      My account was scammed and Comcast kept insisting a check returned from my account was mine when I never sent them a check as my monthly payments came out to them directly from my checking account.
      In addition they charged my account a $35.00 late and check return fee.
      Getting anyone on the phone to help you is like trying to reach the president of the United States.
      After finally talking to one representative who said they would take care of it, nothing was done.
      The second representative took $10.00 late fee only and did nothing else.
      I went to the Xfinity Office on Golf Road in Niles, who kept insisting a check for $135.93 was put into my account on 5/23 and bounced out of the account on 5/28. My monthly payment was taken out of my account on 5/15, I told him why would I send a check to them on 5/23.
      I then went to Xfinity's Evanston office, a young fellow was there and could not help me.
      I brought my May bank statement to the Niles office that shown $135.93 was taken out of my account to pay my charges and NO CHECK FOR $135.93 was deposited and taken out of my account. The woman at the bank said she would talk to the manager and relay this information. Her refused to talk to anyone. He at one time said he would straighten out the account, never did. Refused to take off the $25.00 return check charge.
      After going through talking in vain on the telephone, talking in vain to the Xfinity office, I called to cancel my account with Xfinity Comcast after being a member for about 40 years.
      Only then was my account finally straightened out - I am now a former member of Xfinity.
      I am a 92 year old woman, who at the time they told me a check was returned from my account, had over $7,000.00 in the account. Made monthly payments through my checking account and went through Hell to get this straighten.out.
      This company has extremely poor Public Relations. They are almost impossible to get on the phone.
      I will never do business with them again.

      I was trying to get Internet with my approved government assistance. Comcast lied to me over n over about my monthly charge. Told I could get free phone too. That was a lie. Then I had a charge on my chk. Account. Then after spending 5 days n 7 hrs on the phone .I cancelled. Then my friend got on the phone n set me up in les then n hour. Why . I'm Spanish n his American. Not sure if that why .so I'm supposed to get it for free. Will see.. called the government to complain n was told there a pile of complaints so high that they can't get to all the . Scary

      Horrible customer service. Try to get a human vs. chat impossible. Then the human tells you anything to avoid sending a technician. They tell you a date and time and no one shows up. Totally disgusted. Going to verizon

      Xfinity is the worse service EVER, so many dropped calls. Every month they charge you extra from the actual bill they quoted, then when you try to resolve the issue they hit you with all fees to cover their self. ITS THEFT, they have you put a card on file so they can charge what they want. NOT RIGHT. I am so disgusted with this service. I would rather go back to MetroPcs, never had any of these issues. I do NOT recommend this service to anyone instead I tell them what I deal with so they don't sign up. Today I was charged $82 for a bill that is suppose to be $70 a month. Now mind you, I have NO, remaining balance or anything, the CS wants to say it was taxes of the extra amount. Are you kidding me right, CS wants to say that because she see herself I was over charged, then when I asked for manager I get hit with hes in another call has to call you back. Of coarse he's not available but my money for you to take is right. People watch your money, THIS IS THE #1 THEFT and we can not let companies like this do this, it's not right, we work hard for our money for the can just take WHATEVER OUT your bank account? I will give NO STARS. It's sad to because we post our problems here but nothing gets done BY NOBODY, FEEL LIKE I AM WASTING MY TIME WRITING THIS.

      Nothing but trouble with my xfinity mobile phone!! It frequently refuses to make or accept calls. The phone insists I have to use wifi calling (which of course only works if I'm near available wifi) then still won't make or accept calls randomly. HORRIBLE!!

      Stopped into the Westwood Village location to return new/unused security equipment a few months after the tech came to my house to install. The tech didn't mention I had 30 days to return the extra equipment that he couldn't install.

      When I attempted to return the new/unused equipment to the Westwood Village location, the district manager (who just happened to be available to assist me, I didn't escalate to him) explained that policy restricted Xfinity from taking it back, but that he'd put in a ticket as a courtesy to see what else could be done. He forewarned me that it could take a while to get a response. After waiting a few months, I returned to the location to check in on the request. The district manager wasn't there, but another employee said that the district manager (who the employee confirmed was the same district manager I spoke to before) would call me within a week's time. I never got a call, so I contacted Xfinity by phone.

      After being given the runaround for 75+ minutes over the phone (25 of which was being on hold), I eventually got a callback from a defensive unempathetic "escalation supervisor" who put his authoritative foot down about the 30-day policy, and he also mentioned that the Westwood Village district manager never put in the ticket.

      So, now I have extra security equipment that I paid for for Xfinity to install, but they couldn't install it and now won't take it back.

      The Xfinity security tech, escalation supervisor and Westwood district manager all failed a 15-year customer. What a company.

      Really horrible company. Trying to break through their robot phone wall is totally dehumanizing. Avoid comcast if any other options are possible.

      I purchased a modem along with the Pod and 200mbps internet speed which came out to $35/mo total. I picked up my modem at the closest location and once I got home, they uncharged me to 400mbps which was $55/mo and received no Pod. When my husband called to ask about this, they told him that I must have agreed to increasing it. The worker who provided me with my modem NEVER asked for my consent to upcharge. They put our monthly payment and speed back down to where it is supposed to be at. I would like a refund for the $20 for increasing monthly payment and if I do not receive my pod, I would like $10 back as well. My husband also tried chatting with a representative who brushed aside that they up charged us and even left the chat. This is shady business and if this is not fixed, I will be switching elsewhere that respects my business.

      Xfinity, mobile should not have access to my account unless I say so . When I signed up for this they told me it would be a one time that they would take it out of my account and then I would get a paper bill. Somebody lied and I’m not happy. Because they will not send me a bill for my mobile service like they do for my cable. I am now going to have to look for another service because this is not right.
