      Was told my cellphone was compatible Sept. 2022 I signed up for the service bc of price. Phone never connected to Xfinity Mobile even after going thru their system 2 times. Didn’t realize I was being charged since my phone NEVER connected to their service until my business partner told me I was still being charged monthly at the end of April 2023. Called and Spent 3 hrs with Xfinity Mobile customer service & transferred 4 times on May 2023& I was told several things. 1st I had to cancel the service within 30 days but after reviewing stated I did not use any data, I was transferred to a “supervisor” who told me since no data was used I would receive a refund of $315 on the account used for payment. Allow for 7-10 business days. It DID NOT receive it. Called again in June was told again that a “supervisor” was the only 1 that could issue Refund but they would call me immediately, NEVER HAPPENED. Call again 07/17, spent 1 hr 48 minute’s & transferred 6 times, The 1st person said I spoke to told me I was to receive $315 but I would need to speak with a “supervisor”. The last person I spoke with who told me that they could help me, was a billing specialist for mobile and internet, after they tried to get me to upgrade my internet service, told me I wouldn’t get a refund. Customer service is a joke and a sham.

      Good morning to all, my name is Steven Richardson. I am reaching out because I requested for my pixel 7 pro to be unlocked. I continue to get the run around. No one reached out to me. I was told by customer service My phone will be unlocked in 24 hours I called back still no type of resolution My phone was still locked Xfinity mobile

      Running a nationwide SCAM.
      Comcast has a company-wide policy that if you lose cable service and it adds up to more than $100.00 they keep the money/credit.

      yes...Really.

      They will tell you if you call and ask. they will write in the chat boxes.

      This is outright criminal!!!

      They essentially lie...and do this repeatedly. They are literally the only game in town and they know it so they over charge and provide very, very poor customer service I am surprised they rate a 2.46.
      When we called last week EACH TIME from the automated key pad we were directed to their Spanish speaking staff. After telling us they need to transfer us to English then they bounced us around, put you on hold for very, very long hold times - last few times it was over 30 minutes then they hang up...they happened three times last week over two days and this was to just to establish internet service in my name at my fathers house who had Xfinity for several years and voluntarily closed the account months earlier when he moved from the area. They needed to talk to him and do a three way and I am a grown ass woman - for what purpose they could not say maybe because we were going to use his modem that he left for us...they tried to get us to rent a modem from them, really?
      No follow up either, but they will take your money right away and every month...
      We asked for a phone number to complain about their company's service on this matter with their customer service representative. She acted shocked - it's customer service. The person on the other end of the phone could not provide us with a number (no kidding) and we asked 5 times and waited for six minutes and she indicated "trying to find a number" but then nothing...so we told he we would contact BBB and then hung up on this last call.
      Their customer service is terrible - they read from scripts with staff that do not speak very good English. Lot's of promises of action, but no actual action.
      No resolution and no "status" follow up even though they indicate they will "send an email". This is the lying i referenced. I opened an account online however cannot get it activated and it's been over a week.

      Anyone can alter another persons account and help fixing it is impossible , my phone was stolen last month and this month I got charged over $500 , do to a line being added to my account ; when I called the representative tells me the charges are valid. I have an unlimited plan on my phone!! Why would I add a pay by the gig extra line and use over 60 extra gigs on the additional line?

      I went to store to exchange both tv box and modem. Neither worked. went back to store and exchanged both again. I asked for new equipment since other equipment didn't work. told that all equipment is refurbished. 2nd tv box worked but modem only works for internet not landline phone. I have spent 4 days with a minimum of 2 hours per day and up to 4 1/2 hours on phone trying to get modem to work. plugged in old modem and both internet and phone work which means 2nd modem doesn't work either. I've tried to file complaint with company but they only have a generic phone number that you spend 10 minutes with automated system and still can't get across that you want to file a complaint. No way to contact anyone to file complaint, If I could give a negative star I would but the lowest I can go is 1 star which better than they deserve

      Xfinity Mobile is terrible. They charged me $70 a month and I had a terrible time transferring to a different company.

      This is second month of having horrible cell and internet service from xfinity! My phone says no internet connection all the time with Wi-Fi and cell internet. I try watching streaming apps on my tv and it keeps disconnecting from the internet. And once last year I paid off my balance and they charged me double in 1 month! I called and they never helped! Then I get charged for a movie we never watched. No one was even home and we only use streaming apps. We don’t have cable or use the flex box. They said someone watched 30 minutes of the movie. So they couldn’t take the charge off I am beyond tired of their horrible service & adding charges!

      This is my second post with the Better Business Bureau. The experience I had with a Xfinity Mobile I can truly say they robbed me. Last week on July 5th I pay them $180 ever since I dropped my Internet and television service with them they were charging me by the gigs on my cell phone plan. This is only a week later I requested a transfer pin so I could move to Verizon wireless they told me I owe them another $167 which I paid them today so they would unlock my phone. I truly felt like they were holding me up at gunpoint. I have never in my life been heard of anything like this. Please beware this company is a fraud. If I could leave -0 stars I would.
