      If I could give zero stars I would. Always a game trying to get best price. Depends on what agent you get and what month you call. Ridiculous. Trying to get to an agent is also a joke. Painful at best. If I had other options, I’d take them. Was paying $156.60 for top of the line and now paying $143.00 for Basic. Makes no sense.

      I did a trade in/upgrade for a samsung s23 ultra. I trade in my Iphone 13 online, I sent it thru usps, because that is the label xfinity sent me for the trade in.
      I have the tracking that it arrived around 3 months ago, but I am tired of calling custumer service, because they always tell me, it will be resolve, and it never gets resolve, I have economic issues and I have even miss work for this problem. Every employee tells me different things, and they promise me free phone, credit for the Iphone 13, etc.. In which they never do. I have been calling 3 to 5 times a month for the las 3 months. My case has not been resolve, I dont know what to do anymore.

      I called to make a payment on the xfinity bill with a credit card and the person taking information was not in US and had a difficult accent to understand. They took the credit card information and made two fraudulent charges on my card. I reported it to Xfinity security . I will never pay xfinity by credit card again.

      My name is Christopher K*****. I recently canceled my internet service a couple weeks ago bc I was supposed to move but that fell threw so I called Comcast and ask what kinda deals they have going on which they did an amazing job doing so we settles on a cheep package, 25.00 a month is I set up direct withdrawal.. they stayed on the phone with me for over 40 min helping me set the payment up via my bank but once that was done around 1:30 pm June 12th and secured payment they didn’t even install my internet! The guy transferred me bc he couldn’t get the internet up and running and once transferred I was hung up on or disconnected… I called back 8 times threw out the day trying to get what I just paid for. No one was able to help me, the automated system kept me on hold for hours each time I called back! And by 11:15 pm that night I had enough of the run around and just cancelled my service. Excellent customer service getting someone to sign up and securing a payment option. Absolute terrible, horrible customer service when I was trying to get the internet up and running!!! This is ridiculous bc there is no other option for internet service where I am at in Clementon NJ 08021… Comcast is the absolutely worse company ever! It takes you a minimum of 30 minutes to talk to a real person! There automated system will drive anybody crazy especially if you already have mental health issues!! I almost had a heart attack yesterday dealing with Comcast! It took over 9 hours of calling trying to get my internet that I paid for working which never was working!!!

      I have had Xfinity for approximately 2 years. I cannot tell you how many times I have been without service but to simply cut to the chase, I have literally been without service EVERY DAY, NUMEROUS TIMES since June 1!
      For example, yesterday, between 2-4 PM, I was without service THREE TIMES!!!!
      Today (6/12), I have already been without service twice!
      It is ludicrous to me that a company this large is unable to track what and where the problem is so that it can be fixed once and for all!
      If I could change companies, I would do so in a heartbeat but unfortunately, this is the only company in the area.
      I truly believe that is why the service is not being fixed. They have us all over a barrel so why fix it??!!

      I had two phone lines and I added a third. I went on a cruise vacation. I was in Florida and the Bahamas. I got off the ship to use the phone in Florida. I put the phone back on airplane mode but it rang through anyway. I was charged for the calls in Florida as well as the incoming calls in the Bahamas. They told me it was nothing they could do to lower the charges of $660. I still dont know why they are charging me for Florida incoming calls or what Csp mean on the bill. I am unable to get a monthly statement. I asked to speak to a supervision and I was put on hold for 20 minutes and no one came to the phone. I am paying them off and leaving. I have been a customer since 2012.

      About 20 months ago one of my neighbors had their internet upgraded. Numerous properties were affected, ours at **** ********** ***** *********, Pa for instance. A contractor hired by Comcast had workers lay fiberglass piping. This caused a great deal of damage to our property. One of the workers made a mistake that caused us to lose power from about 4:00 - 12:30am the next morning. The main damage was done to the front of our lawn and to our driveway. Although a paving company came, they didn’t account for the extreme pitch that was there. The reworked driveway caused the bottom of our vehicles to be scaled as we backed out of our driveway causing damage to our vehicles. We contacted the head contractor and the paving company to have them correct the issue. The paving company took off the lower portion of the driveway leaving a mess in October 2021. They made promises to return and complete the work in the spring of 2022. The paving company did not return which prompted us to contact the contractor again with nothing but promises to show for it. He was supposed to contact us after the July 4th holidays in 2022 but again no response from him. I texted him in September of 2022 asking for a response. I subsequently contacted Comcast to file another formal complaint. Nothing has been done to fix the damage done to our property. I filed an additional complaint about 4 weeks ago and have not even received a phone call from anyone. The company makes it impossible to reach them so making complaints is difficult at best. I would like to know what our options are in this case. Are there any direct phone numbers that you know of? We are very upset by the lack of concern with this matter. This is not a company that I would trust with my business. If I were thinking about using the services of a cable company, I most certainly wouldn’t uses them.

      I called Xfinity Mobile multiple amounts and they refused to apply my ACP credits to my phone bill route customer service they refused to help me over the phone no help whatsoever terrible customer service

      Worst ever!!! Find another provider! I had an appointment that was cancelled. I was promised a set up time then they never showed up, called and they do not have record of the appointment. They tell me they are going to charge $100 if the issue is mine and not theirs. Trust me go with another provider is you live in the DMV! Xfinity/Comcast is the worst ever! Made me choose a star rating I couldn’t leave a ZERO!

      I canceled my service with Xfinity internet. But they kept on charging my credit card for 2 months as if nothing had changed. They do not have any way in which one has a record of the cancelation, hence its very hard to go back to the credit card company and show any proof that Xfinity is making spurious charges. This is deliberately designed to swindle customers of money. Disgusting
