      Run the other way. I just posted a ******* vid from February 18th, 2023, that depicts what it is like living here, "******************** ********** ****************** Dealing with Angry Customers - *************** **" -insanity.Just check out that vid, and also note that now, Feb 20th, 11:am, still no reply from the property owners, Greystar (who have a BBB rating of ONE STAR). This morning I spoke with the property manager, and she claims to have left me a voice message this morning, but I received none. She is supposed to have one of her Greystar supervisors call me, which is what I originally requested, but they ignored it, of course.Take a look at how their rep at Red Canyon tells me "Why?" when I ask her to help me have the belligerent resident stop yelling curse words at me, to stop trying to humiliate me, to stop threatening me with his arms waving at me -this after the Red Canyon rep is talking in circles while I have recorded asking for her help. See how I was in this awful level of anxiety, pain and frustration walking out of that building in that video I posted. How do you improve that which is not meant to be improved?

      Unfortunately, moving to the **************** on December 15, 2022, was a huge mistake, and I regret it. From my initial complaints on 12/19 and to date, Ive been in a 70-page email correspondence (with pictures/videos) with the Assistant Manager, ************** The presence of the former tenants DNA throughout the bathroom, dead/alive roaches inhabiting various places, and faulty appliances, especially the malfunctioning HVAC unit during the freezing temperatures and with no heat, are the bane I was appreciative of his efforts, yet that doesnt rectify the long-standing complaints and concerns still present within my unit. There is no professional decorum or leadership, as Ive escalated my complaints and concerns to Greystars leadership team on various platforms - all with no responses. The overall community is dilapidated as the sidewalks, entry corridors, and artificial turf stay covered in dog p*** and are not cleaned up by their owners. Strewn trash serves as landscape, domestic disturbances late at night, and idiots speeding throughout the community and driving out the entrance gate that stays broken. I honor my timely obligations, despite the lack of consideration/concern from management. As with all residents, I deserve to be comfortable in my home, have working appliances, and have peace of mind as opposed to having my quality of life and financial wellness hindered. Hopefully, my complaints to FHEO/Fair Housing and other agencies will yield some sort of assistance/intervention. I believe being a woman of color and in my mid 50s, my concerns are not being prioritized. Take the time to visit other rental communities in close proximity, as ********************* is not worth the incompetent engagement, time, money, or distress.

      My experience with ************************* was fine but I am starting to totally regret my choice. When my friend and I moved into the place it was advised to ** by the front desk staff of ************************* not to pay the whole deposit and sign up for the security deposit alternative plan and it was mentioned to us that any move-out related fees were to be taken out of this amount and if any other fees were to be paid we would receive an email from them after our move out. We were in the property for 13 months and paid $29 each month with a total of $377. Now after 2 years of us moving out, we are receiving emails from this debt collector company and they are saying that apparently, we owe $309.98 to the property! During the past 2 years, we did not receive any emails telling us that we owe any amount and now we are to deal with a debt collector company! After a lot of talking, we got to a point where we are asking the debt collector company to take this amount out of our security deposit alternative plan but they would not agree to even do that. We are about to lose credit just because of the misinformation that the Greystar property has given to us and the debt collector companies. My question is, where did our $377 go? Did we just pay that for nothing? If we knew this was the case we would have paid the deposit upfront so that at least they could have taken this amount out of the deposit and given the rest back to us. I regret ever choosing this place for rental and do not recommend it to anyone.

      I apologize that the deposit alternative was not fully explained to you. The $29/month LeaseLock fee is a convenience fee for the convenience of waiving the deposit upfront. It is a deposit alternative, but it is not a monthly deposit contribution. The team at Lakeview Towers will reach out to review this with you in person.

      If I could give zero stars, I would. Greystar hires the most unprofessional people. I just had an leasing manager go off on me when I was the victim of a small crime. Very aggressive, condescending and lying individuals. I mad very upset I just renewed my lease. DO NOT rent from any greystar company.

      I made a deposit on an apartment I wasnt approved for. I was told I would receive the deposit back within 2 weeks. Its over a month now and today I was told it would be up to 30 days for the check to be mailed. Ive been getting the run-around for my deposit long enough. The money was was withdrawn from my bank account in less than 24 hours. The return of my deposit should be the same.

      This apartment complex is horrible, they have bugs and never fix anything that is broken ( sink , bathroom etc. ) then will charge you after you move out to make improvements!
      Never customer service or will never fill a work order ! Please read and do your research on this company

      Since Greystar started managing the complex safety has been a HUGE issue and we no longer feel safe living here. I can provide a few examples in regard to the safety issues we have.The front door to the A building was broken for MONTHS on end meaning anyone and everyone could access the building causing a huge safety concern,The front gate to the complex is consistently broken and it again goes MONTHS without being fixed causing anyone to drive into the complex causing a huge safety concern.There is a huge hole in the fence of the parking lot to allow anyone and everyone access to the no longer secure parking lot.Multiple residents' cars have been STOLLEN, and the complex is fully aware of this issue, however, they have not done anything to have more security on the premises. Also as of this morning, the resident who parks next to us in the parking garage her car was just stolen this morning/last night! she was in the garage telling us her car was gone this morning.Multiple people have had smashed windows in both parking garages as well. Oh and there solution for all their residents is :"If we provide any access control devices or security measures upon the property, they are not a guarantee to prevent crime or to reduce the risk of crime on the property. You agree that no access control or security measures can eliminate all crime and that you will not rely upon any provided access control or security measures as a warranty or guarantee of any kind." I will be hiring a Lawyer sense they are unwilling to work with us on these safety concerns.

      Greystar does NOT compensate apartment locators. I am an ***************** who referred my client to **************** apartments located in *******, ** in July of 2022. It is now Jan 31, 2023 and I have not been compensated for my transaction. This property is **************** located in ******* ** After a series of emails I've been given the "run around" from the property manager and associates and 7 months later, delayed responses, lies and no compensation. I've done my part as a locator but parties of **************** apartments and the Greystar team failed to do theirs. Do NOT refer your client to this property, you will NOT get paid.

      Lots of promises at Citiscape ******* managed by Greystar but very far from a luxury property. The apartments are on the 14th through 23rd floor but they let all four elevators fall into disrepair for over a year. I cant count the number of times I and the other tenants have had to walk up the stairs, carrying our children, pets and groceries because all of the elevators had been allowed to break and they wouldnt pay to repair them. For over a year, and nothing was done. . Im amazed the city hasnt shut them down, considering how many violations that is. Minimal building maintenance and no security. Its on a great location but I lived here for two years 2020-2022 and they talk a good game but then pretend like they cant see all the elevators, door fobs, door locks, swimming pool, spa, and gym are all regularly broken or out of service. They claim someone is always in the lobby or on security patrol but thats not true at all.
