This company are crooks. They put on my record I was evicted when I was not evicted. I put in a 60 day notice that I will be moving out once my lease was up. I told them I lost my job the last month of that and wanted to set up a payment plan for my last month and they never responded. They then tried to charge me my last month ( which I agreed with payment plan) plus a resetting fee even though I was not getting evicted and put in plenty of notice. Never responded when I asked where my deposit went to. Should have covered some of the balance if not all of the last month. There were no damages to the property. They don’t respond to any type of communication. Just bad people only out to steal money from the tenants and rack up hidden fees

Slate Scottsdale.... I have lived in this dump for over 4 yrs... dog urine and feces everywhere, never have visitors partaking so no one wanted to come visit me. when you call the front office they never reply and are rude as heck. they make you feel like they're paying for over priced apartment. old appliances always breaking. I can't tell you how many times my dishwasher was breaking and when I suggested to replace it the Manager Addie had the nerve to tell the maintenance guy if they did they would charge me.... they charge you for everything here.. so check that before signing.. but please read these comments I wish I did before I moved here. i'm giving my 60 days and i'm out. good luck if you still move here. When I first moved in I had to call for maintenance after hours because my washer was not hooked up and I had water everywhere. Also the first two months I had no hot water and was constantly told by the office someone will be there to fix it and no one came until I refused to pay rent.

Park12 the collection in San Diego part of Greystar, has had the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. You can never get a hold of anyone from phone or email, they use a service and take your number and no one gets back to you no matter how many times I’ve called. We left our residence on December 21,2023 and are still waiting for our refund deposit back, it is now February 26, 2024. By law in CA you have to pay or mail notification to you 21 days after move out to give you your refund. I’m still waiting as of this letter. First they incorrectly deducted rent that wasn’t owed because they rented our residence before we left as we were breaking lease early to move out of town. They took forever to fix it. I would have never received the notification of money owed if it wasn’t for my due diligence asking for it. They would have kept my refund if gone unnoticed. I talked to someone whom i assume was from corp but was rude and completely not comprehending the legality of CA law. Refused to work with us on getting are entire deposit back due to not getting itemized report in 21 day time frame. They have been so exhausting communicating with and trying to resolve issue that was their fault to begin with. Greystar is notorious for taking your money but not giving it back. Be wary.

The office lad lady Ana wad so rude I would never forget that rude energy lady because the whole apartment even workers didn’t like her energy. Was late on rent trying to renew my lease but said I couldn’t because of renovations on my side of apartments They Over charge my move out with ridiculous fees other than the ones i take accountability and truth for. I had a broke pull out kitchen draw to be charged a whole 2k to a countertop renovation . And other way out of pocket charges
      . Scam

If I could give this organization ZERO stars, I would. Very shady business practices were experienced! My spouse lived in one of their Renton, WA properties for 6 months. She relocated to another state, due to employment. She paid the entirety of the lease (7 months). After her departure, her security deposit vaporized due to "joint" utility payment ($320.00 for common areas). Carpet was left in pristine condition, but $109.00 to have it cleaned anyway. I understand that policy might dictate carpet cleaning for a new tenant, but that is exorbitant for one room. Just prior to departure, a new system of paying rental fees via an electronic application was being dictated to residents. Signing up for this application had no opt out clause for selling personal information to third parties online, but required an external process that would take months to accomplish. In summary, if you asked me if I would EVER refer anyone to this business, the answer would be a unilateral NO! Be wary of this property company!

Do not live here do not move here run while u still can
      DONT MOVE HERE RUN!!!!!!
I don’t know what to think anymore in the beginning, the place was nice nothing went wrong. I lived in one of their lofts, and then I transferred to a two bedroom apartment, hoping it would be better due to roach infestation. The roaches got better, and the two bedroom apartment. I am now in there’s none in here, but.
This one is filled with mold I’ve had to have my floor replaced because it was falling in and my 10 month old son’s room This place is nice, but comes with a lot of troubles
I have black mold in my sons room and black mold on the linings of my restroom Bathtub my toilet every second of the day, back ups and overflows i’ve reported it several times and they just say there’s nothing wrong with it when I moved into my two bedroom apartment that I’m currently in my dishwasher didn’t work they said they were gonna order it then months went by I called they never ordered it nor did they ever do a work order saying my dishwasher was broken. They said that it was fine And there was nothing wrong with it now they ordered me a new one and supposedly it’s been sitting in the office since the beginning of this month and that they will come and install it when “they are ready “ then they have this thing where you can refer someone to get $300 towards your rent. I’ve done that multiple times and they have been lost the forms that you fill out when you refer someone and then they tell me there’s nothing you can do about it. my car was towed and the tow truck drivers that are contracted with this place Argued with me when I had my car on the right side while they were painting the lines I have two vehicles and I both moved them Of them and not the other saying that it was in the wrong spot, but then again, I showed them we’re both both my cars were parked and they apologize and we And said, basically, please don’t sue us for verbally assaulting me while I had my baby in my hands

Greystar wanted to charged me rent after my lease ended. Under law and as stated in the lease contact, I was not require to give notice to vacay but they charged me the next month because I didnt. When I complained they told me to *** them in small claims. Im living in another state so I needed up paying, but what a scam of a company. They should be ***d big time by someone.

My rent with Loretto Heights (Denver, CO) ended on 21st of May 2023. Three months before the end of the lease property was purchased by Greystar company . As a tenant I was never asked to sighn a new contract, so I finished my lease there and moved out . I did not cause any damage to the carpet or walls, and there was no need to replace carpet or do any major work to paint or repair the walls. Perhaps Greystar in CO is unaware that according to Colorado State law (CO Code § 38-12-103), ''no security deposit should be retained to cover normal wear and tear'' My use of the unit/carpet/walls did not go beyond normal wear and tear. It was actually left in a better condition then it was when I moved in. Additionally, according to the law, the landlord must send me an itemized list of deductions from my deposit within 30 days via mail. Loretto Heights Apartments failed to do this, as they did not notify me of any debt, never gave me a call and I only learned about it when I saw a collection report on my credit score (which was almost 6 months after my move-out date). Therefore, according to law, they have forfeited any rights to my deposit. I may in fact choose to pursue my deposit in court. I moved from the apartment without the inspection as office was cancelig and resceduling my move out inspection multiple times. I have multiple picture of the unit on my move out day that can easily proof that they have no right to withhold my deposit, not to mention sending me to collectors. My security deposit amount was 400 dollars and the collection I see on my credit report is for 478 dollars.

Avoid at all costs. I’ve had a bunch of minor issues here but ever since the new owners bought this complex is has been an epic disaster. I’ve had raw sewage backing up into my dishwasher for over a week but they don’t think a plumber is necessary and maintenance has no-showed more times than I can count. I had a major leak in my bedroom ceiling for over 2 weeks and absolute nothing has been done. My ‘luxury apartment’ has become a health hazard. Marissa is the most passive aggressive, rude and disrespectful person who thinks she owns this place. She has mocked my disability and has an attitude that arrives before she does. I cannot wait to get out of here.
My rent is almost $1,800 now because of a utility billing issue, they’ve never shown my proof of these errors.utilities are added to your rent so it’s the office that takes care of that. Why do I pay an admin fee if they can’t do their job correctly? I cannot emphasize enough to not move here. Half of the tenants here have left since Asset Living bought this place 10/2023
