The worst apt management company. There are fumes coming into our apartment. We call the front office and of course no one is there to help, like usual.

**********************, ******, ** (Owned by LaSalle Management ***)All smoke & mirrors. Amenities and features are taken away by GreyStar management and remain inoperable while tenants are fed multiple excuses. Steam room has been shut down for months. Front gate inoperable for 18mo, operable for 2-3mo, and back to being inoperable. Tenants forced to pay for Fetch package service that continues to lose packages. No legal consequence for trespassers or homeless sleeping in our community. Join the tenants page for more.LaSalle Management *** purchased this community from Altis under an LLC they opened a few days prior only to add it their investment portfolio. The community is maintained similar to public housing. Ridiculous rent increases, while community features - amenities are not maintained. Search GreyStar Management. Caveat Emptor. The only positive is how nice the staff in the management office is.

Lived here for almost 2 years. This place is a total nightmare poorly managed. Dog urine and f**** all over the building never cleaned up. Trash piled up everywhere cleaning company does not pick it up. The Jacuzzi is a nightmare constant parties and management does nothing. This place is disgusting I have never lived in such a filthy bio place. New management is taken over and nothing has yet to change.

Greystar does not care about their residents. The trash situation is beyond disgusting, they raise rent and decreased amenities and cleaning services. The office and maintenance staff keep leaving because of.the lack of integrity with Greystar. We were a great little community and they've destroyed it.I'm so embarrassed by our property and trash that I will not.have guests.I know that these reviews will not even matter to Greystar so I've waited to even post.

Since greystar has taken over my apartment complex Rent has gone up a significant amount and despite the raise in cost, apartment grounds are not properly kept There are multiple broken sprinkler heads spread around the complex, mailboxes are commonly broken into and not repaired in a timely fashion

On Friday, 06/30/2023, we noticed that our A/C unit was not properly cooling the unit. I put in a service request for this issue on the Saturday, 07/01/2023. On Sunday, 07/02/2023, the maintenance team moved our request to in progress. It wasn't until Monday, 07/03/2023 at 4:56PM that someone attempted to go into my apartment triggering the alarm. On the service request, I requested the maintenance team to call to schedule an appointment before entering the apartment as I was at work and as was my husband. No one contacted us and triggered the alarm and didn't even have the decency to call and explain that they were coming into the unit as I gave both me and my husbands number. After the first attempt to go into our apartment, my husband set the alarm, and after that they tried to go back into the apartment at 5:01PM causing the alarm to trigger again and the police was dispatched. Once the police was dispatched, they decided to leave and put our request as completed. Furthermore, when I arrived home that evening, the A/C unit was still not properly cooling and we had to continue using the 4 fans plugged up in our bedroom. On Wednesday, 07/05/2023, I entered another service request, requesting the same information as before and till this day Monday, 07/10/2023, we are still without A/C in our apartment. Please note that I am currently 30 weeks pregnant with a toddler and this is out right unacceptable as the weather conditions are dangerously high. This is absolutely unacceptable and I would like to terminate my lease and request compensation for this months rent.

Not sure where to start but this complex has been a nightmare for my family and I. For starters we moved in not knowing the apartment was infested with roaches. We waited 2 whole weeks after getting our keys and even hired our own exterminator to eradicate the issue. The pest control the apartment uses was basic and did nothing. Next we had a mold issue and they tried to paint over the mold and clean it with bleach instead of replacing the sheetrock behind the wall. The mailboxes have been broken for about a year now. I have to pickup mail on Saturdays because the office holds everyones mail and my work ours are the same as the office. We pay rent on time but are never prioritized here. Currently we have had 3 major leaks in 1 week and a failing a/c unit while I have a pregnant fianc here. It's crazy because they focus on renovating units while people like us who have been here in older units suffer. It's all about money and they have no empathy or customer service at all. I have reached out to the media and everyone I could think of to get results. Hopefully someone reads this before moving here and saves themselves a headache.

The neighborhood is nice--other than that I do not have anything positive to say about ****************** and their corporate office, Greystar. A few things that I would recommend if you decide to live here: 1) When you provide your security deposit do not expect to get it back. 2) When you move in you have to provide your own light fixtures, and/or ceiling fans. They leave your apartments without them. 3) Any documentation you have in your account keep track of them because once you move out, they will not give you access to any of the maintenance request that you placed while staying there 4) If you have to make any maintenance request track them outside of the account as well. Our AC unit froze over several times throughout the year to the point we had to turn on our emergency heat...I put in atleast **************************************** and it took them until the spring time to get it resolved. Please note that you maybe able withhold your rent if they cannot complete the task in a timely manner or if you've had multiple instances of having to request the same thing to be fixed. 5) When you move in, take full inventory of the apt (i.e., whether it is cleaned, bugs, stains on the floor, water damage) because if you don't they will take your security deposit and charge you more. 6) you will pay for pest control and I've never seen them come out and spray--we constantly had stink bugs and spiders getting into our home. 7) Expect to pay for them to paint after you move out--which is another reason you will not get your security deposit back. You'll also pay a cleaning fee at move out as well (though they already have to clean prior to the next residents moving in 8) You will pay for the smart system they put in the home as well--they placed this in our apartment and told us that if we renew our lease it will be an extra fee each month.
