Xfinty mobile was offering a promotion for $100 per line to switch carriers. I brought both of my lines over from Verizon. The grace period was within 3 months. After the 3 months I started questioning the company when I would receive my incentives. They continued to state that I would be receiving them shortly. After 6 months, of complaining I requested to speak with the manager. A manager finally came to the phone and stated, " I would still receive my 2 $100 visa cards in the mail, and he gave me a $100 credit on my phone bill for the inconvenience." This conversation was recorded. It has been 2 months later, and I have yet to receive my 2 $100 Visa cards. Xfinty is promoting false advertisement to attract new costumers.

I want to know why I am in the United States and have to talk to people not in the United States for customer service? I have talked to customer service 3 times to get a tech appointment, it was 45 minutes Thursday to get a tech appointment for Sunday, that was not a valid appointment. This is the worst customer service that I have had in a while. Why does Comcast not have local customer service that will handle customer concerns promptly and correctly. I have been without service for 7 days, this is ridiculous and there is no reason for this. I am very angry and disappointed that I pay this much for service, and get the runaround for a week and still no service.

I was offered a promotional discount by one of Comcast's agents. If I switched from my current mobile provider to there services, they would apply a $30 discount to my internet bill. They never applied the discount and whenever I attempted to contact them I would be rerouted to another department over and over again, sometimes back to the same department. I was able to find someone to assist me, but it seem that whatever this agent did just made the situation worse.

Xfinity mobile is not unlocking the phone I paid for. The phone they promised I wouldn't have to pay for if the line was transferred in form another carrier. However I did pay for the phone, because each time I called to ask why I was being charged for it, they promised the issue would be taken care of. But, they didn't, whatever.
Now, I am changing carriers, to one who has excellent customer service and doesn't cost me an arm and a leg. However, I cannot get xfinity to unlock my phone. I have been trying for 3 weeks, each day calling them to request my phone be unlocked. Each day they assure me that I will receive an email (within 24 to 72 hours) with an unlock code. I received 3 codes so far that do not work. The last time, I was assured by xfinity that the phone was unlocked and I could begin porting the number to the new carrier. I did begin the porting process, tried to unlock with the code I was sent, but the number transferred, and my phone is still locked. I have been calling xfinity to again get my phone unlocked. I was told I would have to go to a comcast/xfinity store to have them unlock my phone in person. The nearest store to me, since I have moved from the original area where I was receiving service, is another state away. I drove there thinking they will be able to help for sure. But no, I was told by the people that work at this branch could not help me. I go home, and call xfinity to tell them I had no luck at the xfinity branch. I ask for a supervisor, she says within 12 hours I will receive a code, via email and she will follow up tomorrow. It has now been 3 days. They have also told me that since I ported the number out already, they do not have the ability to unlock it now. So, I cannot use the phone I purchased. I am looking into what legal action I can take, since they have no right to keep my phone locked. Why are they keeping my phone hostage? That is not right, 3 weeks now...

I called on June 15, 2023 and requested internet service to be transferred from old address to new address effective June 30, 2023. I have no service as of July 1, 2023. I called customer service to receive assistance with connection issue. The rep advised me that the service is still pending to disconnect at old address? The rep advised me to visit a local Xfinity store to have service disconnected today and have service activated at new address. I visited Xfinity store and waited over 30 minutes for a rep to tell me that he couldn't help me activate service at new address. I returned home and called customer service again! I waited over an hour for a supervisor. Totally frustrated!! Account balance is zero and current but no internet service!

Hard to understand customer service agents. Dropped calls. When technician came to the house, he lowered the gray box. That left a hole in the side of the house. The box was there for 7 years. That action also required an additional cable line which is clearly visible. I could have put up with that, IF the repair lasted more than 2 hours.

They are liars and crooks reporting false information. Making false claims because they are incapable of correctly running a business.

Far and away the absolute worst company Ive ever interacted with. Spent over 20 hours trying to fix issues then cancel an account and was charged for another month. I will never work with them if anything else is available.
