      It has now been 4 months since I switched to their service and not only have I been billed the wrong amount but my phone is listed under another phone number. They are charging me for the phone when the phone was part of a promo where I get the phone for free. I have missed over 9 hours of work from trips to the store and spent over 15 hours on the phone with customer service and they still have not resolved the issue. This phone will not connect to their app so I'm paying a bill that is not the right amount and not able to see the bill or get any kind of receipt. What can I do? I feel they need to compensate me for the missed work and the reprimand I got at work.

      I called xfinity to close my internet service on july 2nd because xfinity increases your charge without notice, but I received a bill for one more month; I called xfinity again to cancel;
      its the terrible company that just knows to get money. customers have to pay for their miss.

      They sell you stuff, then don't fill the order...even with a recorded call. This is how they treat their "loyal" customers of 20+ years with two accounts...and paying WAY too much. Yes, I called with an issue and was upsold to a "promotion" for Xfinity Mobile. The rep confirmed everything (that I have on a recorded call), but they sent the phone to the secondary address, and now they will not honor it...stating the "promotion" has ended. I have asked to be sent to a Supervisor for a second time, and now I'm on an endless hold. 47+ mins of holding, and suddenly the call was just disconnected.

      This is a terrible company to use who has zero ethics. I used them in Wheaton, IL. HUGE mistake. They have been trying to charge me $268 for service THEY confirmed I didn’t use since 2020. Now they are going after my credit score for money I DON’T owe them. I wasn’t even in the state for the time they are trying to extort this money for. They know this. Disgusting. I tried calling and their agents literally lied. Then when I went to their store they LIED and told me the charge would be removed and apologized for the agents and SHOWED me that there was no use of the service. Go with ANYONE other than these greedy corporate jerks who think it’s okay to steal from ordinary people for services NOT rendered. Hades will freeze over before I pay a nickel for service I didn’t use.

      I think it's funny how xfinity demands their payment. But their service stinks. It's the worst. If you charge that much for high speed, it should work more then 2 hours a day. Two people are in my house. And two devices running at the same time slows down the internet. And I'm paying for premium. It's not right.

      Comcast sucks. Period. In 2022 Comcast netted close to 6 Billion dollars for their fiscal year. I do not even know how many zero's that is!! But it means basically that they were profiting 100 million dollars a week. They make all that money, yet, when you call with a problem you never get to talk to a live agent and if you do you are talking to someone in the Philippines. What a joke. I had to call Comcast a couple days ago and it took me over 40 minutes just to get a question answered because of their crappy automated service. It actually WOULD NOT ALLOW me to be connected to a representative. I was FORCED to use either their texting or online service. What kind of crappy customer service is that??
      They love to raise our bill and blame: "rising programming costs". Last year Comcast made over 14 million dollars a day profit. 14 million dollars a day!!! That is over $583,000 an hour!!! I do not want to hear anything about "rising programming costs" when your company is profiting $583,000 an hour.
      Your customer service sucks. Your quality sucks. So basically---you suck.

      Xfinity Mobile is by far the worse company to do business with. They have been withdrawing funds from my account after I demanded the account be closed back in February of this year. I was reassured after the first unauthorized payment that my.personal debit card information was removed from their system. I check my Xfintu internet account and see that Xfinity Mobile has my card in their system and I couldn't delete/remove my card. Then I return the device yet no rep can track the phone no email sent to me confirming the phone made it to its destination. No one notated a single conversation I've had since the issues that are related to the closed account. I'm livid and I will not stop with this matter until it's fully rectified. Plain and simple it's fraud and the company wasn't authorized to withdraw not one cent from my account. I paid what I owed which was the first month and only month for service.

      Had a horrendous customer service experience. Representative yelled at me, said "Are you out of your mind?" and then abruptly hung up. Unacceptable behavior. Cannot recommend. Representative was Christopher, ID 788, floor supervisor Roy A*******.

      Back in February of 2023, my service was randomly dropped without my approval. No one logged into my account, I have never failed to pay off my bill, and there wasn't even an approval process. It just canceled.

      Although I figured everything out and got things working again, I would need to move to an apartment with internet in June, meaning that I needed to cancel my plan. The initial call went beautifully; I was told that my plan was canceled and that I would not need to pay an early termination fee. Fast forward to today, I get charged the full amount of $45. I couldn't log in to my account through the website for some reason and their direct customer service number was nowhere to be found, so I did some digging, found it, called it, and was given no option to contact a representative. Cool cool. Great business!

      Eventually, I found out a workaround to log into my account and contact a representative through text. My account was still active but we got it figured out, reaching the same conclusion as when I canceled originally on top of a refund for the charge (this time I got both in writing). When I could get ahold of their customer service team, they were incredible; however, getting to their customer service team was a nightmare.

      Their service has been fairly good. However, their support is horrific. I am now on day 3 of attempting to speak to someone. They have gate keepers and automation that prevents you from speaking with anyone. It’s frustrating, and an impossible situation to avoid.
