      I reached out to Xfinity about returning a Cabel box. They had no history of this box yet I was being charged $10 a month. I was on the phone/internet with them for over 3 hours only receiving lip service. They disconnected my internet in the process of losing the piece of equipment and then told me that it was going to have to be redone and booted on their side. The entire conversation went in circles and the the internet started working again once I brought up BBB. This is a company that needs to be investigated.

      I have been trying to cancel a tv subscription that was put on my bill that I did not order and comcast sent me all over the internet, with no results. I'm still trying.

      They charged me for a service that I NEVER used. I ordered two SIM cards, but only received one. In that time I decided to stay with my current carrier so the SIM card was never activated. I got an email that my billing cycle had ended and I would be charged at the end of the month for $57. The chat agent said that my account would be canceled “don’t worry” “I’m here to help you” “rest assured your account will not be charged” BS BS BS. Here we are may 27th and what do you know, IVE BEEN CHARGED and the service is still active. Watch out for them!!

      Horrible customer service. If they can't offer your current plan and if you don't want to upgrade, they hang up on you. If you call back and tell them you have been on the phone with someone for 45 minutes and they disconnected the call, they try to offer a higher plan and if you still don't want the plane they literally tell you to not call this number again. Unbelievable!!!!!

      I have been a loyal xfinity customer for more than 8 years and this was one of the worst customer service experience i have had. I have to leave country in emergency and had to terminate service well with in the billing cycle and surrendered all my devices six months ago even till today i am being charged for the closed account via auto pay and getting messages from xifinty which are costing me international data rates

      To put in words I was led on by a customer service representative To get me to switch from Verizon cellular to xfinity cellular they promised my devices would work.I gave him all the information and said it is compatible.As soon I transferred my phones now the 2 iPads was not compatible.a week went by before they could see compatibility.now I had to buy 2 iPads from them.promised I could put insurance on my 2 phones they now say I cannot do that. I don’t understand why they didn’t tell me up front. I will cancel service.

      They promised me $400 off my new phone purchase but then charged me anyway. They overcharge on monthly bills almost every month, sometimes by very large amounts. Between the two fraudulent acts they owe me over $700. Their website is extremely slow, and often doesn't load at all, making simple things like checking the details of a bill or checking your internet usage that month take many hours or sometimes impossible. There are service outages all the time with no warning which can be very damaging as someone who works from home. I've been a customer for over 3 years. The only reason I'm still with them is because they're the only option in my area, but that's changing soon and I can't wait to be rid of them. They're the scummiest company I've ever done business with and their service is terrible as well. Avoid them if you have any other options.

      If I could give negative stars I would!!!! I had xfinity for over 6 years. I moved to a new address recently. The technician showed up at the new address over an hour early even with a note on the acount about what time I get off work. Claimed he rang our doorbell and called several times. I don't have a doorbell!! I show up 20 min before the apoimtment window and wait several hours and no communication and no tech. Finally after trying to get someone on the phone for 30 min I spend 30 more min while the person on the phone gets bounced around trying to find out why I don't have a tech coming. Aparantly the tech claimed he showed up at 330 and rang the bell. Then called me several times neither of witch happened because I don't have a doorbel and my phone never went off. Then some rude person claiming to be the techs manager comes on the phone calls me a lier and gets pissy with me when I demand either a tech show or the acount gets closed. Well I've been on the phone now over 2 hours and they still can't figure it out. Xfinity doesn't care about its customers. Never ever get sucked in by there overpriced trash.

      I was talked into getting a phone turned out it was not free like they said they constantly called me to cut on the phone when I returned the phone to the store they told me it was past the the 14 days however the guy that was on the phone told me I could take it to the store however he threw the phone away sent me a message on my phone. Now I have called 10 times telling each different person about what happened asked me for proof that the phone was thrown away by Xfinity and they keep telling me that once it hits the warehouse that they will be able to wipe it off however I spoke with a manager and again get the runaround this is not acceptable I returned the phone to the company and they threw it away and never put in the notes that I returned the phone this is not acceptable and not a way to treat their customers. I just wanted to let you know do not fall for the free phone threw Xfinity free mobile service with your AP credit they will still try to charge you which I do not think is legal in anyway.

      I received a call from Xfinity concerning my yearly contract is expiring. The new contract for my internet service was to be $ 52.76 for 1 year. The way it was explained to me I was to have the same service which costs a bit more then what I was paying (I was paying $66.05 for the last 2 years) and then was told I would have a monthly credit of $ 20.00 (I have no idea what for and she couldn't explain to me why). I received an email that day stating my new monthly bill would be $76.05. I now received my new bill and it's $84.71. I am now speaking to Dominic on the phone and he can't explain to me why the bills are different then what I was quoted over the phone on April 27, 2023( gee as if this is something new). I am now on hold waiting for a supervisor. It's now been 10 minutes. I will update this review when all has been straightened out.
