      This complain is for Griffin Weston at 110 Singh Ln, Cary, NC 27513. I need to leave due to ongoing domestic violence and they refuse to let me leave unless I give them a 60 day notice, pay the lease buyout fee thats nearly $5000 in addition to rent concession fee which is $2480 (they want back the free month of rent). I gave them all the necessary proof to leave due to DV. In addition, they are price gouging rent from $2480 to $3000 and there are quite a few vacancies. There has been burglaries and drug trafficking in this community. I do not feel safe and want to leave.

      I had my AC broken in my unit for a week and a half and my utility bill was the highest its been since my tenure as a resident with Greystar. After reaching out to them multiple times about it, Greystar never addressed the situation. It truly feels like they are stealing from me and I dont know what to do.

I HAD MY CAR TOWED EVEN AFTER REGISTERING. IT CLEAR THIS GREYSTAR IS IN CAHOOTS WITH THE TOWING COMPANY.AND IF YOU DONT HEED THIS WARNING AND STILL RENT HERE AND YOU HAVE PEOPLE OVER AND GET TOWEDENSURE YOU GIVE YOUR LOVED ONES A RIDE TO ****** BECAUSE THATS WHERE THEIR CAR WILL BE AND MAKE SURE YOU SWING BY THE *** FOR A COOL $350 BECAUSE THATS HOW MUCH THEY WILL NEED AND MAKE SURE YOU PAY FOR IT!!

      Alexan Garza Ranch Austin Texas - Dealing with a maintenance emergency! Nobody to contact and wrong information in regards to a “courtesy” officer. I guess when it comes to the security of a residents apartment it is disregarded and not an urgent matter. People have sex in the pool I have now witnessed this from my balcony on two occasions. Heidi is a terrible manager who neglects emails, voicemails and any concern brought to her attention. One leasing agent constantly walks by trash in hallways and nothing seems to be done about it. Residents here have no courtesy or respect towards the property or their neighbors. Management couldn’t get any worse. Valeria was the leasing agent who did our tour upon leasing here and she is the only good thing we have to say about the property. Grills are in terrible condition and the surrounding countertops are filthy. Animal urine odor fills the breezeways near the dog runs. Nobody follows the community rules or trash policies. Just look at their leasing specials that should speak volume, they have to offer half off of rent to even get new residents in the door and are not doing any better at renewing their existing residents. Terrible community terrible management and completely terrible complex. The one star is because the scale doesn’t get any lower but I wish 0 or negative stars was an option.

      Renaissance at ************************* a Greystar Property falls significantly short of expectations. While the complex may initially impress with its attractive exterior and convenient location, these superficial attributes quickly fade.Residents cannot view their actual unit until after they have signed the lease and received keys to the apartment, with a commitment that repairs will be completed promptly following the move-in inspection. I have been residing in my apartment for six weeks. Upon moving in, several issues were immediately apparent. The shower head and tub drain are corroded, ceiling above the bathtub shows worsening water damage, and the repairs made were substandard, plumbing issues in the bathroom, and cracked windows resulted from exterior repairs to the complex. The response from the maintenance team has been slow and inadequate. Security concerns: The gate fails to shut properly when employees depart in the evenings. Management Staffing concerns: Interacting with the management team proved to be just as disappointing. Emails and phone calls were frequently ignored, with no responses following feedback reviews or surveys. On-site staff were often preoccupied on the phone when attempting to address complaints in person. Apart from the maintenance issues inside the apartment, the general state of the complex is troubling. Common areas like hallways and stairwells are frequently unclean and muddy, while exposed rebar metal during construction creates hazardous conditions, further complicating daily life. Prospective residents should be thoroughly aware of these significant drawbacks before making the decision to move in. The combination of neglected repairs, poor communication, and inadequate facilities makes this complex a regrettable choice for anyone seeking a comfortable and well-maintained home.

      We are a vendor working with Greystar on a property they are managing in ***********, **, ******************** in ***************. We completed the extent of our work on July 30th. We were told that our invoice was processing the week after and they said to expect a 1-2 week processing time. No problem. However, we are now in mid-September and still have no idea when to expect our check. The original invoice was on a net 30 and it is 3 weeks overdue. The property manager, **********************, has been extremely difficult to work with as she does not give any attention to our issues. In addition, we have tried multiple times to call and speak with her, to which we have never been successful.

      I could write a million horrible things about greystar. But lets start with the fact that its been past the 21 days and i still havent received my deposit back. greystar is a scam and you can find a better property under WAY better management!

      I wish I could give Bayshore Management zero stars, but since that’s not an option, I’m stuck giving them one. I strongly warn everyone not to do business with Bayshore Management. Their application process feels like a trap to collect fees, and their management is nothing short of theft—it’s like a robbery. They are unresponsive and dismissive of valid concerns. Don’t waste your time or money here; look elsewhere.
