1 starEl complejo ****************** ubicado en en ************************************************************************************ tiene una Mala Administracin que ha destruido las instalaciones por completo e incluso ********** a personas con apariencia de dudosa procedencia, La basura en mi jardn ha sido un problema constante y mis solicitudes de solucin han sido ignoradas. El ruido ocasionado por mi vecino del edificio 9 ********, es insoportable durante el da y la noche, y los sonidos no son normales, lo que genera sospechas. Mi garaje privado ha sido violado sin respetar mi privacidad, con obstculos constantes para entrar y salir. La salud de mi familia y la ma se han visto afectadas fsica y psicolgicamente debido al agotamiento de no poder dormir, lo que ha afectado mi rendimiento laboral. ****, **************************************** veces que personas drogadas y adolescentes sospechosos entraron en el edificio 9, que he informado a la administracin del complejo ***************************** cuya Manager se llama *****************, pero no se han tomado medidas para resolver la situacin. Se produjo un robo dentro del apartamento **** de mi vecina en el edificio 9, lo que me hace temer por la seguridad de mi familia. Por estas razones, siento la necesidad de escalar este caso y presentar una queja formal ante la polica para solicitar un nmero de caso e investigacin. Adems, proceder a rescindir el contrato, ya que no puedo residir en una *****************, especialmente porque tengo un nio de un ao cuya salud se ha visto afectada por esta situacin. Hoy llame a la polica para notificar actitudes sospechosas y abrir un caso de denuncia EL CUAL YA ASIGNARON UN # INVESTIGACION a personas con comportamiento inapropiado dentro del edificio 9, tengo 4 aos viviendo y jamas me haba visto afectado por una administracin que meti delincuentes a vivir en los complejos, robos a apartamentos drogas y prostitucin son las principales causas de mi incomodidad. I just posted a ******* vid from February 18th, 2023, that depicts what it is like living here, "******************** ********** ****************** Dealing with Angry Customers - *************** **" -insanity.Just check out that vid, and also note that now, Feb 20th, 11:am, still no reply from the property owners, Greystar (who have a BBB rating of ONE STAR). This morning I spoke with the property manager, and she claims to have left me a voice message this morning, but I received none. She is supposed to have one of her Greystar supervisors call me, which is what I originally requested, but they ignored it, of course.Take a look at how their rep at Red Canyon tells me "Why?" when I ask her to help me have the belligerent resident stop yelling curse words at me, to stop trying to humiliate me, to stop threatening me with his arms waving at me -this after the Red Canyon rep is talking in circles while I have recorded asking for her help. See how I was in this awful level of anxiety, pain and frustration walking out of that building in that video I posted. How do you improve that which is not meant to be improved?Review fromKathryn L

1 starUnfortunately, moving to the **************** on December 15, 2022, was a huge mistake, and I regret it. From my initial complaints on 12/19 and to date, Ive been in a 70-page email correspondence (with pictures/videos) with the Assistant Manager, ************** The presence of the former tenants DNA throughout the bathroom, dead/alive roaches inhabiting various places, and faulty appliances, especially the malfunctioning HVAC unit during the freezing temperatures and with no heat, are the bane I was appreciative of his efforts, yet that doesnt rectify the long-standing complaints and concerns still present within my unit. There is no professional decorum or leadership, as Ive escalated my complaints and concerns to Greystars leadership team on various platforms - all with no responses. The overall community is dilapidated as the sidewalks, entry corridors, and artificial turf stay covered in dog p*** and are not cleaned up by their owners. Strewn trash serves as landscape, domestic disturbances late at night, and idiots speeding throughout the community and driving out the entrance gate that stays broken. I honor my timely obligations, despite the lack of consideration/concern from management. As with all residents, I deserve to be comfortable in my home, have working appliances, and have peace of mind as opposed to having my quality of life and financial wellness hindered. Hopefully, my complaints to FHEO/Fair Housing and other agencies will yield some sort of assistance/intervention. I believe being a woman of color and in my mid 50s, my concerns are not being prioritized. Take the time to visit other rental communities in close proximity, as ********************* is not worth the incompetent engagement, time, money, or distress.Review fromSonia S

1 star******* was very rude, I called regarding my patio furniture due to receiving a notice that I needed to remove it. I asked her why and she stated it is not patio furniture. I have been here for a while now and all of a sudden she is trying to have me remove it. So now ***** gets to pick our outside furniture?She was very rude and was talking down to me and would not let me get a word in. If you are choosing to live her don't. The walls are cheap you can hear everything from your neighbors. There is dog p*** all over the premise. Last summer I went out of my way to help her with some kids destroying the pool area and was still rude. Once my lease is up I'm out of here because of complex and the office employees. 1 starI lived here for two years and had the worst experiences of my life. I was stalked by a maintenance man and lived in a constant state of fear because of it. Too scared to say anything while I lived here, now a year after I’ve moved I’m ready to speak up. These apartment complexes don’t do enough checking on the maintenance people they hire. These men are coming into our homes when we are and are not home. This particular man came into my home when I first moved in and then he proceeded to stalk me for the rest of the time I lived there. It took me sometime to figure out what he was doing. But when I finally realized he was stalking me I had to just wait for my lease to be up. I tried to stay with other people sometimes and I even stayed in hotels to get away. But financially I couldn't keep up with this. The office staff there is horrible, especially Marvia with her callous, vicious nature. Hear me when I tell you this. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. All they want is your money. I was abused, manipulated, led on and stalked while living in this complex. Horrible neighbors who play loud as hell club music all through the early morning hours and the night which the office does nothing about, even when you complain multiple times. There was a drug bust in the apartment right across from mine where several cops ended up chasing these criminals around the neighborhood in order to catch them. Security is just there for decoration and does nothing to dissuade criminals. This place is NOT SAFE for single women and you should run from this place if you’re a single women living on your own. This place never takes responsibility for their actions and never does the right thing. I’m still scarred from living at this place and trying to recover from my traumatic experiences here. Hopefully this review will help any women who are thinking of moving here. 1 starMy experience with ************************* was fine but I am starting to totally regret my choice. When my friend and I moved into the place it was advised to ** by the front desk staff of ************************* not to pay the whole deposit and sign up for the security deposit alternative plan and it was mentioned to us that any move-out related fees were to be taken out of this amount and if any other fees were to be paid we would receive an email from them after our move out. We were in the property for 13 months and paid $29 each month with a total of $377. Now after 2 years of us moving out, we are receiving emails from this debt collector company and they are saying that apparently, we owe $309.98 to the property! During the past 2 years, we did not receive any emails telling us that we owe any amount and now we are to deal with a debt collector company! After a lot of talking, we got to a point where we are asking the debt collector company to take this amount out of our security deposit alternative plan but they would not agree to even do that. We are about to lose credit just because of the misinformation that the Greystar property has given to us and the debt collector companies. My question is, where did our $377 go? Did we just pay that for nothing? If we knew this was the case we would have paid the deposit upfront so that at least they could have taken this amount out of the deposit and given the rest back to us. I regret ever choosing this place for rental and do not recommend it to anyone.Greystar

I apologize that the deposit alternative was not fully explained to you. The $29/month LeaseLock fee is a convenience fee for the convenience of waiving the deposit upfront. 1 starWe were living at elevate apartments run by greystar I lease was up we moved and a couple days was hit with a **** bill 950 for paint,1300 for carpeting along with other charges we have asked for proof of **** the lady bre in the office cussed us out told us get off property we then emailed her she told us we needed to talk to greystar we have made numerous calls they don't answer left messages never a call back so we proceeded to let bre know it is law that they provide me with proof receipts, she said for us not to contact get a lawyer so that's jus what we have done greystar is bill fraudulent charges n preying on hard working people and I suggest you fight these scammers breaking the law !!!!!!!we got a email from the office lady 6 days later after I told her I'm obtaining a lawyer she proceeded to email at 12 midnight that she had turned everything over to collections these people are scammers,frauds so fight do not let them get away with thisReview fromLamar W

1 starI made a deposit on an apartment I wasnt approved for. I was told I would receive the deposit back within 2 weeks. Its over a month now and today I was told it would be up to 30 days for the check to be mailed. Ive been getting the run-around for my deposit long enough. The money was was withdrawn from my bank account in less than 24 hours. The return of my deposit should be the same.Review fromSandie G

1 starThis apartment complex is horrible, they have bugs and never fix anything that is broken ( sink , bathroom etc. ) then will charge you after you move out to make improvements!

1 starSince Greystar started managing the complex safety has been a HUGE issue and we no longer feel safe living here. I can provide a few examples in regard to the safety issues we have.The front door to the A building was broken for MONTHS on end meaning anyone and everyone could access the building causing a huge safety concern,The front gate to the complex is consistently broken and it again goes MONTHS without being fixed causing anyone to drive into the complex causing a huge safety concern.There is a huge hole in the fence of the parking lot to allow anyone and everyone access to the no longer secure parking lot.Multiple residents' cars have been STOLLEN, and the complex is fully aware of this issue, however, they have not done anything to have more security on the premises. Also as of this morning, the resident who parks next to us in the parking garage her car was just stolen this morning/last night! she was in the garage telling us her car was gone this morning.Multiple people have had smashed windows in both parking garages as well. Oh and there solution for all their residents is :"If we provide any access control devices or security measures upon the property, they are not a guarantee to prevent crime or to reduce the risk of crime on the property. You agree that no access control or security measures can eliminate all crime and that you will not rely upon any provided access control or security measures as a warranty or guarantee of any kind." I will be hiring a Lawyer sense they are unwilling to work with us on these safety concerns.
