      Awful customer service. We pay you for a service. Service sucks.. make an appointment. Take off from work for appointment. Said appointment gets cancelled without notification after you have taken off work. 1/2 hr at best to get through by phone to find out why. Finally get through again to find out your service is reporting spotty and they aren’t sure why you were cancelled and not contacted.. and have to try to set up another yet possible appointment for you to take off work yet again and possibly get cancelled.

      They are the most horrible verbally abusive, discriminatory company any where. No one wants to help all they want to do is debate or argue over anything. It's always the same at minimum 1 hour on the phone arguing with any of them, even the managers. Comcast is EXTREMELY DISCRIMINATORY. If you are a wgite American you won't get anything from them.

      Xfinity Cable has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Ever! They have for the last year cut off our service each month even though we have paid the bill on time. Their excuse is they cant help it because their computer system automatically shuts it off when it creates the bill for the next month. So whether I pay my bill early or on time the service gets cut. It gets better. So you cant go into any of the storefront locations and get anything done especially the Folsom office on Bidwell. They are only there to sell you over priced add ons or upgrades. Ohh wait it get better. Since you cant go to a store and ask a real person they constantly try to get you to go online and use the app feature which is just a bot that cant understand anything above short sentences and also cannot do anything to fix an issue, But this is where you will be constantly guided to go waste 45 minutes of your life when talking to any live person. Ohhh!! Wait it gets even better. Calling Xfinity is perhaps the worst part of an incredibly bad experience. That is because they have farmed their call centers out to India or Pakistan. This isn't an issue in itself but you are stuck talking to individuals who don't understand anything but basic slow English. If you ask anything above basic questions or any question they cannot answer, they simply hang up and you get to go through the 20 minutes of prompts yet again only to be told that because you paid you bill early, you broke the agreed upon contract for payments with them. All while they are demanding the next months payment early!! Yes real situation that is happening. If you ask for a name and employee ID you get hung up on. You ask to speak to someone you can clearly understand, you get hung up on. Seriously, if you have any other options for cable and internet go with them. This company is a bloated money hungry profit above all lesson on greed and dysfunction. If you can, avoid this dumpster fire at all cost. THE WORST!!!!

      Called and explained I needed home security installed immediately, due to a domestic violence situation. Appointment was set for the following Friday, 6/30/23 from 1-4. Got a phone call Friday 6/30/23 at 9:30 cancelling the appointment due to no tech available. I got it rescheduled for 7/03/23 for 1-4 only to receive a text message saying it would be on 7/12/23 from 1-4. Called was on the phone for two hours AGAIN transferred over and over to another rep over and over. Asked for manager told I had one to only be told upon being transferred again he wasn't a manager after all. I have received in one week 12 phones, 11 text messages and 7 emails all from Xfinity after I made my appointment the first time. I asked for all messages to stop but they continued. I was told that they could not honor the first quote I was offered and the new appointment would cost more. All while I told them I needed cameras for my children's and my safety. They could not accommodate me at all. Refused to help or seek a better solution.

      6/29 I called Xfinity to cancel my wireless service. During this call I asked about promotions and was informed there was a free phone promotion. We started the process but before ending the call, I asked what I would be charged today. The agent quoted me a little more than $300. I stated NO, please cancel. (I am still completely unsure why I would be charged so much for a FREE promotion) The agent told me to disregard any messages I received because she was cancelling the order.
      6/30 $476 was charged to my account despite my request to cancel. I contacted Xfinity and after 90 minutes of being transferred to agents who could not help, I finally got a supervisor (Alex) who ended up hanging up on me. All the agents said I needed to wait for the phone that they sent to be received, then return it for a refund. My rent is due 7/1 and due to this charge I am unable to pay. I cancelled my order so I should not have been charged and I was never quoted $476 so I am completely unaware of where this total came from. This is more than an inconvenience. I could lose my place to live for this foolishness.
      I was on the phone with Xfinity trying to get this resolved while at work. This effected my productivity for the day as well as my mental health due to the overwhelming stress of navigating the phone system and several employees who said the same script but never really listened to me.
      I should not be inconvenienced to this magnitude, then be told I just have to WAIT for my refund. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO HORRIBLY AS A CUSTOMER.

      Customer support is terrible. Any attempt to resolve an issue results in nothing but a runaround: referral to this number, where someone refers you to another site or number, and it goes on ad infinitem. End result is that you cannot get any help. I will not recommend xfinity to anyone.

      I just don’t want to give one star they are liars and scammers
      They just don’t keep promises every single person here learnt how to scam, never never give your account access to them,
      They just suddenly taking advantage of your auto pay and charging unnecessary fees
      Without information.
      More of anything no original management or people at onsite all working from somewhere from home
      They ll put you on call and keep on rotating to one from another until you ll not get mad they willingly doing this so you will get pissed ?? of and cut the call or irritate
      Be aware of these kind of companies

      Bait and switch all the way through. Changed my plan over a year ago and specifically told them I wanted no contract and no promotions. Instead I got a $32 price increase and over 4 hours of hold time so far. If it wasn't a monopoly for the area I'd change in a heartbeat.

      If I could give 0 stars for XFINITY MOBILE, I would!!!! I have had horrible mobile service and anyone on the chat has been less than helpful and has lied in saying my issues would be resolved. Unacceptable and immoral!!

      price gouging is standard practice with this company. Over a six month period, they kept changing my package to $10-20 more than ageed upon price. Af fter cancelling service they charged me 30 dollars for 3 days of service. which included the weekend. Initial bill says end date May 4th , when contacting them they said end date May 1. they change monthly dates over the through the year frequently. R. Aziz Memphis, TN
