      After being a loyal customer for over 30 Years with Comcast/Xfinity we moved, when I went to the local Xfinity store I was told my new location had no service,I turned in all my equipment, phone bill increased by $50 and hear is the kicker I was charged an early termination fee of $90 because they could not provide service. Customer service is a joke all they want to do is up sell no one would listen and there is no one to talk to about the $90. My two phone lines are now crap dropping calls and no data all of the sudden (planned perhaps?) but that will change today going to give some one my business. When cable or digital comes to my area and this will be soon my service provider will not be Comcast? Xfinity!

      Wish I could give 0 stars. I have not been able to reach an actual person on the phone. Live chat gets disconnected when I'm getting somewhere or I get transferred to another person. Got no where with online chat. My account has been closed and I'm still getting billed for this. Noone seems to has answers why. This is illegal and I demand someone to call me immediately to get to the bottom of this. I have spent way too much time dealing with this. Customer care is low. I've been hung up on after waiting on hold forever before I can even say a word. Absolutely terrible service. I wish there was a location for me to walk into but where I live there are none. I will tell everyone to avoid doing business with this company.

      My service was taken away with hurricane Ian My power was restored within 4-5 days of the storm, it is now currently the 17th and I still have not received any service from Comcast. They will not respond verbally in any way shape or form and have put forth dates of completion which have passed with no updates and no service I find them poor, I certainly wish there was a provider locally to compete.

      Haven’t had internet in 3 weeks since the hurricane. They barely have an eta and then when they do “fix” the problem it goes out again the next day. They still expect us to pay for a service that hasn’t been available to us. I work from home on a commission based and job and haven’t been able to work since the hurricane hit. I understand it takes time, but be up front with your customers, and don’t charge them for services they can’t even use.

      This company should have no stars. Not only are they a problem on a regular day. I happened to be working remotely at my parents home in Florida during hurricane Ian. Not only have we been without service for over 2 and 1/2 weeks they are hounding me to pay my full bill! You can’t get anyone on the phone or anywhere for that matter, to update us on when we might get service again. Any dates released to press have come and gone. I can’t get anyone on the phone to fix my bill either. This is the only internet company in my area. This is a disgrace.

      shitty company Comcast try to steal my money. I canceled my service in beginning of September and was told I still has to pay for the full services for September even though I canceled it at the beginning of the month. Service that was down half the time, ok fine. October rolls around and they charge me again for a place I’m not even at anymore. Called them a few time could not get past the bot the first 3 or 4 times I called, finally got through to someone that barely speaks english that took forever now got to wait 5 days to get my money. The story is fuck comcast or what shitty name they hide behind. If you can fine some other service. I’m Lucky to get apartment that comes with fiber same speed up and down, plus so far is not always down like comcast shit service. So find another service that’s not craptastic like comcast or what ever shitty name they use.

      they charge hiding fees for services that they did not explain clearly. getting you trapped and they claim that their tech explanit to you. very unprofessional services by the tech and racist. I highly recommend staying away from this business to the lower standards. you will be hit by surprising bills. there are by far more professional companies that provide the same services at high standards.

      The phone number and automated service is one of the worst routing systems I have ever experiences I have had in my entire life. This system is backwards and does not lead me to where I need to go or who I need to talk to.
      Similarly, their billing department CANNOT do simple math and consistently messed up our bill for 4 months. I cannot understand this level of inconsistency and oversight. IF I had a choice I would switch providers.

      I have Comcast/Xfinity for a many years in NJ and continued with them in Florida. We were affected Hurricane Ian and I lost my internet for over 2 weeks. I am more then understanding hey we didn't have electric for 8 days. So I'm more than patient. I work from home. The most frustrating part was calling them they recognize my account in Florida with my phone number. The recording basically said we are working into Florida and then click. Could not talk to a human being. Called from my husbands phone was able to get through for the CS rep to say we are not allowed to say anything about Florida service. Really.... So yes it's hard to talk to a live person on top of speaking to someone in a different country. I want to speak to someone that speaks English. That is why I love apple products. They speak English. Unfortunately I will be cutting the cord with Comcast and going with Bluestream for $77.00 a month and will never go up. I'm locked into that price unless I move to a new address. Comcast I'm paying $190 yes for internet, tv and phone. But that's ok I will purchase YouTubeTV and not have a phone number. I don't like to see anyone lose their job but whoever made the decision to handle Florida that way that WAS the wrong decision.

      I HATE COMAST< THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORSET COMPANY. Felt to the need to state what a HORRIBLE company Comcast is. They provide the most awful services yet there are no other options in my area so everyone is stuck with them. We constantly have internet issues that require techs to come out. We had months where our internet kept dropping dozens of times a day. Now our cable box keeps going out. They've replaced all our wiring, new modems, etc, and when you call them the phone techs are useless and just want to reset your modem or whatever other waste of time robot script they follow. If you can even get a hold of someone without going insane first and throwing the phone into the wall. I can't even express how annoying it is to deal with this company. For the amount they charge people they should be required to provide a functional service, yet because they know people don't have other options they don't care how awful they are to deal with. The amount of time people waste trying to deal with issues is absurd. I HATE COMCAST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
