      I have spent over 3 hours on the phone to resolve one issue. Which is still unresolved. They made a mistake in setting up my account and now they can't seem to fix it. I have never experienced a company with trained robots who cannot fix anything! I go from one agent to another who have to put in a ticket with IT who accidentally turn off the Inet which means a call back with an apology and another technician out. In circles we go!

      My mom had to move out of state into a memory care facility due to a decline in her cognition. The state she moved to (where her family is) doesn't even have Comcast as a provider. They still charged her a $40 'early termination fee' after being a customer with them for almost 20 years.
      What absolutely POOR service - like they need that $40 more than my mom who is on a fixed income. Do not do business with them if you can avoid it. They are absolutely wretched.

      I'm a new customer to XFINITY and it has been the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. After signing up for new service, I was sent to the store in Olive Brach, MS. After explaining to the representative that I needed some to come out, I was sent on my way to follow the instructions I was given. After multiple attempts and 10 calls to customer service, the idiots finally realized they had to come out and wire my home. I only have internet service but it is horrible. I upgraded and still horrible. ?? After repeatedly complaining and being charged overage charges, I received a new router for unlimited service at what is suppose to be free. For the last 2 months I’ve been speaking to representatives about my billing cycle and trying to change the billing date. After speaking to about 5 representatives they tell me that they will send a link to my phone or email. As of today, 10/24/22, I haven’t received anything. The representative today told me to go in the store. I’ve been there only to be told to call customer service back because they couldn’t do anything. They verified all my information but says another user is on the account and it shouldn’t be anyone other than myself. The password was changed several times and still no help. I asked if it’s possible I’ve been hacked or could my new phone number be the issue because the account was originally linked to another phone number. Of course, no help. How am I supposed to get any help when I’m told to use the app and the app is not working for me. Why can’t customer service make the changes.
      I on disability and receive income once a month. I need the billing date to be changed to my preference. I feel I should just turn everything back in and go back to AT&T. GO ON AND CHARGE EARLY TERMINATION FEE because I’m over all of this company’s bullshit. Cheaper is not always better. It’s a big ass headache because XFINITY’s customer service is a joke.

      I canceled less than 30 days after signing up for internet. I was assured there would be no further charge or early termination fee. I was charged the next month. Called and had to go through cancellation process again. I was charged again the next month. Called and had to do the cancellation process AGAIN. No refund or explanation. AND the service wasn't even good for the 2 weeks I used it. WORST experience I've had with a business in a very long time. I would never recommend their services.

      After lowering my Mom’s bill from $86 to $59 and VERIFYING that the $59 would pay for her local channels and ********, they deleted her access to ********!!
      When I called on her behalf to discuss the matter, they would not add it back and said that her bill would be $114.
      So she started off at $86 with ********, dropped to $59 with local channels with the agreement to keep ********, and then screwed us over with the “new” offer of $114 - a $55 charge per month for ********!!
      I explained that the agent was deceptive and lied to us. I feel they did it on purpose to force us to pay $114 instead of my mom’s $86 bill.
      My mom is on a very limited SS income, and we were trying to get some sort of reduction.
      I called and talked to FIVE agents today and they all told me $114 or no ******** channel.

      I'm not able to see my bill charges, get an explanation to my problem, and I just got transferred back and forth from billing to tech support 7 times. This isn't the first time xfinity had.no idea what was going on with my service.

      bought new iPhone 14 pro paid it off in two weeks and told now I half to wait two months before it will be able to unlock

      They have scammers in the call center robbing people I would like 149$ credit to make up for destroying my account sending 2 routers and just being all around terrible at communicating and compromising my bank account

      The actual internet service is good when it's up. However, their customer service is legendarily bad. I tried to report a downed line in our yard twice through different forms. When a service agent came to work on my neighbor's house two weeks later, he informed me that there was no ticket for my house. After jumping through all the hoops with their automated answering robot to try to confirm with an actual person that there was a ticket for our house, I was unceremoniously kicked off the call with a snarky "goodbye!". So frustrating.

      When getting close to the end of terms and contract, the company does not tell the customer and charge with the highest billing without giving any warning for upcoming bill.
      Completely unacceptable.
