      do not do automatic withdrawal for your bill out of your account, you will be charged even after deactivation . Termination fees past due etc ect . When you call multiple times to get through all the charges they eventually give you a credit . When you get the sevice your told its no early termination and on and on . After your sent emails stating your refund it takes multiple calls even after there own deadlines and still no refund credited to your account. The run around if you can get a live person on the phone is given .
      Still waiting over a month for my refund. Today i was given another promise my credit my account by 6-24 -2023

      I set up an appointment with them on June 22 from 3:00 to 5:00. I expected them to be here at 3:00. It is past 5:00. When I made the appointment, I expected them to be at my house on time. I did not agree for them to be late. I did not consent to that. They broke my expectations. I want to know what gave them the right to be late when the rest of us have to be on time, regardless of circumstance.

      Literally the worst customer service of all time. its nearly impossible to speak with someone and if you need a service call no one ever shows up. Ive had wires laying across my yard for 6 weeks that a Xfinity sub contractor placed, but no one has come to connect the service wire on either side. Ive called and messaged them over a dozen times and have wasted countless hours repeating myself and still no help.

      Closing a business is difficult on its own, but dealing with a disconnect from comcast business is worse. I called to disconnect my service and they neglected to inform me that I must sign a form in an email. well, they charged me for another month. Another $500. I open restaurants for a living and consult on many more. I will never recommend Comcast for business to anyone. Heartless company.

      The last few weeks have been nothing but issue after issue. Firstly, my sim cards never came for mobile. I had to fight to get my credit card details removed though I set up the account and talked to two different reps who verified the account with different protocols. My service was changed and I was told I'd save money, really didn't make a difference and my bill went up because the Rep over the phone removed HBO after told her not to. The final straw came Monday, when my internet and cable went out. I spent HOURS troubleshooting. Calling, messages, I even went to the Xfinity store to replace my modem as a last ditch effort to help myself fix an issue that is actually Comcast/Xfinity's fault. My father was cutting the grass today and noticed that a LONG orange cable line was exposed. Apparently, the technician that serviced my nextdoor neighbor, and I know for a fact that they did because the van was there. The technician CUT my cable line to my house. It's the only logical explanation because there were no outages in my area and my cable was fine. I don't know how a "trained" technician, couldn't figure out that they cut the service to another customer. Why were they cutting anyway?? I don't understand how this happen and it has been a costly mistake. I have wasted time and will be missing out on work because I have had no internet for 3 days. My grandmother cant even watch the news. Another technician has to come and fix this mess. One that I had to wait 3 days for. This is absolutely unacceptable. Our account is 11 years old. If this is not rectified to my satisfaction, I'll be ending my service and find another ISP. Comcast has no issues taking my money. I can't deal with this level of incompetence because I have to pay hundreds of dollars for a service I can't use.

      If the system would let me I would leave 0 stars!

      Worst internet company ever. To start off their call in operator service sucks when you just want to speak witha person its like going through a maze with no way out. Internet service always goes out for no reason. & Its almost impossible to get a tech same day. Its better to pay a little more and go with a reliable internet provider. Do not get internet or phone with them.

      These people are somewhere else , never asked for business #s car warranty calls cause of a teenager , changing # does not fix issue ? Stolen tag , computer , not AA not a telemarketer, had enough , not LGBTQ + do not care what you do in your bedroom ? Racial on everyone customer day ? Bogus gun violence , 157 years ago was any of these people here Are we becoming communist in the USA ? Bill for some other man , fighting for 2 years ? Tracking apps bogus ? No school ? Over priced insurance , Food , everything ? People can not afford it ? Foreigners speak weird .English ? & Do not understand ? Not a foreigner ? Calls from #s that are prank/ kids ? Bogus calls & bullcrap how many #s does this company have ? Annoying calls & text messages & someone threatening me , my son , letters about some UK bull , not from UK do not understand how an ex can keep getting my # ? No business ? Unknown #s enough on the do not call list but text messages & I have no idea if this company is Xfinity , Comcast , or Adelphia ? Changing names ? Hackers ? Enough ? & At&t just as bad , adt wired my old address backwards , wire in tree before I moved Neighbors , some crazy x girlfriend of my child who copied his phone? Bogus previous owner on my old address & I removed her in 16, junk mail for someone else ? & It happened after I moved too ? Had enough of some idiot using my address? No teenager , not his grandmom, his mom a liar ? & Bogus calls for some UK / Fi # not a book writer , changed # ? Strange man's # broken phone ? Some idiot texting me if I am selling my home ? I did not call them either ? The only thing they can do is change your # then the bogus payments & not turning my account back on ? COVID lies ? No piano player/ rapper ar my address , Fake nanes ? Crazy bull ? Do not know who these people are ? Tired of liars ? Fix your billing errors ?

      Like many others, I sent my trade-in phone to receive a credit for a new Samsung Galaxy S22+. My old phone was delivered on April 5. It is now June 21 and I have made several payments on my new phone but I have yet to receive any confirmation about my trade-in credit. Had I known they will do this, I would never have bothered sending in my phone. You can search all over reddit and many people have this issue. I will be cancelling my contract once it is expired.

      Its was good until I became disabled and had to stay for a bit in the hospital I explained to them my situation and they didnt care I just asked until the first of month for service and they got nasty with me, 1 representative covered up her mic to late and was laughing at my situation what's sad is I was in nursing 21yrs and know what empathy is this ppl only care about money and will snap on ya quick I've been with them for 3yrs paying for overpriced internet smh who do I contact to file a case because my internet is important to my health
