      Why is it so difficult to speak to a human at Xfinity? I have tried calling/texting/chatting. I need something that is not on their list and they won't get me to a human.
      How is it that Xfinity has such a market in the cable business? Are our politicians involved? Are they aware of the poor service?

      Weve had Xfinity internet since 2019. I reached out to cs in March 2023 due to internet concerns and rep said “great news you qualify for a free phone” I’m w/ Verizon and still owe on 2 out of 3 of my phones so switching isn’t the best idea. The rep said “we will send free phone and if you cancel within 7 days there will be no charge to you at all, just send the phone back and that’s it” I then asked about my internet (entire reason for the call) and rep said we have the wrong modem for our current speed so we need new modem. Ok great so what do I need to do.. (how long was I paying for wrong modem?) the rep brought up FREE phone again and just kept going on before we could get new modem. Since it was going to be a free phone and I could cancel w/in 7 days and there would be no hidden fees or charges I said fine I’ll check the phone out. At that time they said I would have to pay $30 in taxes but it would be credited to my internet bill. I knew i should of just said no thank you but rep kept on again about it being a free phone and no charges. (I have entire convo saved) I paid taxes and phone and modem were sent out. Received modem. The next day we received phone. 2 days later we called to cancel the phone (didn’t even open) and plan then 2 days after that we went to send it back when I was told there would be a restocking fee. Spent another hour on the phone and rep assured me that there would be no fees. we didn’t even open phone. Sent phone back and got conf from fedex they received phone. Did not think anymore about it. April 15 they drafted $460 from my account because phone was damaged? Did not receive a bill or statement. Called again and they said it was a misunderstanding and we would be credited back in 3-5 days. After a week no credit. Called again and was told that was a misunderstanding and they never received phone. It’s a SCAM. Gave fedex conf no and they said they will need to review acct. today they tried to charge another $460 from my account!!

      Worst customer service I have ever encountered. Two sales clerks told me I was eligible for a trade in with Xfinity Mobile, and after purchasing an iPhone I was informed I couldn’t trade it in. And they refused to honor what I had been told. This is classic fraud and a bait and switch business tactic, intentional or otherwise. Don’t switch to Xfinity Mobile.

      We as customers are gonna have to bite the bullet and cancel… we have been complaining for years and all they do is raise prices. They’ve done this because they know we are not gonna leave… overpriced service that fails daily and the worst customer service there is… I don’t know how we get this started on a mass scale but let’s do it.. force them to fix it… we would all gain so much for a short sacrifice..

      Canceled Comcast ,paid my bill, and returned my equipment. Waiting for my refund, instead, I Had to prove with a tracking number they have the equipment, they refunded $82 to a very old payment source so it would bounce back to them instead of my last payment source, and created a bill for $178 that should be zero, 8 chat sessions still not resolved, can't get my refund and I still have a bill, I am beyond fed up with this BS

      I had internet install back in December 2022. the cable has been laying in my yard the entire time.
      I have called in several times to get it buried. The city has mowed it over once because it was just run through the ditch. I have to move it back and forth just to mow my yard. My kids trip over it constantly when playing outside. They keep sending out techs who say they have to have a burial team come out and bury. Apparently they don't exist since no one has showed up. Getting customer service on the phone is a nightmare they want you to do a self test with their automated system then you get disconnected and have to start again. If you have any other options for internet I would strongly advise going with anyone other than Xfinity. If I could leave a negative star review I would as this is the worst internet company I have ever had to deal with.

      WORST COMPANY EVER! I went to disconnect because the price was jumping over 3x's as much, but the representative told me that if I add a mobile line, I would get a promotional deal that was really good. So I agreed. But I never did receive that promotion. I spent HOURS on the phone, trying to talk to someone who could help me, but they all just said sorry, there was nothing that could be done. I tried to return the phone and end my service, but they said I would have to pay for the phone! I put in a dispute claim, where I called everyday for over 2 weeks and never got a response until I get a letter saying that someone talked to me and that my claim was illegitimate! I never spoke to anyone!!! This company will lie and steal your money. DO NOT USE THEM!

      So many negative things to mention! The absolute worst customer service ever! I made the horrible decision to switch our mobile set from Verizon, who we were very happy with, to Xfinity, to save money. Worst decision ever! It’s now been 8 days of them never connecting our phones. So, I’ve called approximately 30 times, spent at least 25-30 hours on phone, using neighbors phone, my company landline, and finally 1 of our cell phones that I had to figure out how to make work, trying to get anyone to resolve issue. Not one person did, no one ever escalated issue, which I asked all of them to do, every person said they would resolve issue and call back, if we got disconnected, not one or did. In fact, every person eventually put me on hold, then hung up. Even when they said they finally ported our phones out, Verizon said they still hadn’t. Spent 5 hours on conference calls, 2 calls, with Verizon and Xfinity again, and Verizon also said due to their incompetence, still can’t port our phones back to them. This story is actually much longer and more miserable and even more painful than I can list. The last conference call with Xfinity person, the person said he finally “thinks “ he knows what issue is and will escalate to see if it can finally be resolved. Even he said that many of people that tried to help, and were involved before him, made issue worse and didn’t seem to know what they were doing. The extreme incompetence level and inability to know how to resolve issue quickly just doesn’t exist in Xfinity. I recommend NEVER, I mean NEVER, deal with Xfinity. We will soon also be looking for a more competent, reliable, and more friendly and customer responsive carrier for our TV and internet provider, but first we must get mobile carrier back to Verizon, somehow. Let’s all hope that soon, a class action lawsuit will be filed against Xfinity!!!!!!!!!

      Xfinity Mobile is the most incompetent, inept, confused major corporation I have ever dealt with. I left them because they were a hot mess and my son stayed. SOMEHOW, they lost his connection to his number. They send me his emails. They have disconnected his phone, twice now and sent me the notices. He was on a payment plan and because THEY did not have his number connected to his account he could not make payments...they sent me the emails. Many hours later we got it straightened out and a plan was set up. He made an initial payment and was told he owed more...that is confused as well ..anyway on the 7th he made a payment, his phone is disconnected again..they sent me the emails..I have about 20 hours of my time into their mess. They did not even ask me for his email address today and I spoke with a supervisor. I would love to bill them minimum wage for my lost time due to their incompetence. He was also approved for the low income internet, now they are attempting to charge him installation for that.
      You cannot get thru to a person and the call center is a nightmare.
      this is all their mistake and they will do nothing to rectify it.

      Xfinity/Comcast has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They continually give you the run a round. The representatives are friendly but clearly don’t have the knowledge to solve any problems. They simply just transfer you around. We have been dealing with phone issues for several months. Their answer is “please restart your modem”
