      I was guaranteed by a representative via Live Chat that an app subscription was included in their streaming service so I could cancel my existing personal subscription to save $75 per month, totaling $900 a year savings. After I received my new flex box, they are telling me it's NOT included. I was wary of this and asked the representative multiple times and every time she guaranteed me it was included.

      If you want or need customer service..... STAY AWAY FROM COMCAST/XFINITY
      If I can leave less than a 1 star for customer service I would
      The product is good, but if something goes wrong, good luck in getting help
      I have tried to get the cable they put in my yard buried several times... They scheduled 4 appointments but never showed up or called. The 1.5 inch cable is still there.. over 12 years later. In my yard so I can see it EVERY DAY. They don't care. If I can find another provider, I will tear it out myself.

      Xfinity mobile continued to bill my deactivated debt card after my account was closed and paid in full. They over charged me regularly and never provided the overage credit promised to correct their errors. NEVER NEVER USE XFINITY MOBILE. THEY WILL ROB YOU EVERY CHANCE THEY GET.

      I work from home and once or twice every month and I do mean EVERY MONTH the services shut down. very inconvenient and stressful as my job is demanding. I can be called on anytime and the internet service “XFINITY” is not reliable!!!

      When I signed up at the local partner store, I was charged $100 for a security deposit, which I was told would be refunded in 6 months. I went to follow up on this today (7 months in, no refund) and was told I would have to contact Xfinity on the phone. I did, and after quite some time on hold, I got an answer as to why I wasn't issued a refund in the time promised. Apparently their policy is to issue the refund 6 months after the first 6 months vetting period. So, in effect, after a year. I was told that the credit would be issued this December to my account, with the balance going toward my December and January bills. So at least there's a plan.

      I'm leaving this review because I am fed up with this type of lousy arrangement by large corps, and more than that, not being told about it up front. Or if I was told, it was in the tiny print that **literally no one** reads, which would be my bad, except that then was told something different by a human. I'd like to live in a world where there is some consistency and accountability; unfortunately, the only way to take a stab at accountability is to leave online reviews.

      I cancelled my Xfinity account on July 1, 2023. 9 days later I get a notice from Xfinity that they're charging me the full amount for the term of service. I chat with a customer service rep and was told that they have no record of my having cancelled. Either Xfinity is utterly incompetent and lost my cancellation request somehow, or they're being dishonest and hoped that they would compel me to contact them again so that they could to upsell me multiple times during the customer service chat. I was refunded money from the days I wasn't using the xfinity service, but this conduct seems illegal to me. Federal investigators and regulators - where are you?

      Xfinity lured me in with predatory promotions promising a transparent flat rate for internet service and equipment rental. My bill is now well over the promised rate every month. For some reason, the bill breakdown includes a regular monthly charge of $70, a "My Xfinity plan" charge for $50, and a "My Xfinity services" charge for $146. To reiterate, I only signed up for internet services and rented a modem. I was expecting a monthly bill of $45 a month. I do not think I am the only one in this situation and Comcast/Xfinity definitely deserves a class-action lawsuit for their predatory practices.

      Help! I have contacted Xfinity for 4 consecutive days to increase my internet service. The first day I was hung up on 3 times and the final person said she upgraded the service. Nothing happened. The next day I called to see why the service was not I upgraded. The agent said the first person did it incorrectly and he would do it properly and call me back within 24 hours. I did not hear from him and the service was not increased! The 3rd day/ person told us we had the wrong modem; nothing happened. And today, the agent hung up on us. When I called back and asked to speak to a supervisor, he had me wait 32 minutes then switched me to the ‘supervisor’. The phone rang for another 20 minutes and I hung up! When I called back immediately, (3rd time today) I got a recording that the office was closed, call back tomorrow. Help, I do not know what to do! FYI - I pay my bills immediately and receive absolutely NO service. This is inexcusable and outrageous.

      Xfinity is a great company. I recently had Xfinity business two years ago. I experience so many different technical difficulties. I really did my contract because I was reassured that I won't have this problem again. Now I'm experiencing the same problems I had with my second contract the same way Xfinity wants their money I just want a good service. this is one of the worst service I have ever had in this area.
