      Customer service would frankly be no stars, except where it not be for the wonderful people subjected to companies such as these, they get 5 stars. This company (I highly suspect) will deliberately place obstacles in the way to cause confusion and the web site for bill paying is so dysfunctional (will acknowledge actions as complete when in fact they are not.) The billing is set up so you never actually have a zero balance. Also, I have no choice to get services from them as they dominate the infrastructure on my street. If multiple electric companies can sell you power the same should be true for cable. This company has 2 stars because they know they rule, so why care about their customers.

      Terrible!my bill is up to 90$ mo,cannot get a real person on phone,signal very poor,is out 4-7 days a month,cant even get someone to disconnect!

      I've had billing issues with Xfinity since trying to bundle my home internet and mobile. My online account would display home internet information, but whenever I tried to do anything with the mobile online, I was directed to a webpage saying "you are not an Xfinity Mobile Customer."

      My mobile payments weren't going through, so I would call each month to ask about my billing. Each month the phone rep would tell me some version of "don't worry about it." They all said my payment would go through "next month."

      In November of 2022 I made multiple attempts to pay
      I was on the phone with one rep for over an hour and he was able to untangle whatever the hell was wrong with my account. He spoke with some supervisors who gave me credits and I was prepared to pay, but the line disconnected. The next time I tried to pay the phone rep told me the only office that could process my payment was closed. (It was late.) The next day I went to the Xfinity Mobile store in town where the store manager confirmed the above. The manager told me he wasn't going to process my payment because "you haven't paid your bill in six months and you expect me to give you a phone?" I told him I'd been trying to pay. "But you didn't." He said he saw the notes for the credits, but that he wasn't going to give them to me.

      This company and it's parent are run by incompetents.

      I've had problems since receiving their new gateway and have been lied to by 2 CSRs who said I would have a new one in 24 hours. That was 2 days ago and it will be delivered on Wednesday, after my vacation ends. I have the option of driving to a store tomorrow to fix their screwup with my time and money. Been a customer for 10 years but they don't care.

      They intentionally make it aggravating and impossible to cancel your service!!!!! If you move it, it's fine, but it will NEVER LET YOU CANCEL. I tried in the app and in Chrome, they don't give you anyway to contact them besides trying to schedule a callback and it doesn't work!!!!!!

      Comcast call centers, as most large corporations, are now located in India. I have had daily problems with my internet since changing to a community internet plan. I can't find another provider fast enough. Every night while most are asleep my internet goes out for hours at a time (I don't sleep well & watch TV in the middle of the night). During the day my internet is intermittent at best. I keep a log of the amount of hours I'm without service & call for a credit to my account. I'm up to $75 and won't be billed for several months if I were to stay with this awful service. While I've called to have the problem fixed no one seems to understand me and I get nowhere until I'm able to speak with an American (this is not a prejudice). If I hear "I understand your frustration and trouble..." one more time when honestly they couldn't care less about fixing it. Someone's been out to my house but the problem is in the underground wires. They continue to schedule in home appts for a tech to come out after a tech has identified it's NOT inside my home (this is due to a language barrier) The issue was supposed to have been escalated on the 23rd (it's the 28th and nothing yet) when the last tech was here. Never received the call/text/email I was informed I'd receive to schedule so it's left to me to continue harassing them daily until they send someone. (As if I have nothing else to do.) I'm a very determined person luckily so I won't rest until I'm satisfied. While I'll be canceling my service with Comcast I have neighbors who need this line placed so I'll continue my fight. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR COMMUNITY INTERNET! My service has progressively declined since changing over. These issues have been ONLY since switching thinking I'd be saving money. The amount of time I've had to spend calling them, unplugging/plugging in my cable box and left without service certainly isn't worth the little bit saved. It's an absolute headache & inconvenience. Don't bother with Comcast!

      Technician didnt show up to scheduled appointment and reported I was not home. False. I was sitting at a window looking at my front door during the schedule time slot. No car pulled in my driveway. My internet has been out off and on for four days. It is affecting my work and personal life. Not to mention my wallet! I pay for a service that does not work. Xfinty customer service has not been helpful whatsoever.

      I have had Xfinity internet for over three years mostly with no issues. I live in a rural area and its the only provider that serves the area. There are more outages with this service than I have ever had with other companies, but I understand that I live 25 minutes outside a medium sized city. The real issue I have had recently has been internet speed dropping every single day. The more internet I use, the more drops in speed. I pay for 400 mbps and most of the time I can get 250 to 450 download speeds. For the last three months I have been getting throttled speeds multiple times a day where the internet becomes all but un-usable getting download speeds of 2-10 mbps. Upload speeds stay very consistent around 10 mbps which is reasonable. I have restarted the modem and router thousands of times to no avail. Customer service is terrible. None of the representatives live in the US, speak broken English and they all say the exact same lines of we want to provide the best service for you, don't worry we will make sure to solve the problem, I myself am a customer and I know your frustration but they don't provide any solution. They can even see on their end that my speeds drop. I am very over their service and am moving in a week and cant wait to have any provider that IS NOT a comcast company. I have read in many articles that Comcast throttles users internet speeds and I can now attest that it has happened to me. The most frustrating part of it all is that I am given 1000gb every month of usage and don't come anywhere CLOSE to passing 300. They make it physically impossible to even get to half of your data cap before throttling you. If you have a choice, don't choose, charter, xfinity, or any other comcast company.

      Absolutely deplorable customer service practices. Every time I feel mislead and manipulated. You explain what you need/want and want you don't need/want and they try and sell you another service for 30% more when specifically tell them you are trying to save money. They leave out details to manipulate the situation and ironically when you don't take the new over priced services your internet connection goes out. This has happened several times. There's no place to send a complaint or the front line tries yet again to manipulate you into not being able to reach a higher authority. I try and change my services on my own and the website/mobile app are so confusing and again missleading/manipulating, it is easy to get into something you don't want because they don't lay out all available services/packages. Which then lead you into talking to customer service where they manipulate their verbage and don't fully disclose everything. I had to beg for full details. These practices are unethical and should not be practiced or acceptable.
