      The most unprofessional, unresponsive management group, starting with the Corp Headquarters, of which not one line of the 7 choices answers 3 days consecutively, message inbox is unavailable, local office never answers has outsourced management of phone phone line, which no one ever replies from a message anyway. My car has been broken into, water and sewer shut off due to their non payment to the utilities themselves , damage them done to my car from NYE, no one cares no do they provide any sort of follow up or accountability. Trash was not picked up for whatever reason, left outside in location as per the policy I am being relocated to another state for work and now the end of the lease agreement is literally criminal. Please do yourself a favor, do not move here.

      Incompetent, careless, thieving business. Management is horrid. They literally do not value their residents. A mess. They charged me for new carpet, appliances etc when I had photos the day I left and it was spotless. Shame on them. They are crooks. I wish I could *** you but I cant since I have no money from yall continuing to charge me bogus fees for a crapshoot of a living place. The fire alarms wont stop going off. The management wont give my neighbors keys ** they are married but cant be on the lease WHAT. And on top of all of that, they have zero idea what its like to be on the other end of their chaos. I CHALLENGE MANAGEMENT TO LIVE AT A PROPERTY AND SEE HOW YOU FEEL

      ****** Members I applied for an apartment that GREYSTAR manage at Fox Point Circle in ****** *********, the staff there at the office assured me that I had been approved for an apartment, gave me a move in date, took a secured deposit from me; moreovrer, they had me to port utilities to the apartment they had given. two days before I was to move into the apartment a woman by the name of ******* told me it was okay for me to come down to pick up my keys for the apartment; however, once I got down to the office to pick up the keys to move in this same Fiamond unfortunately informed me that a second review of my application determined that I made too much on my job to qualify for an apartment, therein leaving me and my son homeless. to compound this situation, ******* then informed me that unfortunately I would not receive my secured deposit back for at least another 36 to 40 days.

      This property manager is horribles. I have not received a move statement. Since vacate the unit on 12/24 However management was not available but posted a sign saying the office would open at 10am. After several attempts I received a call back two day later. I have yet to receive a call or statement about the fake charge that Peggy has posted on her website. I have people who have been charged the same $400 plus that move out at the same time. I will be filing a claim in small claims court

      I’m trying to move in to another “Greystar Community” 4 years later
      The old apartment-Broadstone/Osborn put I had a balance on the background check
      But shows zero balance.
      They are now not “Greystar”!!

      ThIs is reaping me havoc even though I fulfilled 2 leases there-have bank statements AND the use to be boss verified w/new place that “I don’t know anything”.
      I suppose to be moving this weekend!

      This is horrible!

      Greystar corporate in Phoenix has yet to call me-2 days in a row, called and waitingggg!!

      Who can I speak to regarding a refund on my move in deposit? I can’t find an email and all the numbers I’ve found just go to voicemail.

      I was a resident at Hailey Apartments located in downtown Tacoma, WA 98402. During my residency, they were managed by Greystar.

      I moved out mid November 2023, Unit 431. Shortly after I moved out, Hailey Apartments was taken over by a new property management, Thrive. Hailey Apartments, now operated under Thrive could not assists me on the matter and directed me to reach out to Greystar.

      The WORST company out there. They hire horrible talent and expect you to do the higher *** jobs even though they are inept. Oh yeah and HUGE red flag, they will commit social security fraud right under your eyes and expect to get away with it. Horrible company and people, full of nasty individuals

      We’ve had to have our apartment bug bombed twice and it still never got rid of the cockroach infestation this complex has, they don’t wanna spend money to have someone come and spray regularly but yet they charged us a monthly fee for it on our rent every single month. It reeks of black mold growing in the walls and made most of us sick. We’ve had our vehicles broken into TWICE and when we brought it up to the front office they said to file a complaint with the police. That’s it. They never had property security to watch our vehicles in the parking lots at night, but don’t you dare get in the swimming pool past 10pm cause that’s something they are ALWAYS watching! I could go on and on about the issues we’ve had here, it was just a Terrible, Terrible experience, don’t move here. The office manager is super rude and will avoid talking with you face to face like a mature adult. They charged us for damages after moving out that weren’t from us just to “upgrade” that old apartment as much as they can cause they don’t wanna pay for it themselves, this place is ran by nothing but money hungry thieves!

      Former employee vacated in good standing meaning rent and utilities were paid thru the month. Photos were sent of super clean apt. Someone how 3 years later, I'm getting calls about late and cleaning fees owed.They also accepted 3 months of rental assistance after I moved out. This for shorecrest club now ******************. I have all emails and photos to verify Yet no one calls you back to discuss.

      This review is for Blu on the Blvd in Baton Rouge Louisiana. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE TO THIS PLACE. I lived at this horrible management place for 1.5 years. There was always a problem and never was fixed. The trash people never came picked up my trash which led to multiple racoons at my door eating through the trash. The water would randomly always get cut off without a warning. There was electrical problems in my apt 2-2. you could not use to much power or it would blow something out. There was a shooting on the premises , in which they wanted to keep quiet about and I was outside walking my dog when this happened.

      My apartment pipes was constantly bursting, the last straw was when the office called me stating that my whole apartment was flooded and they needed to hurry and get in . water was literally gushing out the front door. Both bedrooms, closets, kitchen, living room and bathrooms was flooded. All my stuff was messed up and I was pregnant during this time. After this flooding , Michelle Yapp(property manager" agreed to let me out of my lease with no penalty if I remove all my posts about Blu on the Blvd about how horrible they are. I did take them down and now I have been received calls about owing money for ridiculous things. So I am putting all my post back up on those websites, google reviews, apartment ratings, etc.
