      Comcast's high-speed internet has been the worst service I have ever received. They installed the wrong modem and repeated to raise my bill. When I had enough, I canceled their service in the middle of my last billing cycle, returned their equipment, and was billed for canceling their lousy service. Also, they billed me for the two modems I sent back to them via their service rep. Never Again!

      I called xfinity because my contract was up and wanted to renegotiate.
      The man side tracked and began talking me into cell service, which I was ironically looking for.
      I asked what they can offer and he kept saying I needed to provide them with my Social security number.
      I told him I didn’t feel comfortable with it and he kept reassuring me it was just to go further in my account. So in my own words I said, “ok, since I’m an existing customer you have to verify it’s me, that’s why you need my SS#, right?” Guy said “exactly.”
      Not 10min later I get a notification that my credit had been run!
      This should be illegal.

      Comcast has devious business practices, they sign you up, start incorrectly billing you. When you call for help, it won't let you type a response it needs a verbal response (what do people with speech issues have to do?), they bill you incorrectly and won't fix the errors. The phone center is loud, people cannot hear you, this company is terrible for their aggressive billing and no etiquette or decent customer service and worse still is the mobile service. Beware of their billing, customer support, no help, cannot call in to resolve issues and if you go to a store they tell you only the customer service reps on the phone can help, so it is an endless cycle of NO HELP. Amazing how they get away with this and no consumer agency from the Federal Government is looking into their practices.

      I have called Xfinity multiple times by telephone I even went down to the store and they couldn’t help me at the store level and refusing to add my ACP credit to my account Ben called my phone multiple times and all they do is give you the runaround

      Liars, scammers, only care about making money. I had comcast several years ago because they were the only option and I was ecstatic to switch to another company when I moved to a place that doesn’t use them. I’m moving and unfortunately they’re the only option again. I signed up online on 4/17/23 at $25/month. Someone deactivated my account without my knowledge or consent and I had to sign up again at their current price. I spoke with NINE different people, (all but one who actually speak English) all totally incompetent. I am trying to get them to honor the price I SIGNED UP FOR. They’re refusing to claiming there’s nothing they can do even though it was THEIR ERROR AND INCOMPETENCE. They should be legally required to honor the original contract, just as they enforce it upon us. They are greedy, incompetent, and I plan to do whatever I can to find a different provider. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

      They fraudulently charged my account a higher price than it was agreed on . They never changed my package to the internet essentials. They are scaming the poor.

      Customer Service is horrible. Agents lack empathy, they appear to be one track which comes off as rude, and even dishonest...
      I have been a customer for MANY years, & have also had a few accounts at the same time at different locations, so this company has got a LOT of my hard earned money over the years. Fast forward to recent events...due to some fraud bank account issues a past due payment sched Fri. 5/5 ($221) did not come out of my account, so on the evening of Mon. 5/8 I receive a message regarding interruption...I'm thinking I can resolve on Tues morning after I speak with my bank... So I wake up to temp disconnection on Tues. 5/9, amount due to restore now over $560 they're stating is past due, with a total amount due on the account on 5/9 of over $903, HOW? The additional $340 for April/May bill is NOT ever due on the 8th or 9th, yet several reps insisted it is now past due on May 9th, so due date was 7th or 8th??? (5/5 past due was $221)... I informed the reps i wanted to cancel all services effective immediately,
      & when i questioned about the total being $903, I was told by multiple reps that is May-June bill added & because service is interrupted & there's a past due, no changes could be made until those issues are resolved... Yet, the company added a new bill (in the future) which is charging me while interrupted... & my issue with that is one out of 4 reps was honest & helpful in what was due to restore service, in assisting with canceling unwanted service, while several display a practice of showing no empathy or real concern, nor care in assisting the customer... No rep even attempted to rebut or offer a "better" plan when I insisted on canceling services (triple play)... It's unfortunate this company is all we have in our area for cable tv, & it's one thing for the Corporation to structure their pricing because we have no choice, but for customer service to lack customer service, it's a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

      So Xfinity came out a couple of months ago and the tech said he wanted to move my modem and the outside box so they can get to it easier. My kitchen lights started to flicker now when I turn the microwave on. They came back out, saw that the cables were melted and said oh I can't touch that, I explained it was Xfinity fault so they needed to fix it. AUB came out and saw that when the tech had attached the box on the side of the house he screwed it in straight above an outside outlet and my kitchen outlet is just right inside of that box. Xfinity, in doing this, hit a hot wire with the screw. I called Xfinity back and said this was a fire Hazzard and they needed to come back out to fix this. I have a feeling they won't touch it and will say I have to get an electrician, even tho it is their fault and doing.

      I called to add Global Travel Pass 9 days ago in preparation of overseas travel. The agent never activated it, nor did he notate my account. In less than a week, I've racked up a $1600 bill. I tried calling in, got disconnected or hung up on multiple times. The agents I did speak to say there's no record of me adding global travel pass

      I would like for Xfinity mobile to please adjust my account and add in the Global travel pass like they said they would.

      I have xfinity internet, and an xfinity representative called me and offered a $20 discount on my internet service if I switch my mobile service to Xfinity mobile. I agreed and went through the motions of transferring my service, only to realize two months later that the internet plan I have does not qualify for the discount. Either the person who called me is incompetent or he lied to me. In either case, I am extremely dissatisfied by Xfinity.
