      It's impossible to get someone on the phone. There are constant outages and they hold a monopoly over internet service so there aren't other options. I would reach out to someone via phone or their chat service but neither go to a human being, so I'm here.

      I signed up for ONLY Internet and found out that I have been charged for cable and cable boxes for a year. I never got any type of cable boxes to use said service they were charging me for, I called Xfinity to speak with a supervisor to correct their wrong doing. And was told I'm not entitled to my money back for a service I NEVER WANTED TO BEGIN WITH, they wouldn't even credit my account the money they took from me not to mention the supervisor was mumbling under her breath mad at me cause I caught them and still nothing to try to correct their wrong so they owe me for 12 months of basic cable at 30 bucks plus the price of their cable boxes for 12 months and won't do anything. it's so frustrating

      Called Comcast to re-port a number, got bounced around for 37 minutes, had to explain to 3 different agents my request and got nowhere. Requested to speak to a US based agent each time and was diverted to off-shore support.

      Comcast has horrible customer service!

      Worst customer service ever. 3 days trying to resolve an issue. Today been on phone on hold to talk to a rep. It's 2 hours 55 minutes and still no luck actually zero stars

      I’ve been a customer for 27 years and I am completely disappointed. We paid $600 to have the Xfinity alarm equipment installed and now, we can no longer activate or disarm our alarm remotely as a new application was pushed and the feature was removed. To add insult to injury, customer service is not transparent with me and providing no ETA.

      Its extremely frustrating that you cannot reach a live person/representative when you need to. I spent over an hour of my time trying to reach someone and was still unsuccessful. There is no personability to this company and it makes it hard for its customers to get what they need in a timely manner. Its absolutely ridiculous that customers have to spend their time trying to research how to get in touch and speak with a live representative to resolve issues. Nonetheless, the service is horrible and is expensive in my opinion. I only have them as there are not many other options for TV and internet services. If there were, Id gladly switch and am looking into doing so now.

      We were told we could save money on a "bundle" of internet, phones, and Cable for under $210.00/mo. When the installer came over he installed a security system. We told him we did not order this. He stated it was part of our bundle. Now, we are stuck paying close to $300.00 per month for security fees, phones that were not in the Bundle as promised and if we cancel told by Kia we will have to pay $800.00 for security equipment! Looking into lawyer for help

      Does not deliver on services promised. False advertising. Terrible technicians. The team at the Xfinity store input my information incorrectly at the time of my equipment pickup. Also they did not giver me all the equipment advertised and said I have to wait 30 days to see if I qualify even though I paid for internet extenders based on what was advertised online (I live in a two story home). They wouldn’t give them to me. Today a technician came to set up my equipment, he missed the first appointment window because of the clerical error at the store and them not having my phone number correct. When he finally arrived he installed my equipment but in doing so he took out my neighbors cable. Now I can’t get ahold of anyone to help me. The touch tone system is terrible. No customer service. Doesn’t give what’s advertised (I don’t even know how that’s legal) stay far away. Will probably have to pay out of my own pocket to fix my neighbors cable. All in all a terrible experience. Would not recommend Comcast/ Xfinity to my worst enemy.

      I have been having internet and TV issues for 7 months. You cannot talk to a live person to complain unless you go to a store. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The tech came to the house and told my wife our signal is too strong. Ridiculous!!! If I had more options for service I would have left months ago. Unfortunately, we live in an apartment. If you have a chose do not use Xfinity for your internet and cable.

      You guys are a joke. Gave me a $600 bill for two months when your so-called "amazing and excellent wifi experience " only worked one day a week! Had to reset and call you two-three times a week to figure out YOUR WIFI problem. Modem is junk, overheats constantly, no wifi for days. All I get from customer service (which is also a joke and not #1 like they claim), you need to reset it. I'm going to be suing you for the balance of my bill, and all other charges. Definitely do not recommend nor will I ever recommend anyone to your lame service. Had issues 2 days after moving in and getting your equipment. I'll take my money elsewhere
