      I signed up for Xfinity about 1 month ago, but I was not able to activate the service. Xfinity sent three technicians to my house to check the cables. They all repeated the same procedure, but they couldn't figure out what was wrong and made no progress for over a month. I decided to cancel the internet because there was no sign that they could pinpoint the problem and fix it.

      It was a NIGHTMARE to cancel the internet although I didn't and cannot use the internet at all. I contacted Xfinity, and they transferred me to 5 different agents in 3 hours and did not allow me to cancel the internet. I ended the chat because the thing was not going anywhere. I submitted two cancellation requests on their websites but got no response at all.

      I used Xfinity when I lived in other places in the past. I am so disappointed by the incompetence of technicians and terrible customer service. It wastes so much of my time. I need my money back for the internet I have never used!

      My internet has been out for 2 months, but I paid my bill anyway, when I finally got a service appointment, the tech said the problem was outside, he left and it worked for one day, called again, after several days, hours and dealing with a non English speaking person, they sent another tech, never saying I would be charged a hundred dollars each time, got my bill today and it was over $200.00, I have tried to get another Internet provider, but Comcast is the only game in town where I live, tried calling again and said they would take off 100 of it, and of course they didn’t. Just furious how this company works, want the 200 taken off, they said it was an instillation fee, but it wasn’t. The modem was already installed, ugh just so done with all of it. Frustrated

      I traded my 2 old phones with Xfinity Mobile in March 2023, Until now i never received trade in credit, I have called customer service about 4 times, every time i receive an answer that they know the issue and are working on it.
      Overall i think Xfinity Mobile trade in is scam to attract people, they will sell you new phones and steal your old phones.

      WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Continuously raise prices for same upload/ download speeds and cannot get in touch with a live representative. I started paying 54 a month for 2 yrs for 200 mbps download, jumped to 87 the past couple months and when I told him I would be cancelling my bill is now at 97/month for 200 mbps download. THIS SHOULD BE ILLEGAL. PLEASE STOP COMCAST!!!! Read all the reviews, this is fraud!

      We have experienced poor and at times unscrupulous service from Comcast but today takes the cake. We woke up this AM to find our service had been tuned off due to an unpaid balance.

      It took 1/2 hour to get a Comcast rep to call us because their automated system would not transfer to a live person until we paid the bill. After finally speaking with a rep and supervisor we discovered they had not deducted our billing for the month of February. This was when they updated our service by reducing available channels and increasing the monthly charge, again without notice. We are on an automatic pay program so you would think they would simply deduct whatever the balance was at the time. Instead, without any notice whatsoever, our service was turned off. We have never missed any payments and have been a Comcast customer for 30+ years.

      After 2+ hours on the phone the supervisor finally agreed to process the overdue charge and reinstate the account but it would take 24 hrs to get us back online. This led to more debate and ultimately to restoring the account within the hour. The reps we spoke to never expressed empathy or were apologetic for their blatantly obvious error.

      This is Saturday this is taking place and we’re supposed to be at a family function which we will now miss due to Comcast’ incompetence and unscrupulous service. Furthermore, this experience is representative of every interaction we have with Comcast who feels emboldened to change services, increase charges and even shut off service without any notice to its customers. They are a provider that apparently fears there are no consequences to their shenanigans.

      This company is awful! I had service with them for years. When I moved, I transferred service. I had to pay $100 for install, which I did. The wi-fi wouldn't even reach the back bedroom of our 1300 sq ft home so I cancelled service and went with another company that had better service and rates. I then get a $200 bill from Xfinity for breaking a contract. I shouldn't have been on a contract! The representatives I spoke to were a joke. The first could barely speak English but said a supervisor would call me within 24 hrs. I got no call. I call back and get another representative that I could barely hear with the sound all the way up. She stated they put me under a new contract when I moved and the fee was for breaking it. What?!? I had enrolled in auto pay so they're going to take the money out of my account whether I like it or not. I would advise anyone that has the option to choose a different company. THIS one will screw you over with high rates, hidden charges, terrible service, and awful representatives.

      Over billed repeatedly. Gas lit when I complained. They then refunded half of what I was owed. This is not my first time dealing with a company that creates a lack of transparency as a way of profiting. App and website are so bad I cannot even see what I am being billed for. Called the xfinity customer service number and got routed to someone I could not understand who offered repeated apologies and but no solutions. I have never worked with an organization less interested in retaining G me as a customer than this one.

      Multiple hours, multiple phone calls, multiple transfers for a refund that still hasn't been given. I was promised to be refunded for a data overage charge of 90$ then asked to upgraded to unlimited which i did in good faith they would stick to their promise of relinquishing the 90$ charge. 1 month passed and i was still charged this with a addition 30$. My bill was supposed to be 100$ for 1gig unlimited and instead i was billed for 220$. Unnaceptable. Do not promise things that you cannot deliver. Do not charge things for services never recieved. This company lied to me and trained every employee from all departments to lie and cheat. Nobody takes ownership and even managers say they are helping and then magically transfer me to the spanish only department where my calls drop. (I dont speak spanish) I have even asked to be canceled and those agents beat around the bush until i realized ive been on hold for an hour and then ultimately hang up. Crooked company with no resolution for real customer issues. Absolutely awful.

      All this could have been avoided if they had real customer services agents whose jobs aren't threatened if they give honest refunds. Yuck

      Also, my service has been out since june 17th and off and on. Didnt even bother trying to help with a credit or anything. Again, terrible customer service department.

      For years, at least 5 now, our Comcast internet and cable service intermittently disconnect in hot weather. I cannot get a hold of a representative, the auto chat function Comcast now has loops and provides no assistance or option to talk to a representative, and from talking with family and colleagues around the Houston area, they experience the same issues during the same periods of time. Comcast has not made any effort to address this. This is theft of services since those of us who work from home lose productivity

      I had a Xfinity fiber optic cable knocked down by a truck a week ago and still haven’t got it repaired this is unacceptable, trying to talk to someone is almost impossible and when you do they just want to send a restart command which won’t work because the lines are down, but they are the only option in this area, if I had options I would switch carriers
