      Comcast Xfinity prices are outrageous. I pay $61 for 200 MB I do get the $30 off for the government. It’s ridiculous that the prices are so high for seniors.. there is no senior discounts their prices just keep going up. I think it’s a monopoly..

      I cancel my service I tried to call the my monthly bill went up I wanted a new service they refused to give Me information to bring my number. A week it took and I I got new service in February they charging me for mobl8 service I tried call there F up system no longer no my number put a stop payment with bank . There customer service suck the are Bad For Seniors like me review you bill after there Service.

      Impossible to get an agent on the line. The only way is to say you want to start new service and then get transferred to the correct department. Then they leave you on hold for 15-20 minutes to "check your account." They increase the bill without warning a month after you sign up. Terrible customer service.

      I was part of a scam on xfinity. I reported it immediately. Unfortunately, I was told a stolen bank account was used on my account. The fraud division said that I would be contacted. It has been over 2 weeks and have not been contacted. I have called and keep being told I have to talk to a supervisor. I was finally given a ticket number on the 3rd call. Tonight I called, was told I would be transferred to a supervisor and was on hold for 3 1/2 hours and then was given to a customer service person and transferred 2 more times only to be told that a supervisor would call me in 5 days or so. In the meantime, they have charged my credit card $400 unauthorized. I don't know how to fix this other than closing the account.

      I received a call from Xfinity at 3:44 PM on Monday, June 26, 2023, in reference to internet service. I explained to the caller that I have the service and the person called me a man and began speaking over me reading the Xfinity information script. When I tried to interject, the caller got louder and told me to place my name on the do not call list. First hand, the caller read my name incorrectly, which is an old English name, and spoke rudely. I then called trying to reach a supervisor and was prompted to go online; which does not have avenues to supervisors as well as the number called. I want an apology.

      I have been charged $15 a month for equipment that I returned over two years ago and they will not refund me the money and they will not stop charging me. I have tried several times to reach people and I can’t get a hold of anybody this company really needs to be held accountable for is shady and absolutely horrendous horrible service. You cannot get a hold of anybody and they lie constantly and promise you the moon and give you nothing. And they say they offer you that $30 discount but then what they do is they charge you the $30 so you just breakeven it’s not really a discount it’s a bunch of lies!

      I signed up for security system- huge mistake! Have had 3 months and nothing but problems! Equipment does not work, constantly braking down. No reasonable tech appointments, continued billing for a service that cannot use, can only cancel monitoring but stuck paying for hundreds of dollars of equipment that cannot return. I must pay for it despite the fact that it’s junk and doesn’t work- equipment I’ve had less than 3 months! This is fraudulent and a scam. Comcast is not held to any level of accountability.

      Purchased a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra back in February of 2023. Sent in my trade-in Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus valued at $550, but the discount was never applied on my account. I have documentation showing the trade-in device was delivered and received at their warehouse and have called numerous times only to be an hour on the phone getting nowhere. If this situation is remedied asap, i will be closing all of my Comcast accounts and seeking legal action.

      I wish I could express just how little satisfaction I’ve had with Xfinity’s internet service the last few years. I am basically forced to use this provider since it is the only ISP for my address. So that alone is frustrating. I also get charged $120 every month for the most BASIC services. You would think I had the fastest internet speed with a ton of add ons; I DO NOT. Half the time my internet cuts out or is so slow I may as well not even be using it. And there are two people at MOST using the internet at any time so this shouldn’t be an issue. On top of that this company tries to nickel and dime you every chance they get. the ONE discount I was receiving was the autopay one and right around the time they increased my bill by $50 that discount just stopped working. Every month my auto pay mysteriously declines even though I have not changed my card info and there is money in the account. And trying to fix this issue is even more of a nightmare because of how inept their website is. I constantly have to sign in to the same website over and over, certain site functions just don’t work at all, and they conveniently seem to make it as difficult as possible to access the things you actually need to use. I cannot wait until I move so that I can switch to an ISP that isn’t completely useless.

      I needed to cancel Xfinity internet service during a move. It was not possible to do this through the account settings, which was already inconvenient. Then, after I did this over the phone, they still billed me and a representative said my account was still active. I had to repeat the cancellation request, and this very much seemed like a ploy to bill me for an extra month of service if I were not paying close attention.
