      If I could give them a zero star review I would. I tried to have my service transferred to my new address when I moved and instead of transferring my service they cancelled my service and pulled money from my account for the next month. No one in store or on the phone was willing to help me or have my plan reinstated. I was told I would have to get a brand new plan and it would be double what I was originally paying. Needless to say I went to a different internet provider and have been on the phone every week since DECEMBER 2022 trying to get my money back. I have been promised that my money was on the way to me as a check but it has yet to arrive and every time I talk to someone it is a new excuse as to why the money hasn't shown up yet. DO NOT GET YOUR INTERNET FROM THESE PEOPLE. They do not care and they will steal from you. I am considering bringing legal action against them if they don't resolve this soon.

      Customer service reps lie and use false names. The worst company I have ever felt with. Every time I contact them it’s over an hour every time. I haven’t had a full week without a service interruption in over 2 years.

      I have spent relentless hours in the store ( not here in Auburn Hills MI as its not a option)
      however also on the phone with the corporation. Not joking they have over 14 hours of record of conversations with me trying go return a phone that they stated had never been turned on and was to be "free"
      Now I know we all know they say free and do a contract however I reiterated this with them and they stated no its simply free no contract .

      I am now sen to collections and owe over 500 dollars on a phone that was never even activated and a account as if it is active and being used yet not. VERY UNHAPPY and tired of wasting time and stress on this

      The WORST COMPANY I have ever had to deal with. My internet has been in and out for 3 months. They provided me with 80 DOLLARS credit. My bill for one month is 120. I haven't had a solid connection for 3 dag gum months. They said because I had data usage that they couldnt provide me any more of a credit. On top of this I have had 4 scheduled tech visits that they either canceled or just didn't even bother to show up. I absolutely HATE this company. Want to know the best part- the rep was supposed to provide me with 80 dollars credit and when I hung up the phone only 50 dollars was posted to my account. Also I think they have the worst processes in place. I can not ever get ahold of a competent employee. Or get my issue escalated.

      All good unless something goes wrong with the service. Dealing with Comcast "customer service" is a nightmare. Kafkaesque menu designed to prevent you from reaching a human being. I recieved an email from Comcast telling me there may be a wire problem in my home, and they told me to call a number to schedule an appointment. But it can't be done, just endless menu choices that don't address the reason I'm calling.

      This company is using it's monopoly status in southern Vermont to deny customer's service by force resetting your wifi box multiple times a day and when you complain to them they demand you upgrade your box so they can charge you more.

      My husband called Comcast to see if they had any better deals because we were spending over $260 per month. The agent said he could lower our bill to $230. Everything would stay the same. A couple days later we tried the cable in our bedroom and we got an error message. So my husband called Comcast and found out the cable box had been dropped from our plan. After an hour call and trying to explain nothing was supposed to change with our plan, customer service kept saying they can add it back for $10 a month. No, it wasn’t supposed to be removed in the first place and that wasn’t the agreement with the original agent. We ended up having to pay $10 a month to add it back and got three months credit only. Next we find 80% of our recordings are missing and there are scheduling conflicts when three shows are recording. We have always been able to record six shows a time. My husband calls Comcast back and they say nothing had been downgraded in the change. I did a little research and found that we only had 20 hours that we could save on the dvr so my husband called them to say it had changed. This agent then confirms yes the amount of hours had been downgraded. Now we are fuming after multiple calls and the original agent lied about the deal they were giving us. He minused things off our account and didn’t tell us. At this point no one at Comcast has taken responsibility for this. We’ve spent hours on the calls.
      We asked them to go back and listen to the tapes since they record the calls. They said they couldn’t do that. We asked to talk to a supervisor and got the runaround. We have to pay additional to get our dvr hours back up to 150 hours. We were offered a $30 one time credit. What a joke! Our bill is supposed to be $30 less each month and now it’s back to where it was. Supervisor was supposed to call today and never did. Comcast is the worst company with the worst customer service.

      Price given at sign up was $20
      Month. When went to get equipment they changed it to $30 a month. Received call today and was told service is $60 per month.

      In an attempt to lower my Xfinity bill, I contacted a rep in November 2022. They advised me that by removing unused mobile phone charges from my bill that my charges would be reduced. So I approved the changes. What really happened was that removing these services voided my package and resulted in an increase. For the last 4 months I called every time I received my monthly bill with the increased charges. I have spoken with multiple reps and escalated to supervisors. The have ALL stated my current bill and that credits were applied to make corrections and set me up with a new package. Yet, every month this has NOT happened. They always claim that they cannot see PREVIOUS contact records and that they need to escalate to a different team to get to old records. Basically Xfinity reps claim to care for you and that they repair billing problems and that they have fixed the problems. This is a LIE and just a way to get you to hang up the phone. The will be fired as a service this month because the DON'T care about their long term customers. We have been with Xfinity for over 20 years.

      On March 26/10:00 am early in the day my internet/tv went offline. xfinity had posted it be up at 5:30 pm and it is 4:00 am and my service is still offline with no time for coming back online. I already over pay for the service. Now I can even chat with no one, early that said was just my street. I could have fix the cable by now. I haven’t seen no repairmen in the area. I don’t believe they sent no one out to fix it..Done with xfinity/Comcast.
