THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED! They I've been absolutely terrible. They say one thing and do another. They tell me that things are going to get done and it never gets done. They said that even after a flood I can't get out of my lease… That's ridiculous and now they're trying to charge me two extra weeks, after my lease is up! I am so frustrated and can't believe I spent over a year in this place. I would never wish this kind of treatment on my worst enemy.
Management office is locked. They don't answer their phone and then tell us to stop calling excessively. I can't handle this anymore. I can't wait to get out in October and will shout it from the rooftops that this is the worst apartment building in all of Arizona, possibly in the entire country! If you're seeing this, I hope this is a warning STAY FAR AWAY!

Worst Property **** company that gets away with a lot of unlawful acts. Someone needs to take action and sue *************************** will contact you after you've vacated the property with any dues owed. This is perfectly justified. But they send you a bill of unjustified expenses, tell you over the phone and email they will answer any questions but don't respond to any inquiries. I don't mind paying for monies owed, but like anyone else, I refuse to pay for charges that are not justified. If you skim through all the other negative reviews for Greystar, you'll see a consistency here: they don't respond nor communicate to consumers.Highly recommend sending emails for documentation. Looks like I'll be using it in small claims court. STAY AWAY FROM GREYSTAR!!1

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. Horrible experience with Belara at Lakeland/Greystar. My car was broken into 3 times and then finally stolen off the property. There was a murder in a nearby unit as well. When we finally had enough, they charged about $7000 to move out. Then they sent me to debt collection for another $2000. I was told by one of the staff that they would charge for the carpet to be replaced just because we had pets and sure enough we got charged for it after moving out even though it was in good condition. If you care about your family's safety, car or wallet do not move here. This company is all about profits and not about their community.

Worst apartment in the world. Never applied to them because they will never refund any money once they received. I applied but their website was done. And the application was never finished but they took my $306 and refuse to refund. I am also considering sue them. I want to give them 0 star if I can.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I wish I could attach photos because I deal with truth and not having friends and tenants leave false reviews for favors. Emergency maintenance is pretty much nonexistent. They live off site and refuse to come for actual Emergencies. I made a Emergency request 12 hours ago and about 12 emails later I finally got help. Not resolved but help. My unit is currently 93°. I wish I could attach photos but I will on Google! On any given day the building are filthy to say the least. They clean around the overrun Dumpster only when corporate is coming but if corporate would randomly show up and actually walk through RANDOM buildings they will be disgusted. Leasing agents don't have any authority to help with any of these issues and they are the only ones in the office full day, so nobody can help unless you want to sign a lease. They dangle bonuses in the agents faces that pushes them to lease by any means, and they give their favorites referral bonuses on leases they didn't refer. They allow certain tenants to get away with no late fees and other things, but refuse help in same circumstances to others. This property is by far NOT luxury! The entire staff has changed several times since moving in, and that was a huge red flag. Even with new staff, if you complain your treated horribly and feels as if you're being retaliated on for complaining. The water is constantly turned off with last minute notice, you don't have a tank that provides enough hot water for your unit size, garbage dumpster is constantly overrun, they don't properly vet tenants just to get units rented so they can collect bonuses, gates are always broken, no security that patrols at all, break ins, vandalism, pools constantly nasty, and a police raid are just a few of the activities that I actually have photo proof of! Please be warned.

Didn't return my security deposit and are now trying to shake me down for $80 a year and a half after I moved out. The charges are less than my security deposit so they still owe me. The accounts receivable department is unreachable during most days and rude when they do respond.

I lived at a Greystar property for 2.5 yrs (and sister property 3 yrs before that). Everything was great until the support staff at the Park at River Oaks changed. The Manager has been there 9+ years and I never saw her ONCE! At the sister property, I saw the Manager often without even needing to see him. His staff was always friendly and amazing, but that's not the case anymore at PARO (with the exception of the new Leasing Agent). I did get an email from the Manager once, when I turned in my notice and "how can we keep you?" appeared. Too little too late.

Back to my complaint. I moved out in June and only received my security deposit notice 3 days before expiration to make a decision. It wasn't my full security deposit, so I inquired the same day (7/8) (there was zero reason for not getting the full deposit returned). No response so I inquired again on 7/9, 7/11, and finally got an email from the Manager who said it looks like the final water and sewer were off and they'll reach out to Conservice to get it corrected and follow-up with me tomorrow (7/12). Nothing and then an email from the Assistant Manager saying they would adjust my refund next week. I inquire on 7/23 with no response. Now we're to 7/26 and I'm inquiring again to which the Assistant Manager, then the response was "we are waiting for a solution from our accounting department". Another week passes and I inquire again and include the Regional Manager over the property. A week later, I send my final request on 8/2/24 advising I will be pursuing this legally (in small claims court). No response.

Absolutely terrible company. They don't care for their residents. My car was stolen from one of their properties in ****** and the apartment took zero responsibility for their lax "security" measures. Disappointed and cannot wait to move.

This company let a leak go on in my apartment for four days without calling a plumber. Told me to sleep on the floor. Greystar and the prospect in Charlotte are terrible!

This apartment complex---Parker Apartments in Berkeley, CA, could be great, but the management is so disorganized and border-line discriminatory.

I have been trying to qualify for an apartment at the Parker for 50 days. I submitted my application on July 1st, and as of writing (August 20) I still have not heard of any confirmation from the building. They have said that I have qualified for my unit on the basis of income, but they do nothing to help expedite or ensure my application is fully completed.

On top of that, I communicated many times that I had a very stressful, cross-country move. The management did nothing to ensure that my application was expedited or was even reviewed in a timely fashion. It has taken over 50 days to be reviewed! I still can't believe that.

Know that their leasing office is randomly closed and you won't be able to get a hold of a leasing agent/property manager unless you really call them every waking moment of every day!
