      They cut off our internet service with no warning, for no reason, then didn’t give us an appointment to get it fixed for 3 days. With people working remotely this is unacceptable. Their customer service is atrocious.

      A technician came out and ran an orange cord through my yard to someone else house. I called to have them come out and fix it. They come out and remove the cord and disconnect my internet. Now I am without service for 2 days because nobody can come out. Highly mad, I pay my bills, and I’m without service, cameras are down and I work from home.

      Xfinity mobile really stinks and bites. I mean I thought I understood that they put insurance on my mobile device but yet when I called the Xfinity mobile to get my phone replaced because support was messing up on it and it still is messing up on it it doesn't charge right they said that Moto g pure is under warranty but I had no insurance on my phone. I feel that all they do is weasel their way in our wallets tell us products that constantly fail and expect us to pay full price when the device either breaks or wears out but yet the phone hasn't even been paid for in full yet but still they gave me a Motorola number to call so that they can help me I got the phone from Comcast even though it's a Motorola device I got it from Comcast why can't they help? Instead of being pigheaded about it. I mean they sucked since really the early 1990s when Continental cablevision turned into Media One and medium one turned into Comcast really y'all could do a better job by treating the customers were respect and stop treating the mentally and disabled like crap stop stealing money from us and start selling better products. Just saying!

      Fraudulent and deceptive business practices. Via live chat in writing they guaranteed me a rate for internet service. They said I had to agree to the terms which were $30 more, but all that would be adjusted after I agreed to it. They never made the changes and I got billed at a higher rate. Multiple customer service agents refused to honor the price I had in writing from their agent. Comcast is committing blatant fraud and getting away with it.

      They lie tell you that your contract is going to be a certain amount then they raise it. The guy cameot aThey lie tell you that your contract is going to be a certain amount then they raise it. The guy came to my house a couple weeks ago we're supposed to fix stuff. He told me if I had any problems to contact him directly which I did this is with my Internet and he would stop by later in the day and fix them. So at 5 o'clock when I called him he happen to be down in Colorado Springs. How am I supposed to get summer to my house? I go to bed at 6 o'clock at night because I get up at two in the morning, I had to pay someone to come out and finish the work that he did not do they won't give me a credit. My bill is supposed to be $49 this month that has. $11.18 carried forward but I'm on. auto pay how can I be additional charges? It didn't go through charge for a guy coming out to pay for stuff that they didn't finish a contract from signed in February and they raise the price can't get a hold of anybody on the phone? All you get is a crazy broad that answers the phone and disconnects you. If you don't make the proper selection that's the biggie getting a hold of a live person. I've tried the corporate office. I waited for callbacks from three supervisors for probably six months haven't received those. I have an open ticket since about February 3. No one's bothered to fix what a crappy company. How can I was reading with the BBB? Somethings wrong

      I have called Xfinity Mobile a dozen times and I told him I want my ACP credit Applied to my phone only but they’re refusing to do that I guess they don’t offer that service. They have terrible customer service they need to be more Pacific and they need to tell me they do not accept a Acp for Phone only not for cell phone bill The cell phone bill only they do not accept ACp pay for the cell phone bill it’s only for the Internet

      I have been an xfinity customer for close to 10 years across multiple properties. My internet bill was recently increased by 40% due a to a promotion expiring.I called customer service around 9:25am on 6/19/23 to try to get a new promotion. Jody, the customer service rep, informed my two options are downgrade my service to get the old price or keep the new price but they would upgrade my service. both are fair solutions, but we were very happy with the rate and service we were paying previously.

      Jody could not help me get a new promotion on my current service so I asked to speak with customer retention since other providers were offering discounted rates on similar products. She said she could help me cancel my service but could not transfer me to retention. I then asked to speak to a supervisor to see if they could help.

      An hour and 35 minutes into the call and I am finally transferred to the supervisor, Rob.Rob explained that I can speak to "100 supervisors" and no one will be able to help me with obtain my old rate, as they all have the same tools.

      If anyone from xfinity is monitoring these reviews, I am currently shopping AT&T rates which seem to be better with their gift card promotions. However it would be much easier for me to remain an Xfinity customer. If someone is able to offer me the rate I have been paying for the past 2 years before I switch providers please give me a call.

      Suddenly large amounts of money coming out of my bank account I had several overdrafts because of them. My bank helped me put stop payment on account and returned my overdraft. I’m now unsure what to do for future as I just opened cell service and have internet service????
