request the management to take responsibility for this theft and help us either in identifying the stolen bike or reimburse it.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have lived at ************* since 04/22/2023 and it has been an absolute shitshow. Do not move here, I repeat, DO NOT MOVE HERE! Not only am I not in the unit I was shown and signed for, but my apartment also wreaked of smoke and weed upon move-in. The smell is constant and never goes away due to my neighbors smoking inside their unit next door. There have been several domestic disputes with this specific neighbor - he also has hypodermic needles and pills scattered on his balcony. He also leaves his baby (under 1 years old) in the unit crying and screaming for hours at a time and I have called the police multiple times. Management does not care and does nothing no matter how much I complain. Over 15+ cars were broken into and vandalized in the parking garage on floors 2-5 on May 13th, 2023, and management has done nothing. The community manager, ******, took to ******** to comment on the incident stating it was never reported to management, yet she cannot send out any alerts/notices/announcements/correspondence to residents regarding the crimes, damages and safety concerns. There is always dog urine and f**** in the halls, the elevators never work and there has been a metal grate on the 9th floor that needs to be repaired since the day I moved in. So many people have tripped and hurt themselves that a resident took it upon themselves to place their doormat over the grate to prevent further injuries. I have requested this issue be repaired multiple times and nothing has been done. An illegal poker room was busted a few weeks back as well as a trap house that involved the **** team. I want to break my lease due to my overall concern for my safety and well-being. These issues are blatant disregard for resident safety and overall negligence on management and Greystar's behalf. Do yourself a favor and skip the tour, do not let the pictures online fool you. Your safety is more important.
