They better bring more to the table than the same team of Lawyers they brought last time, considering the fact the I prevailed against them and I will do it again and again. Mark my words Greystar. I am not here to play footsies and plead for you to give me money you criminal theives stole. This is a warning

I wish I could give this company no stars, they have completely dragged down a very nice apartment complex that I pay top dollar to stay in, I have fought with this community manager from day one, I absolutely feel they are trying to take advantage of people. They sold my parking space out from under me, I literally had to fight with someone that they were parked in my space and he said I just bought this spot, they have still not fixed this issue, they tried to penalize me at the end of my last lease and first tried to evict me then tried to charge me an extra ***** dollars without even giving me any explanation why, then they said it was because I didnt have a lease so I had to be charged an inflated rate. It was 20 days before my lease expired! Then even the prorated amount was literally 900 dollars to much! These people are crooks and need to be closed down.

3/1/24 my husband and I applied for an apartment that was “not supposed to be on the website yet” per my phone call with Hannah the following day.

Hannah said that there is a rough plan that the apartment we applied for could be ready by May or June. We said we would be fine with this and to keep us updated but then we had the option to decline as they wanted the deposit for an apartment that had no clear date of when it would be ready.

We declined this and requested a refund of our application fee as this apartment was falsely advertised - Hannah (both Hannah’s actually) said this was doable and they would start that process.

I’ve called multiple times a month asking for an update and it’s always an excuse that the checks have to come from the head office basically.

It is now July 3rd and we’ve yet to get our refunds of our application fees as promised months ago.

My last call to Jory trail where I spoke to Hannah was on 5/28/24 where I was told that the checks have been mailed and they’d be here within “20 days”.

-10 stars from me! Extremely awful awful company. Probably the worst company Ive ever worked for. Theres a manager there (she still works there) that said more money for us! when we told her that the the business practices were double charging people for the use of certain amenities. I lost my sense of self and moral being because the practices at that job are so immoral and unethical. Please beware. This is coming from a direct source as I worked as a Greystar employee. They should be shut out of business ASAP. Absolutely disgusting company.

This company rented an apartment in my name to someone who is not me because my identity was stolen. I have tried calling them and always get transferred around and no one ever answers. I have left voicemails to voice my concerns but never get a return call. I have disputed this account with all the credit reporting companies and provided an FTC fraud report and an active police report but they always verify as accurate and refuse to take the account off my credit report. This leads me to believe that this company is directly involved in my identity theft.

I have been a Resident at Westmount at Urban Trails, owned by Greystar, for over 2 years. We contacted them to see if they did any tours for their new and featured renovated apartments because it said they did online, so they tell me no that I can't tour the apartment, but how the pictures look online is exactly how the apartment looks. We then get told to pay a Security deposit of $500 and an application fee of $350, we were told the $350 would go back towards our first months rent after we secured the place, that $350 did not come back to us what do ever, also why is an application fee $350?? Anyways, we get to the complex on the day of move-in that the apartment manager at the time had told us, her name was Karen, and she had told us that the apartment was READY to move in that day. She had scheduled for us to move in on a Sunday, the office is closed on Sundays and she told me that I would walk into the office and show them proof, then they would hand me the keys. There were no keys handed to us the first day, we went up to the apartment and it was wide-open, paint cans were laying out still, we had cracks in our bath tub, our tops to our kitchen are peeling off, cabinets are all about to fall out because of how poor they constructed the apartment, and we paid for a renovated apartment, it's nowhere near renovated and we've been paying the same price all these years! They've been jacking us up on money that we're left broke every month because of them. They left an EXTREMELY dirty vent filter in there and it made me, and my wife sick for almost an entire week and I had to miss out on a bunch of work, we finally realized what it was and changed it out. Our A/C also wasn't working when we moved in, and we had to wait the next day to get a portable A/C unit from maintenance. We've been getting charged for trash removal and paying for a parcel when we don't even have either of those, I would appreciate if you could look into this and if possible I can sue, thank you

Parq on Speer in Denver is by far the most horrific place I have ever lived in. Nothing works for starters. Elevators are constantly down for months at a time. Management is failing at every aspect of their job. As a tenant, I have to walk on eggshells due to the fact that the people who work the front desk treat tenants like garbage. We pay a hefty amount to live here and the amount of grief management puts us through is insane. This building is advertised as luxury and there is nothing luxury about it. It is unsafe to the point that they let homeless people roam the hallways because they don’t want to check who comes and goes. What do the front desk people actually do? There have been break ins, robberies and armed violence and management could not care less. Just curious what it’s going to take for Greystar to realize that they are this building is needs competent people to manage it properly.

This company does not value their tenants. Their website states this with pets "Blot this as well, then sprinkle baking soda over the area and massage it into the carpet. Vacuum, and relax. The carpets good as new." (See full link here: ******************************************************************************************). I followed their directions for the 3 accidents my dog had. I was surprised when my lease was up to get a carpet bill for Cleaning of $368 and then a $311 for replacement. Why would they charge me to clean and then replace? Their website tells you how to clean it and gives you a false sense of security. Why would they bring in cleaners when they know the depreciation of the carpet and it would be cheaper to replace it? I paid rent on time, paid the pet fee monthly and followed their directions and get this charge? So this shows me two things. They'd rather not give the new tenant clean carpet and they don't care to do what is best for a loyal tenant. I had to email and leave many messages to understand why first a cleaning charge and then a replacement charge. It took months. They are not responsive and do not answer your questions. They hide behind the legal writing in the lease which will bail them out, however it is clear they don't care. Before answering any of my questions they submitted me to collections and threatened to ruin my credit. I'm stuck. I would love to know why they post how to clean up pet messes on their website and make it look like no big deal. Why didn't the cleaning company clean like this as well? Maybe they did. Who knows. Greystar will not give you answers. Unfortunately you are stuck. My advice is to get new carpet before moving in. I have no idea if my carpet was new or not. My dog did not have many accidents. I cleaned how they directed me and was still hit with more charges. Not a good company, but not much you can do. Every lease will be the same. Shame Greystar does not go above and beyond :(

I lived in a Greystar property and on my move out month they charged me the full month of rent rather than prorated rent. It has now been over a month since I moved out and they still have not refunded me my money despite speaking with the community manager and the third party refund company. I was overcharged $600 and Greystar has yet to return my money or take accountability. What really hurts is that they will not be penalized for this at all and I will likely never see my money again.I would give zero stars if I could. I will never again live in a Greystar property, they have traumatized me for apartment living
