      Shoddy customer service, and prices for services are crazy. Our cable cord was severed and there was no possible way to speak to an agent for them to repair or replace it. We had to hire an outside electrician at a high price to fix the cord because Xfinity would not get back to us. We are looking for a new company to service our cable and internet at our Airbnb.

      I'VE BEEN A COMCAST/XFINITY CUSTOMER SINCE 2002. RECENTLY I SIGNED UP FOR THE XFINITY MOBILE AND WAS PROMISED AN INCENTIVE FOR TRANSFERRING SERVICE WHICH I NEVER RECEIVED AFTER THE 90 DAYS. I'VE BEEN IN TOUCH WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE ALSO SPOKE WITH MANAGERS AND STILL WAS NOT GIVEN THE INCENTIVE THAT WAS PROMISED. I FOLLOWED ALL THE GUIDE LINES!!! MANAGERS WERE SENDING ME IN CIRCLES! I CALLED FOR A STRAIGHT 3 WEEKS SPENDING AT LEAST 3 HOURS A DAY ON THE PHONE AND STILL HAVE NO RESOLUTION!!! THIS IS FRAUD!!! I M VERY DISAPPOINTED. STILL WAITING FOR A MANAGER TO CALL BACK WHICH WAS PROMISED A WEEK AGO!!!!!

      Their customer service is a joke to the lowest levels.they transfer or give new numbers then a machine comes cut you off .we are sr citizens wife is 84years old.
      we feel they take advantage of age, nationality and even mock on us.Can Florida
      save us from these kind of services.My current bill internet is 146 dollars
      when we chcek the speed it is only 22 meg.down load and 10.9 upload.Please help us to get out of Xfinity and comcast Please bring us a good company with some manners and service. call us anytime we can show you all the calls.thanks

      I had the 'new and improved' Xfinity Gateway installed. First it required a visit from one of their technicians since the instructions for 'self-installation' failed even after multiple tries. Since it was installed my printer will not connect with it, requiring me to use my Verizon hotspot to print on a daily basis. My weather station recognizes the new Gateway, but states it cannot connect with it. My other wifi devices lose connection with it on a regular, and sometimes daily, basis which requires restarting the Gateway to restore the connection. I'm not sure if the device is faulty of if the one I have is simply a lemon. Either way, I tried to contact the Xfinity support and was provided with an email that gave specific directions to receive help via a discussion forum. I followed the directions and was told by the technician that responded to my query that I had violated the terms of the discussion forum by contacting them 'directly'. So following the directions that Comcast/Xfinity emailed to me violated their own policies. Consequently I am still having issues with the Gateway but am now looking for another provider.

      Awful customer service! Was charged for a new cell phone that was never delivered. Have spent well over 10 hours on the phone to get resolution but am getting absolutely no where!!!! Keep getting told a supervisor will call back and no one ever does!!!! Would never recommend xfinity mobile. Spent many years with Verizon with no issues. Today I am cancelling my xfinity mobile service and going back to Verizon if I get no resolution.

      Scamming!! They jumped my bill from$64 to $200 and blocked me from getting ahold of anyone through phone call, website, account, and text message links they send me. So i had to go to the store and all the xfinity worker said was he never seen that before and didn't do anything about it! They are a rip-off!

      Worst customer service ever I spoke last to Jules in trouble shooting at I was transferred around when I originally called billing which was the department who could handle my issue.when I purchased the phone it was a nightmare and my data was deleted and I got locked out of everything due to their customer service rep and I was told I’d be given a 100 credit. But they didn’t put a not in the computer and every rep kept telling id get it next month next month we’ll it’s been 5 months and now they have no record of the credit and won’t give it to me. The billing department dumped me on troubleshooting the lady couldn’t answer any of my questions couldn’t even tell me when my last day to make a payment was and all I hear is laughter and screaming in the background like this is a joke.

      I regret to share my disappointing experience as a customer of Xfinity. Having been with the company since 2018, I recently encountered a situation regarding my expired promotion that left me unsatisfied and questioning the company's commitment to customer loyalty.

      Despite my loyalty and tenure, Xfinity declined to renew my promotion, which I had been enjoying for several years. Instead, I was informed that my monthly bill would increase by an additional $5 for the next 12 months. This sudden and seemingly unjustified price hike has left me contemplating other options and seriously considering parting ways with Xfinity.

      As a long-standing customer, I believe it is crucial for a company to recognize and appreciate customer loyalty. However, the refusal to renew my promotion without offering any viable alternatives or opportunities to extend it has greatly disappointed me. The lack of effort to retain loyal customers like myself raises questions about the company's dedication to customer satisfaction.

      I kindly urge Xfinity to reassess their decision and reconsider renewing my promotion. Retaining loyal customers should be a priority, and I hope that Xfinity will recognize the value of retaining customers who have been with them for an extended period.

      I genuinely appreciate the services provided by Xfinity during my time as a customer, but this experience has made me question the company's commitment to its customers. I sincerely hope that Xfinity can rectify this situation and find a mutually beneficial solution, as losing a loyal customer should be a last resort.

      Thank you for considering my feedback and taking the time to address this matter. I look forward to a prompt response and a resolution that will reinstate my confidence in Xfinity.

      We have been without internet for two weeks.
      We have called in and chatted 15+ times with no resolution.
      The tech they sent out tried to send us to a 3rd party that was going to charge us $300 to run a line to replace thier faulty line. We still have no resolution. I have never delt with so many people that don't care about their customers than I have here.

      Poor customer service as all agents act like they can't see anything in your account? Then they transfer you multiple times to other agents who act like they do not know why you called? Seems like a scam operation. The company overcharges you on the back end when you disconnect and then they can't explain why you are still being charged? Then their protocol answer " this will be your final bill." I know they have had class action lawsuits in the past for this billing practice but they are still doing it. The xifinity mobile service was so bad I had to call xifinity during the first month as my cell service was always one bar. They could not fix it or were unable to understand why my cell service would not work? This forced me to close my account. I actually should have been reimbursed for the hassle and the service I didn't get. Instead they continue to charge my credit card after I ported my cell number to a different provider.
