Hello, I am a resident at ********************** in ******* **. My unit was impacted during the ice storm just last week due to the property sprinkler pipes busting. My carpet is still wet they havent came in to pull up any padding or floors. No wet backs were done. I have three holes in my ceiling in my closet and and the inside of the walls are still wet. They sent out a restoration team and they placed three big fans in my unit and expect me to run the fans all day. This is an inconvenience being that they are not paying my electric bill and I work from home. I also have a child whose health is being impacted due to the humidity and wetness of floor. *** went the in office and have emailed the manager but hasnt gotten any response. I was told they will start doing repairs however while Im home m, but as I stated I work from home so that cant be possible. I havent been offered to be placed in another unit or anything until the repairs are complete. I am very disappointed.

I was a resident at Callia Apartments for one year upon a move out. I scheduled a walk-through with a maintenance which I recorded and they were clearly no signs of wall damage repair or carpet damage which was all recorded on video. However, upon move out, I received a bill from Greystar stating that my carpet and walls were damage beyond normal, wear and tear, which clearly isn’t the case as I can provide evidence against such with video and photos that I took before I moved in as well as when I moved out. Every time I try to reach out to Greystar receivables department I get the voicemail or they do not return my calls. I will be forced to contact the attorney general as I am not responsible for these overcharges that are not valid and a clear violation of Arizona real estate tenant law, it is such a disappointment that this company is practicing such illegal acts. I will be seeking the highest form of payment as this bill will ruin my credit and hinder me financially. I am contacting Attorney to the file a class action lawsuit against this company if this matters not resolved.

DO NOT and I mean DO NOT reside here. The apartments are old and have major plumbing and mold issues. ********************, is a rude manager who thinks she knows everything and does not listen to you fully. Her communication skills are non-existent and will not reply for weeks at a time. She purposefully ignored my requests to be there during my Move-Out Inspection, resulting in them making up charges.. I had many issues during my stay here, ranging from mold, leaks, floods and etc. If you can help it, STAY AWAY! These people are money hungry and only want your money. They will nickle and dime you upon move-out, and charge you for things you've already paid for. If I could give 0 stars, I would. If they put as much time into why they have so many leaks and mold issues that would be beneficial for them as a company. Until then, this place is a dump considering how much they charge people a month for all the problems that follow. The gates never worked, until the end, probably to lure people to re-sign. What a rip off!

Greystar has been nothing but pain for over years now. We moved out in July 2022, they harassed ** for wrongful move out charges for 6 months. We finally settled and the apartment management actually sent a refund for us instead of charging. It has been over a year now since we received that refund check. Now I am receiving messages and calls from **** collectors for this move out charges. I am not even sure this is even legal for them to do and hurt our credit for no reason. I am absolutely going to look in to it. GREYSTAR overall has horrible manner, horrible management and now wrongfully sending us to debt collection. Just horrible.

Greystar (estancia at city center) never reached out to my multiple emails on paying my final utilities becuase their payment app stops letting you access your account prior to the statement charges. They then ingored my phone calls to the office and hanging up when they heard my voice. They then transfered my $72 payment to their debt collector partner who didn't reach out until six months later with a total amount owed of $345.19. I would avoid moving into a Greystar community if you care about your credit score because they don't. They need to be investigated for sending multiple people to collections without attempting to collect the payment themselves first.

GREYSTAR has a horrible community called **************** ! That holds nasty personnel. Manager *** , admin ****** and admin ***** ! Are the most unprofessional staff that I have ever encountered. People move out due to their abuse and lack of follow up. ******* and ***** have the nastiest attitude and the worst representation of this company ! They should never be recognized as a place to rent from.

If I can give negative star, I would. During the first week since I moved in, my car got hit inside their gated garage. I asked for footage inside the garage, but they cannot provide anything. This is the reply from their leasing manager: Upon reviewing the terms outlined in our lease agreement, it is important to note that the community, as stipulated in the resident parking addendum, assumes no liability for damages or incidents that occur in the parking garage or any other part of the community where a car may be parked.I went ahead and attached a copy of your executed lease agreement where you can review the parking addendum on page 61.Their regional manager from Greystar, ********************* treats my negative reviews as threatening and doubt my car was hit elsewhere but not in their garage. She also said they are very consistent with their policy in regards to residents being responsible for their vehicles.Yes, they are consistent charging monthly parking fees but holding no liability to find out who cause the damages to your properties nor protect your assets from damages and losses while you live in Waymark. They dont maintain camera footage of vehicles parked in their space, which means you have to absorb all the losses by yourself if anyone breaks in or hit your car. Ironically, Greystar will offer you a gift card for dinner lol.If I had read any reviews of their rude and arrogant attitudes of their regional managers, plus poor security measures before I moved in, I will try my best to avoid any apartments managed by Greystar.********************************************

I am a 5 year resident, with disabilities,of Creekside Park The Residences, who asked for a pool railing for support on entering and exiting the pool. The request was denied, after I was lied to and told the accommodation was being made. Moving is always an option but it is costly and requires a lot physically. At this point, I am not sure I have it in me. Apparently, doing what is right is too much to ask of Creekside Park The Residences management company, Greystar, and the owner/ developer Howard Hughes. Another dissatisfied resident.

DO NOT MOVE INTO A GREYSTAR COMMUNITY! Impossible to get a hold of. Moved out of my apartment and followed all necessary steps as required, and they sent me a bill for $11,000, which is obviously incorrect, and I have zero way of getting in contact with them. Their email is at “high volume,” and their phone line only allows you to wait 5 minutes before forcing you to leave a voicemail for a call that will not be returned. IF YOU HAVE AN OPTION, AVOID GREYSTAR AT ALL COSTS!

I moved out of a Greystar Apartment complex in Houston, TX, Hiline Heights Apts, and I keep receiving a statement saying I owe money and I do NOT owe money! I even got my full deposit back already. The apartment assistant manager said they show a $0.00 balance on their end and I have to call the AR number or email on the statement. I have been calling obsessively and emailing and no one , in 3 full weeks, has responded. I've been able to talk to 2 receptionist that do answer, out of the 1000+ times I've called the number on the email, and they both "promised" someone would contact me back asap. 3 weeks in and still no response. This is horrible since eventually I'm sure this will hit my credit report and then I have to deal with that. HORRIBLE!!
