      I literally wish I could give negative stars! It is a complete scam! They told me they had a deal; if I signed up for mobile, I would pay 30 for internet and 37 for for Mobile which included an IPAD. I signed up, but I didn't know I had to activate a mobile number, plus I didn't need another number. I noticed I was being charged $69 for internet and $45 for mobile. After being put on hold over and over for well over an hour for three days this week, I kept being told different things. The first day, it was I could return the IPAD through Fed-X and they would credit my account for all of the charges, but they gave me no address to ship it back. The second day, I was told I would receive a return label within 24 hours to return it, they would still not supply me with an address. The third time, 48 hours later, I am on hold again and being told there are no notes in the file. These people need to be shut down!

      My account automatically cancelled, and the online agent has no clue about resolving the solution. They end up creating the account. I guess Comcast is also in business creating fake accounts. Horrible customer service and fraud sales practices.

      I have called Xfinity Mobile over a dozen times they have horrible customer service it sucks they’re rude and they won’t help you they refused to apply my ACP benefits to my cell phone onlyYou have to take your business somewhere else AT&T can apply my ACP benefits Comcast won’t do it they refuse me they are the worst customer service on this planet Earth Comcast

      Terrible customer service. They charge you when your usage exceed the data limit without any warrning text message or email. Their app cannot show real-time usage of the data. Horrible service. Not recommand.

      Xfinity is THEE WORST CABLE COMPANY THAT I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!! An agent asked me if I wanted to be enrolled in auto-pay, amd she did it anyways. This is not the 1stvtime that this has happened by the way, causing my account to be overdrawn, AND I HAVE TO PAY AN OVERDRAFT FEE! When it all boils down they tell me that they can only refund me HALF OF MY MONEY BACK, AND THAT I WILL HAVE TO DISPUTE THE REST WITH MY BANK!!! I AM DEFINITELY SWITCHING CABLE COMPANIES AND LEAVING XFINITY/COMCAST ALONE... THEY SUCK BIG TIME!!!

      I am a 20 plus year customer to comcast. I have NEVER been late on a payment.... EVER! Three months ago we heard a beeping we could figure out where its came from. Finally figured out in was our cable box. We called Xfinity. They sent a man out and he said, "Yep its your box." He didn't have one on him, so they sent us one. Its was the wrong one. Sent us another after we described the box and gave the numbers on the box so they knew exactly what we were referring to. Wrong one AGAIN! Three time we were on hold for 38 mins. Our closet comcast store is 45 mins away. My husband took the day off work and went down to the store and picked the correct one up! Today 6/13/2023 on my day off and I called Xfinity. After dealing with their phone tree, I got a person. I described our situation and asked for compensation. He offered me 30.00 for my troubles. I asked to speak to a supervisor. He politely agreed. I was placed on hold for 1hr 51mins and 11 seconds. I have a screen shot of that. No we were not disconnected as their music played the entire time. Comcast says they put the Customer at the Center of everything they do. Their mission statement is "WE ARE COMMITTED TO REPSECTING OUR CUSTOMERS' TIME, SIMPLIFYING THEIR EXPERIENCE, AND MAKING THINGS RIGHT IF WE FALL SHORT. Lets see if they do that!       I have been with Xfinity for about 10 years. Mostly internet service. I called last week to see if I could get TV also and they worked out a deal that seemed good. Come to find out most of what the sales person promised was a lie. I asked if my son could watch our service in college, and the sales person said yes. He told me if I returned on piece of equipment I would save another $10. He said if I didn’t like it I could just cancel and implied I could get my old plan back. All of which are lies. I called customer service and they said the sales person didn’t put their badge number so they don’t know who it was. They said I could cancel but I would have to get a new plan (which is way more expensive). In the midst of all this I called the mobile department for 2 phones we have and asked them some questions that they lied about that too. It wasn’t until I asked for written proof of what they were claiming that they told me the truth about the mobile service. I tried to go to their fraud department (CSA) but the wait was 40 minutes. Of course it was, they endorse their sales people lying and then don’t require a badge number so no one can get caught. DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT THEY SAY UNLESS YOU GET IT IN WRITING! The sales person told me not to believe the contract because I would get more off when I returned the equipment. But now they want to hold me to the contract. I tried to work with them. I offered to pay more for less internet speed but the cost would have been $29 more for 200mbps less speed. There sales people are not held accountable! Just assume they are lying! Besides all that I asked to speak to a manager and still have not heard from any one.

      Not following through about a safety issues. Have called several times, to get issue resolved. Lied to and given the run around. Our cable line should have been buried within 2 weeks of install. Installed in April around the 7th. Cable still above ground. They broke the contract and expect me to pay over $500.00 to start my service back up. Since they broke their part of the contract. I feel I should pay nothing.

      I get many solicitation calls. When I ask to be taken off the calling list, the agent hangs up...very rude....very invasive.
      I am registered on a no-call list. The number they call me from is an unlisted number.
      This is very annoying and something should be done about it. I am not able to get my name
      removed from the calling list. They do not stop the calling.

      I moved to a new unit transferred my service, did not owe a cent, and it has become a nightmare to get reconnected, they are charging me a ridiculous amount, that I do Not owe them, I've called over 15 times in less than 30 days and no results, promises, promises is all you hear, can someone help they are robbing the low income people even with a ACP discount. What can we do?
