      EMPLOYE - **** ID#**EB SHOULD BE FIRED!!!' HE HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND IS RUDE AND ABRUPT!!!DO NOT USE XFINITY MOBILE. THEY ARE UNSCRUPULOUS, DISLOYAL, AND A RIP OFF. I HAD A LAND NUMBER FOR OVER 20 YEARS, H313**136353**4383833H CONVINCED ME TO TRANSFER IT TO A H3335313**53435353139H LINE AND GET A ******** PHONE. I ASKED FOR MY LANDLINE # TO BE TRANSFERED TO THE H3335313**53435353139H, HOWEVER, THEY PLACED MY NUMBER IN QUE AND GAVE ME A NEW NUMBER AND SAID THEY COULD NOT GET THAT NUMBER BACK. I TOLD THEM I DONT NEED THE PHONE AGAIN AND THEY SAID THEY WILL SEND A RETURN ****. THEY KEPT TAKING MONTHY SERVICE FEE OUT OF MY ACCOUNT TOTALLING OVER $150 FOR SERVICES I DID NOT RECEIVE AS THE PHONE WAS NOT ACTIVATED. THE SUPERVISOR **** ID#**EB SAID THEY WILL NOT GIVE ME ANY REFUND. I NEED MY MONEY BACK AS I NEVER USED THE PHONE OR THE SERVICE. DO NOT USE XFINITY MOBILE THEY ARE A RIP OFF AND KNOW NOTHING ABOUT MONILE HONE SERVICE. **** ID#**EB REFUSES TO GIVE ME A REFUND!!! UNSCRUPULOUS!!!

      DO NOT ACCEPT THE "FREE" MOBILE LINE, SCAM. It's $28 activation, $3/month, $28 to cancel. **** said I can't port a # unless I add a 2nd line. Their Indian **** don't understand basic terminology. Supervisor thinks I should thanks her for waive the cancel fee.

      Went in today with a question regarding my Wi-Fi. The kind associate working the front desk was not able to help me putting me on the list to wait for the next available agent. I waited no longer than five minutes to only be treated like a toddler by ***** the associate that had no answers just opinions. He said he could not help me yet its an Xfinity issue that he had no clue about other than the attitude he did know. Not a card to call the corporate line, had no suggestions. He wanted to collect his check & leave. I kept calm spite him throwing my questions back at me as though he didnt want to be bothered. Kids these days dont want to work. If he had no smile, no ambition or drive during his interview, the sales floor is the last place he should be especially with customers.

      Xfinity ************************* and they provide the exact opposite. Another account was added to mine. I cant activate E-sim. I was told to unlock the number and it was never locked. The xfinity person then told me to unlock and lock and now its stuck.Been in activation for a WEEK,all they do is throw you around to other people making you explain your issue ******* times.awful awful awful.Please avoid.

      I called to cancel my account after yet another price hike. I was assured that all services would be closed, and in a rare moment of good service, the operator advised me to delete my payment details before the account went away. Perhaps they knew how Comcast works to abuse their customers internally?! Fast forward a few months, and I start to get bills from Comcast. Not only have they not cancelled my account, but they're charging outrageous rates and late fees on my "current service". MULTIPLE phone calls to abject liars on their phone support team, I heard pitches ranging from "We have no record..." (They did) to "You have to pay to make your account current before we can change it.." (They lied). Every time I was told they were going to fix it and credit the account for the false charges, I got another bill in the mail showing some incompetent "adjustment" had been made to the still-not-closed account. I was literally on the verge of a lawsuit, which I probably should have filed anyways for the sheer amount of my time they have wasted. In a last ditch effort before litigation, I stopped into a store and explained my story yet again. These guys had the exhausted feel of people trying to do their best to be professional, but put in the impossible situation of being forced to make excuses for corrupt corporate policies which **** customers. It took a visit to the boss in the back, but they finally showed me a zero balance on the account. Avoid ******************** at all costs!

      I order a voice edge service for my business, at the time of ordering because I was giving business to Comcast *** and everyone was so nice and ***lied my emails my phone call , as soon I signed the contract believe they not ***ly my emails and my call last 2 weeks Im trying to contact the customer service and they keep transferring my call to each other and no one try to solve my issue, one to another customer service *** I have to ***eat everything again and again, believe me Im tired to explain every day 10 time to customer service *** and still issues are there , please DO NOT give business to Comcast go with any other company but NOT Comcast, believe me Im burning myself, I have very painful experience with Comcast.

      I have been an Xfinity customer for years. When I requested a less expensive plan I was put into NOW. I was sent a router. Xfinity is claiming that I have been receiving a more expensive service and currently owe for the NO ********* and for the expensive service. Please tell me how I could possibly have 2 services at my home and owe for both based on a router Xfinity gave me!!!! I have been unable to resolve the issue and do not have service that I already paid for. My next complaint is being filed with the ***!!! Absolutely a bait and switch theft!!

      What a joke of a company. They are the worst ever. The customer support doesn't know what they are doing. You will spend HOURS wasting your time with no results. I can only begin to list the issues they wasted my time on. Most recently, ordered a brand new phone from them for the mobile service. Never received any tracking or anything. It shows up, great right? Well no, i can't activate it. I have spent well over 2 hours with going on 8 reps trying to get it activated and still not working. This is hands down the most awful customer service I ever experienced. My time is wasted and they just give up and give me to someone else. I would not suggest ever signing up for anything this garbage company offers. 1 star is not low enough for them.
