      By the number of negative reviews against Xfinity, It seems like the BBB isn't having a positive effect on Xfinity or it's business practices. But here goes, I've experienced much of what the previous reviewers have except the replacement of the modem. Spotty to no internet service at all with just jibberish from customer service. Unplug this unplug that with no positive results. Sounds like scam to buy time or just plain blowing people off. If I had a business and a service department like this, I wouldn't be in business very long and as soon a competitor crosses the street I'll be changing internet companies. This has been going on for most of the last month and I would like a refund.

      I just spent 30 minutes on hold just trying to change my service because I am moving. The person helping me was going to cancel my existing service without even finding out what service I wanted at the new location and kept putting me on hold. I asked to speak with a manager 3 times. Then found out that even though she said she was escalating the call, she gad just muted it and was sitting there....because when I said I was going to file a complaint with the BBB, the little snot said, "OKAY". This us the WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED FROM ANY COMPANY!

      I had the pleasure of interacting with Hector at the tier 2 Advanced retention center of Xfinity, and I can't say enough about the phenomenal service he provided. I had a difficult return that needed to be processed, and Hector handled the situation with grace, skill, and a level of service that exceeded all expectations.

      Hector's attention to detail and customer-centric approach made him stand out from other customer service representatives I have dealt with in the past. He took the time to fully understand my situation, and his ability to think outside the box helped me find the best possible solution.

      What particularly impressed me about Hector was his positive attitude and motivation even in challenging situations. He was kind, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a positive experience every step of the way. It was evident that he truly cared about my satisfaction as a customer.

      In my opinion, Hector deserves a raise or promotion for his outstanding customer service skills. He is an asset to your company, and I would not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone in need of support from Xfinity. Thank you, Hector, for your phenomenal work and dedication to your clients!

      I got a phone from xfinity mobile, it was to be a brand new phone, started having data problems, went to store they said" phone is refurbished, they will not give me a warranty exchange, i have to pay .i have had this problem for a few months, cant resolve my problem but they keep taking out monies for, billing.Why do i have to pay for a phone that the company lied to me about, when its not "NEW".

      I have spent over 7 hours on chat and on the phone with xfinity trying to get a copy of my bill. Thats all. Just a copy of my bill. When I signed up they sent me a phone. I did not ask for the phone. I did not need another phone. I did not want another phone. I assumed it was part of the signup as the last 2 companies I signed up with gave me free phones. Then I saw the charge on my bill, called them, told them I did not want the phone but they refused to take it back. I have switched to another carrier and they will pay off that phone, but they obviously want a copy of the bill. When i switched to the new carrier, i needed a port pin. Simple, right? No. That took about 9 hours of me chatting, in the phone, at the store. So whats that? Over 15 hours of my time just trying to get someone there to DO THEIR JOB. Every single person Ive spoken with at xfinity has told me they were going to fix my problem so that I can have an awesome day. Needless to say, my day is not awesome. This has been a horrible experience, and its not even over yet.

      Their customer representatives lie about the promises they make and refuse to follow through. They give you the run around and make fun of you and call you everything but your name insult you in Spanish and are basically a terrible company to have

      Good service, no unlimited data unless you pay extra for xFi crap that you need if you have your own modem and router, and they love to overcharge you at the drop of a hat.

      I was promised my bill would be 191 per month in May 2023. Had to change services due to the price kept going up every month. After paying 191 in May, the bill went up to 215 in June. I called to ask why and was told they changed it again and I would pay 198 per month in June and they would fix it. Well, looked today and it's still 215. I called corporate and was told there was nothing they could do and it would drop to 198 next month. I have a box in our bedroom I've been paying for as well that will not work. I asked for a credit and was denied. We have been customers for 7 years. Horrible service. They do not care about their customers at all.

      Xfinity committed fraud in my case and should be investigated by the Colorado Attorney General. I say this as an attorney, and I do not exaggerate. Their live chat representative assured me multiple times that my contract provided the same service at a lower price. It was quickly apparent that I had been lied to and defrauded into a new contract. This is fraud, plain and simple. Xfinity should be required to honor the terms their representatives offer on their behalf. You hired these fools, so you need to own what they promise. Your representative made several false statements to me that are documented in the live chat. Give me one reason why this isn't criminal behavior. I am a former public defender, so I know of what I speak. I recommend you all avoid business with Comcast for now, since they are allowing their representatives to negotiate fraudulently on their behalf with no consequences or recourse.

      One of the worst company I’ve dealt with. Phone has been paid in full and after 15 days and numerous calls for my phone to be unlocked, I am still waiting. I am tired of communicating with representatives who barely speak English.
      PLEASE stay away from this company !!!!!!!
