Xfinity Mobile is the most incompetent, inept, confused major corporation I have ever dealt with. I left them because they were a hot mess and my son stayed. SOMEHOW, they lost his connection to his number. They send me his emails. They have disconnected his phone, twice now and sent me the notices. He was on a payment plan and because THEY did not have his number connected to his account he could not make payments...they sent me the emails. Many hours later we got it straightened out and a plan was set up. He made an initial payment and was told he owed more...that is confused as well ..anyway on the 7th he made a payment, his phone is disconnected again..they sent me the emails..I have about 20 hours of my time into their mess. They did not even ask me for his email address today and I spoke with a supervisor. I would love to bill them minimum wage for my lost time due to their incompetence. He was also approved for the low income internet, now they are attempting to charge him installation for that.
You cannot get thru to a person and the call center is a nightmare.
this is all their mistake and they will do nothing to rectify it.

Xfinity/Comcast has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They continually give you the run a round. The representatives are friendly but clearly don’t have the knowledge to solve any problems. They simply just transfer you around. We have been dealing with phone issues for several months. Their answer is “please restart your modem”

Honestly don't know where to start. Been dealing with them over a year. They threatened my husband in our driveway after sending over a worker in an unmarked vehicle. They dug up our yard and our neighbors yard 4 times and broke our fence and have not repaired it. We are just finally getting decent service that we've been supposed to have the whole time and now they raised our bill because the contract is up. I've had multiple cases opened and no one ever helps I will be going to fiber at this point. Worst business practice ever.

This is probably the worst business I’ve ever dealt with, and I’m 78 years old. You have a number to call and it’s an automated BOT and she offers you several options, but she never has the correct solution for a problem. You go through the menu and you realize your problem is not specified. And it usually has to do with billing. So then she will immediately do a restart on my modem i so I am stuck with a restarting modem and no solution to my problem then she hangs up. If you talk to customer service nine times out of 10 you can’t understand them. These are all outsourced calls and their accents are so thick. It makes it very difficult to understand what they’re saying. To compensate for this they are overly polite and you hear a great deal of rhetoric instead of a solution. They will tell you they fixed the problem but they’ve lied. Because they don’t know how to fix the problem so that’ll tell you anything you want to hear as long as you hang up. Comcast is getting $200 a month from me and probably for every customer somewhere between 100 and maybe $300 but they have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. you really have to watch your charges because I honestly think they’re deceptive and sneaky and don’t inform you adequately of raises in their service. They just arbitrarily raise your bill. I finally had enough and canceled effective this May 31. Now I was told explicitly what was going to happen and I recorded it but I don’t expect what she told me was going to occur is actually going to occur. I think the amount she told me, I owe at the end of the month will be much more than what she stated. This company needs to be investigated for improper business practices, and I think they’re actually taking money from the customer illegally. If this is the case, I will be the first one to join a class action suit, because like I stated initially at the beginning of this complaint , it’s the worst company I’ve ever dealt with.

I am thoroughly disgusted with this company!! I have talked to 12 different people, have had 3 different technicians out and was made many, many promises that a simple telephone number transfer would be taken care of. This company sucks and everyone I talk to agrees. Every time I spoke to one of their 100's of knuckleheaded customer service useless people, I was reassured the issue would be taken care of. I was trying to get a telephone transfer for my 90 year old mother who desperately needs a landline phone that connects to her alarm system and you dopes could not provide the simplest of services in transferring a phone line that is less than two blocks away. Cannot believe this company stays in business and so many put up with the BS. Unbelievable!!!!!! Worst customer service ever!!!!!

If I could chose zero stars I would. I’m completely shocked that this company is still in service. They have zero concern for their customers and it seems like for their employees as they never want to assist you(hang up on you regularly). After upping my bill by over double in less than three years for THE EXACT SAME SERVICE; I have; recently after paying them over $300 for my STANDARD monthly bill, had my services disconnected (for absolutely no reason) causing me to miss a presentation at my job which I had been planning for over several months and jeopardizing my job(as I’m a single Mom of two kids this is devastating). Then after speaking to someone at xfinity, I set up a service appointment having to take another day off of work to which Xfinity then cancelled the appointment unknown to me so I again put my job in jeopardy by taking the day off and Xfinity CANCELING THE APPOINTMENT for no reason. This company is unethical, deceitful, and unorganized not to mention untrustworthy as they are consistently inconsistent. Avoid at all costs!

Worst experience of my life for fraud billings. I was with Xfinity/Comcast for 2 lines mobile phone and internet. It cost $90. After a year the contract time limit, I cancelled the comcast cable part got Google Fiber then they started charging me $140 a month - yes folks for providing 2 services they charged $90 but after taking away the internet portion and returning the equipment they started charging me $140 for 1 service. They continue to charge me debt card despite cancelling their service 3 times. The biggest rip off ever!

Been a customer for over a decade. Not one week has gone buy w/o service issues. I had line/home techs over 500 times here, spent over 200 hrs on phone trying to get service. I am paralyzed in pain 24/7 up trying to watch tv which is not available. Billing has said once problems are permanently fixed, they would reimburse me for all service issues. Problem was resolved 3 weeks ago. I was w/o TV, Phone nor internet service for at least one and a half yrs. out of the last 10 yrs. and now I can finally get my money back. Now the billing dept. out of the Philippines has offered me $206.00 back, ABSOLUTELY Unacceptable my monthly bill is $246. Please HELP me.

My systems has been crashing for over 2 weeks leaving me without service for days and I’m having to go to local coffee shops to work and take off work. I keep getting told it’s my box’s when it’s not bc technicians have came to my house and literally changed nothing saying it was an error in Xfinity side of things. I’ve not been given adequate compensation either for my trouble and yet today again my system is down AGAIN after yet another tech visit. This is ridiculous.

Xfinity Comcast is the main provider of high speed internet for the Pacific Northwest area within which I live. Hence there are very few outside options for residents like me living in this area. One might assume the number of customers to be quite high, given so few options available for internet access.

Well, it would also seem reasonable for Xfinity to make the service they provide be of the best possible quality, given they have such a large share of the market. Nevertheless, the reliability of the internet service they provide is extremely low. To give an idea of what I define as "unreliable" . . . Out of 7 nights a week, only two can be said as functioning. The other five nights are filled with efforts to reboot etc hoping to get a signal to stay steadily on longer than 15 minutes without dropping out.
Reporting the problem only returns information that all is functioning in the neighborhood and if you schedule an appointment for someone to check the cable lines, you only get a flood of texts and calls from an automated follow-up system saying to there's been a solution found within the neighborhood (which contradicts their outage map's previous claim that there was no problems).

Xfinity Comcast does not in any way meet what most professionals would consider best practices.
