      Horrible people, horrible service, and absolutely no accountability. *****************************, an accountant, blatantly lied about contacting us regarding a past-due invoice the problem being that we received NO notification until 5 days after the invoice was due. She lied and claimed she had contacted us on previous occasions, but neither my domestic partner or I received any calls, emails, portal notifications, or anything else to notify us of a charge. ********* even went to far as to say she left multiple voicemails my partner does not even have his voicemail set up, making this impossible. After catching her in this lie, she continued to double down and threatened to send us to collections. We were forced to pay the fee despite not agreeing with it due to this threat. We never made a late payment while living in the property, which should make it apparent that this event was a lack of communication on their employees part. Greystar is wholly unethical, and the employees are truly the worst humans I have ever experienced while renting.

      Have been evicted after never been given opportunity to sign a lease as well as keeping my deposit. Been threatened by staff and residents. Now homeless with absolutely nothing a person can do to resolve the situation. Now forced to drop out of school.

      Predatory property management company. Prices out loyal customers with 20-30% rate increases YOY. The company withholds security deposits regardless of normal wear and tear and trying to contact the billing department to resolve these issues takes months. There is no streamlined way to dispute charges on your bill and the leasing office is unable to assist as they are not corporate. Every year more and more amenities are removed from the buildings but the rent charges go up astronomically. They sneak in junk fees for services that arent available to customers and are not visible when signing a lease contract. Very horrible experience working with this company and the issues Ive been having remain unresolved for 7+ months.

      There are fraudulent charges on my account they are trying to get into my bank account nobody answers after 36 calls texts emails I'm beginning to think this is a illegal operation

      I rented an apartment for one year and at the end of my lease I was not refunded my deposit money not any of it in fact they attempted to charge me I have my receipts, emails, and photos of the unit left in same condition I have contacted their accounts department who then said its up to the property management to send them what I should get back or not as far as refund of deposit I have sent emails and made calls to which they do not answer or reply I have also looked into the company and they have many complaints or cases including legal action for similar reasons or the same I am a single mother who needed that money to relocate after rent kept being raised I was a good tenant with no complaints and again all of my rent had been paid with nothing owed please help me

      HORRIBLE!!!! The Waters at Manhattan was recently sold to Greystar unannounced and changed the property to the Windsor at Manhattan. They sent me a renewal letter for $2655 on 4/8 which is a $1000 difference from what I pay now and then after I told them I wasn’t renewing, they said after my lease ends on June 6th I still have to pay a month to month rental rate of $2900 because I didn’t give them a 60 day move out notice by 4/6 when they didn’t send the renewal prices until after my 60 days was already up. If they didn’t send out a notice until 48, after the 60 day period, how was I suppose to know that I was moving out due to the price change?! IF I WOULD HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED PRIOR THAT MY RENT WOULD BE INCREASING BY $1000 I COULD HAVE BEEN HAVE A 60 DAY NOTICE!!!!! THE LEASING STAFF AREN’T WILLING TO LET ME GO WITHOUT ANY PENALTIES WHEN IT IS THEIR FAULT FOR NOT SENDING OUT THE NOTICES PROPERLY!!!!

      They run River Landing in Miami, and should be shut down for inhumane, unsanitary practices. The building has gone to complete shit. Feces, urine all over the building floors, amenities. Constant power outages, elevators not working, drug/homeless all over the place. They do nothing about it. They should all go to jail for how crooked they are. No wonder they have class action law suits against them.

      The manager Jay C******** of The Dutton Apartment is very demeaning, arrogant and obnoxious. Ignores to address tenant complaints and did not even offer resolution. He brags that the manager and that the management will side his lies anyways! This manager should go back to school to learn CUSTOMER SERVICE and ETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICE!

      It took over 5 months for me to get ahold of anyone, despite the head of billing telling me I can contact him for any issues with my move out statement. Not only are the representatives rude, but they sent my move out statement to collections on 3/14 despite telling me that I have until 4/30 to pay a settlement amount of roughly $251. The collection agency says I now owe $422 which I cannot afford nor am I paying. I have been trying to get ahold of someone and nothing. I need someone to resolve this for me, I was already living in a unit that put my health at risk and having to deal with this after the fact is very irritating. I am willing to pay the settlement amount by the due date of 4/30/24 but i do not agree with being sent to collections.
