      I live at emmerson in redoak first of all ****** is rude as ****.she don't want to help.also we get charged for valet trash .valet is a choice .it should say mandatory.i guess we are paying for trash compactor because I'm 8 feet from compactor and have to pay 25 a month to pick it up off my porch which looks bad .on weekends nobody comes to compact it and trash is sitting everywhere outside the compactor

      Charged me for 3 bedrooms in a 2 bedroom apartment, charged me for damages they caused, could not justify multiple charges, dodged my lawyer, took longer than the legal limit to notify for intent to claim deposit, and went to a collections agency despite being specifically told not to, who ended up siding with them despite clear evidence of wrongdoing. I was told that my options were to pay what they wanted and everyone moves on because it hadn't hit my credit, or I fight it, probably win and then they just continue to avoid paying me until the debt they owe ME disappears. Never rent from these people.

      The Pointe At South Mountain is the upmost terrible place to live at, they try to take advantage of you and extort you. I’m currently fighting a collections charge that the apartment complex never notified me about when I moved out, they never notified me why they kept my deposit for an entire month. And I only know this because I got a letter from collections in the mail. They are charging me for flooring in the apartment that I created work orders for that were never fixed. And the flooring started to peel up because of poor workmanship and cheap flooring. It also did not help that my window was leaking water every time it rained outside and the apartment complex ignored that work order too. So the moisture in the apartment mixed with the cheapest vinyl sheet flooring they could afford caused it to peel up. While I’m trying to dispute this they have completely ignored and avoided me for weeks now. Not letting me speak with the manager and giving me a constant run around. I’m writing this review so everyone knows the truth about The Pointe At South Mountain. But I will also be writing a formal complaint through the BBB. They also opened a loan on our line of credit without our knowledge for a months of rent when we have paid rent in full every month on the first of the month. Which they zeroed out eventually but it is still on our line of credit and knocked it down enough points from a high 700 to a low 700 (I have documentation, photos, and videos to support all my claims). Stay away from The Pointe at South Mountain.

      I was hired by the ******************* to provide fitness classes. During my time there, management changed twice. The last management company has been Greystar. They owe me one month's pay for classes (July 2023 and this is February ****!) but they are impossible to talk to. They do not answer the phone and they do not answer emails. They deny themselves when you show up in person. Extremely unprofessional.

      Property managed by this company in *********** gave ** incorrect information and therefore didnt give us keys due to their s**** *** on move in day. Had to complain to county officials so they could give ** our refund but refused to give the refund to the other potential tenant. Horrible communication and subpar customer service. Many red flags.

      Staffs abusing her power I am trying to report her and get someone else to help me bc she’s incompetent and playing games on my tenancy . I’m 70% ptsd disabled from military service and I need someone to get back to me . I do not want to keep having to deal with this idiot

      No one will answer the phone , greystar is like a maze of unanswered phone lines and nobody will reply to emails . The messages get kicked back to the managers so the corruption in house in unimaginable

      Terrible customer service no one ever answers the phone. If you leave a voice mail they never get back to you at all. The email? Don’t even get me started they don’t respond to those either. Never experienced this much negligence from a big company. This is terrible.

      Greystar double charging tenants for breaking a lease, 2 months rent is what I was told, I am being charged for 4 months plus utilities from last year that were already paid in full. I have proof of paying them! I lived at one their complexes and it looks like death. Appliances are as old as the complex, Hvac unit is as old as the complex, built in the 80s. Oh but lets beautify the grounds and not worry about the tenants, Staff members are horrible! Make a complaint I dont know how many times about excessive noise and 1 upstair tenant for excessive noise, screaming, yelling, slamming up against the walls. Took them 1,5 years to get it to stop. Many more problems there to. I am just done with this nonsense. Do I need an attorney? Probably

      Worst Experience I have ever had. Ridgemont at Stringers Ridge in Red Bank, TN.
      Live ANYWHERE else.
      This office is the worst at communication. We were charged an insane amount of "lawyer fees" due to overdue rent with no attempts by the office to make us aware of the balance (which was a result of the portal system not matching- the amount due on my portal was not what their office ledger showed, so I believed all was up to date because my portal showed a 0 Balance while their office ledger had a balance). When the office finally figured out the issue, nothing was done.
      We moved out as soon as our lease was over, they sent a statement for remaining balance with no due date of payment and sent to collections in less than 15 days of the statement, again with no other communication or notrification.
      They do not answer the phone or return calls or emails.
      I will never look at a Greystar property ever again. Truly the worst experience I have ever had with any business and I hope to never deal with this office/company ever again.

      I applied to one of their complexes and was never approved. I am getting certified letters stating I owe money for my tenancy even though I never moved in nor signed a lease. I assume I need a lawyer to move forward with this and to stop getting harassed.
