      WHAT AN INCREDIBLY STUPID COMPANY!! We have been calling non stop to have their dangling lines removed....NO ONE ANSWERS THEIR PHONES and IF you get someone, they won't repair their lines unless you have an account......BOYCOTT COMCAST!!!!!

      Why is Comcast xfinity a A+ when they don't respond back and are ripped off artist. They charge me $80 for unlimited phone plan a month but they said I chose 10 gig bite plan and was charge $140 a month for a cheapb$200 phone.
      This is a f- company and I hope they all burn in hell.

      Xfinity mobile is the worst cell phone service anyone should ever sign up for. Please do not be sucked in by the low price they promise. IT IS A BIG SCAM.
      #1: Extremely pooor customer service. You will be luck to reach a live agent after 1 hour. They also hang up on you and neer call you back. Also, no one documents prior conversation and they pretend it never happened or that they ever said anything
      #2: When you sign up with them, they do their best to sell their products and are never upfront about the major things such as you must port over your line within 30 days OR they will charge for for the full cost of the phone you get.
      #3: No one actually works you through how to port over your line and the process is very cumbersome. I finally had to drive into a store to get directions after waiting for weeks without an active line that i was charged for 60 days
      #4: I don't get any discount for having other Xfinity services such as Internet, TV, home phone, neither are my bills consolidated. The Xfinity agents on the other services can also not help you with your Xfinity mobile.
      I will pursue a lawsuit for their illegal way of lying to customers to get them in and illegally charge them. You will blame yourself for dismissing these points if you sign up with them. I promise that no matter how bad your prior experience is with other providers, this one is the absolute worst

      Stealing my money, they charge me for a service I don't receive and I can't get a technician to come fix the problem, even after making an appointment the guy never showed up. But Comcast still wants their money

      This company has made my life miserable for almost an entire month now!! I work from home and have to have internet to work. I pay $130 a MONTH for high speed internet. For the last month plus it has gone out at least two to three days a week causing me to miss a lot of work. Most were outages in the area but the last two weeks we have had issues even though their site says no outages in the area. This week I worked 3 hours for the entire week because we have had no internet at all during the day. It goes out at 8am and does not come back on until 7:30pm or later. I have spent countless hours on the phone with the regular customer service line and also with the advanced technical support team. I scheduled an appointment on Tuesday for the following Monday because that was the soonest they had. They CANCELED my appointment without even telling me. Then I call yesterday, Thursday, and tell them someone HAS to come out asap. The lady tells me there's an opening for today, Friday, between 10am and 12pm. Okay, great! 12pm comes and goes, no technician. I call and this lady says oh, the appointment is actually from 1pm to 3pm today. Okay, so we wait. Here comes 3pm, still nobody. I go to the xfinity assistance to find out the appointment is for MONDAY and not today. I literally have missed an entire week of work and will now most likely be missing Monday as well. That is $600+ they made me lose on my next paycheck because of this crap. SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS. I am beyond livid. Their customer service is crap. Their phone tree is crap. The whole company is crap. Do not go with this company. Go to literally anywhere else. 10/10 do NOT recommend.

      I added my line to my boyfriend's line and they offered me a free ****** ***** phone if I kept the service and the phone for 2 years. After 8 months, the phone's battery went bad. It wouldn't take or keep a charge and the phone wouldn't turn on most of the time. I asked if I could return the phone and cancel the line and was told that the phone was under warranty from ****** (apparently they don't guarantee their batteries, though, because they refused to fix it). So I am stuck either paying for the phone or the service for another 16 months. I will never use Xfinity again (or buy a ****** phone again). This was a bad deal all around.

      I have never had a worst time. I turned off their services and 2 months later I am STILL trying to get out from under them. You cannot talk to a human, only chat. And they never solve the issue, even though they say they are. They took over a month to cancel my phone, just to charge me more. And they are trying to charge me for equipment that I returned a month ago. They are terrible and sneaky and down right criminal.

      Comcast raised my bill from $134 to $192 without any notice, I am a widow on a fixed income. Every time I called a customer service representative I was given a different story. I am disgusted with their greed. I want to inform all consumers. I will also be calling their corporate office to let them know. Now they are also trying to take away my ACP benefit. Companies like Comcast are despicable and care nothing for consumers. Something should be done to stop their despicable practices. The consumer is left with few options

      Cannot connect with a live agent for the life of me. Keeps directing me to the app and website which are not helpful either. Horrible customer service.

      Their agents mislead and intentionally deceive customers. They signed me up at a low rate and swore it was locked in then they raised it without notifying me. Secondly when I moved, multiple agents promised that my service would remain the same. It sis not, and they raised my bill by almost 75%.
