      Upon initial installation the technician did not use the appropriate number of cables. They used a splitter instead. My internet quit working so I used the application on my phone to reboot it. Even after multiple restarts it wouldn’t work, so I took the only incoming cable and hooked it to my modem directly. Still no resolution, so I changed modems (again). Then the new modem did not appear for me to activate it on my application. I have talked to multiple people multiple times per day asking for help. The only response I get is that a technician will be out on the 23rd… 5 days after this started. I asked to be put on the waitlist… no one helped me, or told me they helped me. I asked if there was a way I could get an “emergency” visit as I am an online college student. Again, the only response was to keep my appointment. So now I have no TV or internet!! And won’t have for another 3 days!! If this is the kind of business they run, they need to get out of the marketplace and stop monopolizing!!!

      Comcast has refused to remove Netflex and a sports package from my bill for the last three months. Nor can I talk to anyone about changing my due date so I can stop being charged $10 a month. My phone, internet, and phone are constantly going out but I'm still charged $270 a month which is a big chunk out of my widows pension. I'm going to look for another provider because comcast is way over priced.

      I have been being charged for netflex and a sports package for 3 months even though I told them I wanted to drop them. I get a $10 late fee every month because I can't talk to anyone on the phone about changing my due date. The service is always going out but I'm still charged the same amount. My monthly bill has been $270.00 which is a big chunk out of my widows pension. Can't wait to find another provider. Comcast stinks.

      Just received a phone call from Xfinity/Comcast with an offer to drop my bill in half for two years if I pay $800+ upfront. Apparently this is a promotion with ******. I already don't go to ****** because of the business decisions they have made that crossed the line. I now am looking to leave Xfinity after many years. Note to whoever came up with this promotion, not a good idea especially in this economic climate to try and make it look like you are doing customers a favor and then stick them for so much money up front.

      Xfinity is the worst. They wouldn’t unlock our phones when we transferred to Verizon. Customer service is terrible.

      Their website says that once you transfer, activate, your device with the new carrier they will automatically cancel the account. NOT TRUE. I've been billed for a second month of not having their service. On hold for over an hour, because there is no way to cancel an account from the accounts page. Total scammers, stealing my money!

      Thieves and crooks. No cap for cell data. $139 this month. Same prior.
      For a cell plan. Absolutely ridiculous, Should be investigated criminally.
      I was told it maxed out at $45, as it should, it just keeps going.
      if you used 20 gb over, you would pay an additional $300. What a criminal scam.

      I have been an internet customer of xfinity since 2020. I first had a promotional plan that was $69.99 per month, after a year the promotion ended and I was paying the regular 99.99 per month for the plan I have minus a few dollars for being on auto pay and being enrolled in paperless billing. My monthly charge has been about $90. But this month they took out $136 from my account claiming I was on a $69.99 promotion that ended last month when that was the promotional plan I was on when I first became a customer. They are sneaky and use tactics to try to force people into contracts and something needs to be done to prevent them and any other companies from doing this

      In over a week I still dont have a working phone. Everyday someone says they will fix the problem and still no phone...no one will call me back...The last person that was suppose to fix this issue was name John Paul...I keep calling and no returned call no answer..This is very frustrating...I cant believe Im going through this.
