First off. I have been a Xfinity customer for Internet services for over 3 years. I have never been late on a payment to this day. I enquired online about getting mobile services from Comcast(XFINTY) because I was a current internet customer and figured it would be beneficial to bundle my internet and mobile services together to get a better deal. That was my first mistake. After enquiring I realized Comcast was a possible cheaper than most of the competition, so I decided to take try with a iPAD PRO that was never received) mobile services with them. They told me they were on back order that I would pay taxes and a month service plus a small down payment that day MARCH 16 2021 and would get it once it was in stock. Didn't put much thought into it anything of it because I never received the device or put a sim card in a tablet. Never used any data never did anything with anything because I never got anything. Awhile goes by after ordering another one that was wifi from amazon I thought this is Xfinty because it came the same day I ordered it I tried to activate it but it was wifi only, and I had never gotten one from COMCAST XFINITY MOBILE. Immediately picked up the phone called Comcast and explained the situation. They apologized and stated that they could see it was never activated or signed for and also I still had my old and new address on my account they would remove this from the charges and refund the balance paid because I should not have been charged and they said" not to worry it because it had not been used and they will have it cleared up immediately"!

      thank you

Xfinity needs to be investigated! I was hung up on by supervisors! reps transferring in the middle of conversations to random departments and no one can explain to me why my account is not being noted with the issues I’m having !! this company is a scam and the customer service is unacceptable I want calls pulled from today and a apology given! I will be blasting this company on social media because there is no way that they allow the employees to treat the customers any type of way!

Terrible, terrible company with even worse customer service. They charged me a $100 early termination fee after 7 years of having uninterrupted service to my address, simply because I let some sleezy, slimey sales person sign me up for a new contract without telling me. The fact that your employees can confusing someone and all it takes is me saying “okay” and that counts as a verbal agreement for a new contract. I was never sent a contract prior to signing and it was basically conveyed as “hey you are paying to much for the internet you have, you should be paying $10 less for a little more speed so I can adjust that.” Of course I said fine. This was end of December and I had been planning to move out in March for months, so if it was conveyed that I was signing up for a whole new year of service I would have never done it. I spend 53 minutes on the phone politely explaining the situation to Comcast and yet they doubled down and insisted that it was a legitimate charge. I will literally never use them again for anything.

Do NOT link any cards to your account. Regardless of shutting off autopay, they will still charge you. Xfinity has stolen over $100 from me. Even AFTER removing my card. It took me 40hrs on the phone and TWO WEEKS to get anywhere with this company. Then they credited me $40 and STILL charged me for my bill, without applying the credit first.

Had a total nightmare experience. Use my computer for work and was running very slow. Called Comcast/Xfinity. They said there was some update done in my area, so I need a new modem. Son drove to the store and waited an hour in line, to receive the XB8 modem. After re-wiring everything in office at home, called for assistance, getting a new modem activated. After more than an hour, unsuccessfully, activating modem, was told by representative that I have the wrong modem- that I need the XB7. So why did the lady representative specifically mention the XB8 earlier today and why did the store give us the wrong modem? I ask for a credit, and I receive ZERO. Absolutely terrible service. If they didn’t have a monopoly going, I would cancel my service today. And this is definitely not to say that most representatives aren’t good. They seem kind and genuinely motivated to help. They are not being provided the correct tools by management. I should have never been given the wrong modem. And they should’ve informed me that they made a change in my area that required a new modem, so I didn’t have to spend all this time wondering why my service was so slow. It hasn’t been working well for over two months now. Very disappointing. If I did not require their service in order to work from home, I would not use Comcast. I’ve been a customer for more than 25 years.

Paying for a service and cannot talk to anyone. Xfinity is too expensive to be forcing customers to use their automated system via text messages. When customers request to speak with an agent; the system disconnect the call. Xfinity is a SCAM. Just give us your money and don't ask questions.
      I'm looking for another provider.

I have had multiple issues with Comcast/Xfinity throughout the years. They lie to you, they make promises then don't follow through, they charge you for services that you don't sign up for. I have been told that their sales associates have the discretion to choose who they want to give promotional values to and others they can charge higher amounts. I've spent countless hours on the phone dealing with incorrect bills and trying to get things straightened out.

I've had spotty service since signing up...when you try to reach customer support no one answers and they try to get you to use the SMS service...service asks how long service has been spotty but only allows you to pick 7 days after incident ....I've had this issue for 3 months. Terrible company!!!!!

      Congratulations! You lost another customer.

I had been with Xfinity twice for internet services, over a total of 3 years. The first time I was with them, I was actually pleased with their services. The one annoyance I had was when one of their sales representatives called me and tried to get me to upgrade my services, and continued to try to sell me after I already told them I was planning to cancel my services because I had no use for them at that time.

The second time around was the worst. When I signed back up with them, I chose to bundle my internet service with my phone service (I paid for unlimited). I paid $50 for each service every month. However, once I moved in with my partner, who was using Century Link, I had to cancel my internet service. Xfinity punished me by increasing my phone bill to $75 a month, despite the fact that they advertise their unlimited phone services at no more than $50 a month. This was unacceptable, so I chose to switch phone services and tried to transfer my phone number. But in order to transfer my number, I had to request a security PIN from Xfinity. Xfinity would not send me the PIN, and when I tried to call customer service, I sat on the phone with them for an hour and a half, being bounced around between 3 different departments, before one of their representatives finally told me to go to one of the stores. I did that, only to waste more of my time, because their store rep could not access a security PIN for me. She referred me back to customer service. I finally gave up and asked them to just cancel my phone service, which took ANOTHER HOUR!

Now, thanks to Xfinity, I have to go through the trouble of calling other companies to update my phone number so that I can access my accounts again!

Here's a tip if you want to keep your customers: STOP WITH THE HIDDEN FEES!

If you want your customers to return: DON'T HOLD THEIR PHONE NUMBERS HOSTAGE!

I will be going through Century Link for my services from now on.

I was trying to obtain a lower rate from Comcast, because it has doubled in the past few years. I was on the phone for 49 minutes trying to explain to the operator that we just needed two TV stations, and I explained what those two were multiple times. He told me that we could get a lower rate with those stations. However, when we turned on the TV tonight, one of the stations was no longer available. It seems like Comcast purposefully tries to where you down to the point where you just give up and pay them whatever they want. How difficult is it to look up the cost for a package that includes two channels and give me an honest price?
