      Xfinity is a piece of crap monopoly. You'll be plagued every couple of months by wifi outages with them and I'd recommend going with a local provider, like Monkey Brains in San Francisco. If it's a planned outage for maintenance (usually it's not), when they send you dates for the wifi outage, they won't actually end up doing work that day and you'll continually get notifications with new dates they're planning the outage. Eventually, you'll get less than 24 hrs notice for the final outage.

      If your bill is not paid in 2 months they will cheatgrass you a large amount and send the account to collections. Do not get service with this company it will just put you In debt for no reason. Didn’t even get a chance to pay the bill. I will NEVER use Xfinity mobile again in life

      Upgrade my cellphones that we bought from this store and when we upgraded to the new phones they loved our old phones so we can’t do nothing with them even though we paid IN FULL FOR THEM. After calling them for two days they still haven’t unlocked our phones and they keep asking me did I ask them to unlock them when we upgraded. What kind of company locks a phone down and don’t tell it’s customers. This should be illegal for Comcast to do this and should be punished for why they are doing. Also they won’t have any managers call you back to complain about the issue

      "con"cast ...always charging for services you've previously cancelled. Once you quit them they credit your ACCOUNT balance -which you've already closed, so useless. We are still jumping through hoops to get $$ refund on cancelled services and closed account.

      Can I give 0 stars? This company preys on people using automatic payments to continuously increase the bill and rob customers of their hard earned money. Every single time I go back to my account to make an update I find that my bill has gone up. Every time I try to deal with their chat agents they tell me they have fixed the issue but then the next bill comes around and I find out they have lied to me. I have had comcast internet for over 10 years and in the past couple of years they have been scamming me every other month. Customers shouldn't have to be so vigilant and have to argue with the company on a monthly basis just to not be randomly charged for services they didn't agree to. I have never actively hated a company so much, and it is all because of what they keep putting me through. As a result, I now have to look for another internet provider. Worst customer service experience ever.

      The longer you stay with them, the more they price gouge you. They offer new customers rates at half of what I'm paying for internet and lock in those prices for 2 years. When I ask to lower my price, they say "There's no promotion in my area" despite the website showing a much better rate for new customers.

      Luckily, I have alternative providers where I live...it's time to get rid of corporate greed.

      PART 1-
      We have literally been “drug through the mud” trying to get internet service with Comcast/Xfinity.
      Long post alert! ?? ??????
      My husband and I purchased a home in southeast Georgia and reached out to start services, as we currently use them in our other home and in previous homes as well. We were initially told that they do not service this area, so we contacted Starlink to try that route. We ordered our equipment (4-6wk expected delivery)... no problem, we can use our hotspots in the meantime! Fast forward to 2 weeks into our waiting period… Comcast called my husband and told him that they were wrong, and they CAN service this area. If we set it up as residential service it would be $4800 to extend the line from the current drop point to our house... no thanks. They told us the same day to try the commercial side (since we both work from home) and we might have better luck… went through that process and found out it would be 10k !!?? HA. BIG NO THANKS!
      The very next day, Comcast business CALLED US BACK, and said they can install for free, because they noticed that the construction team did an analysis and it shouldn’t be a problem. We scheduled the install, and coordinated with our realtor to meet them both at the property. He got there and within a few minutes of being there said, ”there is no drop close enough to extend the line, and the construction team would need to come do work first.” I immediately picked up the phone and called the lady who has been reaching out to us. She sent me to her supervisor who told us that she wasn’t sure how this happened because it was just too far away and unless we wanted to pay the 10k, we would have to go with another provider. YEPPP! YOU READ THAT RIGHT FOLKS... THAT WAS THE SOLUTION >>> GO ELSEWHERE! ??
      Well, see…. we were on our way to Starlink and YALL CALLED US to tell us we have nothing to worry about, so we cancelled the equipment order with Starlink and now we’re stuck back at square one.

      By far the worst company any human being will ever deal with. Spotty service and internet speed are no where near what they claim. To say their customer service is a joke, is an understatement. If you don't have 3 plus hours to sit on a phone, don't waist you time calling. It is part of their policy to bring customers in with reasonable prices and then jack them up over time. You cant even look up packages if you have an account because they "Hide" new customer rates and won't show if service is being provided to your address. Very shady business practice they have because they have a monopoly on the service in the area. I have ZERO clues as to why the BBB would have them rated at A+.

      2 days of sitting around for a tech, can’t speak to anyone that knows what they are doing and no manager ever available. It’s an overseas call center that is worthless.

      They keep promising a tech will show between 8 am and 8 pm…love that window.
