      I needed to review my bill and alter my services online. It took me multiple times of signing and approving those sign ins before I could get to chat with a representative. After choosing chat I had to sign in again and go between the app and the website to use the chat. After I got a representative that I asked to remove a channel he had to send me confirmation link to change my services. The link forced me to sign up for autopsy of you cannot move forward. Then the link did not work completely. He had to send me the link again and the second time it worked. Their app or website are not user friendly. They make it extremely difficult to alter my services or check my bill. I was not able to alter my services or try to lower my bill myself because my account is past due. That does not seem right that you cannot self service your account to lower your bill. The. While I’m speaking to the representative he tries to sell me mobile phone service. I did not call to get propositioned just to correct my services. I was in an online chat for over 30 minutes for something so simple. You guys are wasting people’s time, not to mention peacock is no longer included in my plan. Cable and internet should be getting more affordable not more expensive.

      Adds charged features you do not order. Will put you on auto pay without approval. Has monopoly in my area so no choice on providers.

      Do not get any services for Comcast or Xfinity!! I cancelled my service on Feb. 6, 2023. They are trying to bill me for cancellation in March. They autopaid from my credit card for an amount I don't owe. I talked with 3 customer service people and all were taking care of the issue. But didn't! (On hold for at least 20-50 minutes each time. ) I disputed it with my credit card company. It went in my favor. Then Comcast sent it to a collection company. I can't get through to any person at Comcast. It just connects me to the collection company. I disputed it again with my credit card company. They found in my favor and credited the amount back to my account. But Comcast hasn't reported it as paid to the collection company! I'm going to end up paying an amount I don't owe just to make sure my credit report is still clear!! There is NO person to talk to at Comcast or Xfinity!

      I applied for ACP and Internet essential in May 2023. The agent told me my cancellation of TV and Internet and internet essential application were all set. After a month in early July, I still got charged of my old bill and I called customer service again. They told me they did not see any essential service application in my account. In addition, my TV service got cancelled but still on my bill. They transferred my call for a thousand times but no one can really solve the problem. Very disappointed. Not a trusted company.

      Let me start by saying I have had this company for multiple services for over 10 years. Aside from the MANY issues I have had with comcast AND XFINITY mobile. I paid my phone IN FULL had my account in good standing and had my phone unlocked and was told that it would be 24 hours. 4 days later I still do not have an unlocked phone AND no service. I abided by my contract but they could not hold up their end. I called 5 times in a span of 4 days.

      My other phone was supposed to be unlocked since it was paid off and same issue. I should not be required to abide by the contract I signed if the company does not abide by it either.

      They have incompetent customer service reps in ANY LANGUAGE/COUNTRY. Every single time I had to call the call had to be escalated or a specialist had to be patched in the call.

      They never addressed the fact that I ALSO was not able to get into the app OR the website and consistently said that it will get fixed and for at least 2 months I had no access. When I called they just wanted me to blindly pay my bill without knowing details.

      Their home internet isn’t any different and lied about refunds that they promised to give for charges that were lot accurate or caused overdraft fees. I also did not have auto payment and magically payments were taken out of my account. And magically I was enrolled in auto payments.

      I’m done with this company after over ten years. I rather pay more to be treated better as a new customer, then get treated horribly and be a loyal customer.

      xfinity has failed to provide service, pulled money out of my bank account without permission, charged me for things and not told me, and i have spent (no hyperbole) 12+ hours at a go in communication with customer service to only partially resolve some issues. if internet were not a utility and xfinity did not have a monopoly in my area i would never work with them again.

      They will sell you the wrong equipment and they will take your debit card and make charges buying personal stuff and they will not return emails from banks or you or nothing

      Worst company in the world. Prepay for services that you don't receive. Communicate with under qualified outsourced labor for customer service. Stuck with a bill for services and a device I haven't received. The worst.

      Horrible customer service. Over a year and a half of Internet issues and calls. Nothing fixed and not discount off my bill for the problem. Needs to be sued for breach of contract.

      Xfinity Mobile is a nightmare. I open an account with them over the phone, on April 10th, 2023. Found out I was lied to, so I canceled contract over the phone, on April 11th 2023. Per policy, I should get a refund and account closed. Well, the company is still charging me till this day for a phone I never got and have not issue me a refund.
      I went inside the store, they tried to help, but the issue is beyond them. They don't get why I am still being charged either and why I never got a refund.
      They told me to call, they can take care of it. Each time I called, they lied to me to get me to stop calling. It's July and I am still being charged. I lost faith. Whatever you do stay away from Xfinity Mobile. If you don't want to cry or feel like you are in a nightmare, stay away.
